Convenient if you live local and some great long term retailers. However the building owners could do more to retain and attract retailers. Small shopping centre located in the center of the Aspendale Gardens residential area. Dominated by the IGA supermarket it contains a number of shops such as a chemist, butcher, bakery, seafood merchant, green grocer and a number of takeaway food vendors. Ample parking as well as disabled parking, public toilets located inside including disabled facilities.

One of the best kept secrets of the local area. Has a lovely little food court and supermarket along with other shops to get most of your business needs taken care of. Has a relaxed atmosphere befitting of a bayside suburb.

Nice little shopping centre thats very convenient in local streets. It is the home of Ritchies, which is an extraordinary supermarket, also has an amazing Chemist which has almost everything and other little shops. Not too big, has plenty of parking. Great local shopping.

The shopping center as a whole isn't anything flash, however there's a great coffee shop in the middle. I ordered a large latte (delicious), toasted banana bread and a gingerbread cookie. All good quality and great guys behind the counter.

It’s ok I guess. The IGA is pretty good but we have lost a couple of great businesses from here, a great clothing shop and a really good charcoal chicken. Oh and a nail place that was very popular. It’s a shame.

A smaller shopping centre. It has an IGA a chemist and other retail shops with a variety of take away shops with plenty of car park space. If you are interested in purchasing clothing, this is not the place to come. Very convenient for locals to shop for groceries and your basic essentials.

A bit dated. Could use with a little spruce up but has everything a local could need. Supermarket, bakeries, cafes, