What I love the most about Stud Park is there are no parking limit. I can have more time to shop ( and eat... and relax...and....there is library there so if you like reading, stop by, pick a good one that you can enjoy for the weekend ! ) How is that sound???

It's a great place for quick shopping with almost everything you need in one place. Best Asian fruit and veggie shop market with very reasonable pricing (Henrys Mercato) Kmart, Coles, Woolworths, Australian Post, Bakers Delight and many more good shops.

Great shopping center, huge fruit market with a wide range of fresh fruit and veg. An ionica chicken bar with really good range of products to choose from. Really yummy Chinese food too. Boost juice. A sandwich bar that makes massive salad sandwiches and a really good bakers delight too.

I had an accident at the shopping centre due to the infrastructure not having the correct safety signs on the trolley bays in the car park. This was in September l have been advised by their staff that they just intend to ignore me hoping l will go away. I'm not sure what l can do anyone got some advise

This is a great suburban shopping centre and with flagship stores like Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and Liquorland, it's very popular. There's a good range of stores, excellent parking and while it gets pretty busy especially during school holidays, you can usually find a park. Facilities are great and the shopping centre is accessibility friendly.

Nice shopping centre. Has Coles, Woolworths outside, chemist warehouse outside, heaps of parking, Kmart and other small shops. McDonald's, KFC are outside as well. Recommend

This is an excellent local shopping centre. With so many older locals more disabled parking adjacent to the main Centre would make it even better. I often shop at Woolworths when there's no disabled spaces outside the centre. Rowville has many large retirement villages close by.

Nice selection of shops and cafes, though probably time for an upgrade in terms of facilities, lighting and general ambience. Kmart, Henry's, Coles, banks, etc means you have access to all the basics. Food court is small with very few seating. Would like to see more variety.

Couldn't find the studs. I looked for a prize male sheep or horse with breeding potential, nothing. I looked for sports grip enhancement devices for my shoes, I failed. I looked for metallic clippy buttons for my denim jacket, I was unsuccessful. I looked for a way to decorate or augment (something) with many mall objects, I was left unadorned. I looked for a building shop stocking vertical timbers for interior wall construction, I went unfulfilled. I looked for a games shop in which to learn about a variant of poker in which each player is dealt a mix of usually five to seven facedown and faceup cards in multiple rounds with betting taking place after most rounds of dealing, I'll be doomed to win nothing. I looked for impressively good looking males, but saw only stumpy average fellows. "Stud" park indeed, one should not read a book by only its cover.

All the shops you need with good prices and lots of parking. Better than the others. Well laid out stores makes shopping quick, especially if you only want a few things you can find the aisle you need quickly. The roast chickens are done to perfection. Always plenty of helpful staff. Bakery and deli are also top notch. And now a gym and dentist and chemist warehouse to name a few. The library has also had a make over and well worth a visit.

The best local shopping centre. Check it out. Plants and seating spaces and clean facilities. Good range of shops. Kids loved the colouring area. Playground looked fresh for the little ones.

Stud Park Shopping Centre is a decent shopping destination that caters to the needs of the residents of the surrounding suburbs. It has a good selection of stores that include supermarkets, clothing boutiques, chemists, and other specialty shops. The mall is relatively small compared to some of the larger shopping centres in the area, which means that there are limited options available for shoppers. The shopping centre has a good food court with various food options that range from fast food to sit-down restaurants. The food options are decent, but nothing stands out as exceptional. One of the downsides of the shopping centre is the lack of parking, especially during peak hours. The parking lot can be quite crowded, and it can be challenging to find a spot, which can be frustrating during peak shopping periods. In terms of amenities, Stud Park Shopping Centre has modern facilities and good amenities, including clean restrooms, a parent's room, and community announcements. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the standard of customer service can be variable. Overall, Stud Park Shopping Centre is a decent, small shopping centre that's convenient for local residents. It's a good option for grabbing essentials, but if you are looking for luxury shopping or a wide range of options, you may want to look elsewhere.

There not a lot going on here, fine for a supermarket although the Coles is further away from the carpark than basically everything else

Visiting from the UK and staying with friends nearby. We were bowled over by the amount of fresh produce available in the market areas. Fruit and veg were abundant with many varieties we had never heard of. All looked extremely fresh and reasonably priced.

I live Stud Park. It’s a smaller centre with a good range of shops including an amazing green grocer, great butcher with really good meat, a good choice of cafes and food and two supermarkets. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It’s a drive for me, and as I’m close to Knox city, I have to make the decision to go, but always worth the trip.

It's a good place to go for the essentials with, no good clothing stores however. The food available around the centre is pretty good too.

The place is a bit run down but there are a wide variety of stores! There are many cafes and places to eat in the main part of the shopping centre, and there are convenient fast food places such as McDonald’s, KFC and Red Rooster in a separate section. Parking is never an issue as well which is a bonus!

I haven't been here for many years. Even though this place looks old. The shopping experience is remarkable. Cole's is getting an upgrade and so far it looks great. I'm sure the employee experience isn't pleasant. The fruit and vegetable shop Henrys Mercato is a well set out shop with friendly staff and great prices. Lastly, this is a blast from the past. I used to go this butchers with my mum when I was a kid at a different location, same owners. Mckays Butchers has great quality meat and cheap compared to a lot of other butchers I've been too. They staff are super friendly.

  • 4/5 Christian B. 2 years ago on Google
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 a lot of shops have closed, so not as much selection as there once was. It's still my local shopping centre and has the bulk of all I could ever need, with two supermarkets, a bakery, shoes, gift shop, pharmacy, newsagent, etc.

Good shopping centre with major stores but plenty of selection of small retailers, good fruit and veg store plenty of take away and cafes etc. Carparking can be at a premium at peak times. Good Kmart, Coles and Woolworth may be better than even the larger shopping centres at the moment.

Having a Kmart there is always a win. Not a big shopping centre but a couple of good little stores and a few reasonable food places. There is a small playground area for the little kids which is really good to keep them entertained for a bit.

Everything in one place - Coles, Woolworth's (other side of the carpark), Kmart, large fruit store, seafood, butcher, some specialty stores, also has a library and post office, small food court with a few restaurants and fast food/ coffee shops in the centre with more nearby. Overall, a nice, clean and compact local shopping centre on one level, not too big that you would lose your car or need to walk long distances. Nearby Westfield Knox for a more diverse entertainment / restaurant experience.

Have been here a few times over the years, a good shopping centre with a good variety of surroundings, shops, and services. Also in the area is a local police station, doctors, car auto, salvation army store, centrelink office, and plenty of restaurants around and banking service. There is plenty of parking and easy to get around in.

Despite the renovations underway, stud park shopping centre is a good place to shop. The staff in K Mart are outstanding, the coffee at Michel's excellent. Easy to move around this centre.

  • 4/5 Greg 1 year ago on Google
Small shopping centre, but still has enough to make it a worthwhile trip 4 stars. Kmart I found the door man to be way too intrusive, and I felt like people were leaving a top secret government lab rather than a bargain price shop.

Was OK, but it didn't feel as user-friendly as my local Coles in Croydon perhaps because I am used to that store! Having said that, the staff were efficient and friendly. I would shop there again if I am in the Rowville area.

I recently visited Stud Park Shopping Centre and was blown away by the variety and quality of the stores and amenities. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the clean and modern design of the centre, which made it a pleasure to navigate and shop in. The stores had a wide variety of products to choose from, with many popular and high-quality brands represented. I was particularly impressed by the selection of fashion stores, which had a great range of styles and sizes to choose from. But what really made my visit stand out was the variety of amenities available. The food court had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the seating area was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi and ample parking. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience at Stud Park Shopping Centre and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend giving it a try! Five stars!

Parking can be tricky, depending on how close you want to get, but there's always a reasonable spot available, even at its busiest. There's little variety, the standout being the Kmart and in the area are both Coles and Woolworths - so for basic shopping needs it's nice and local.
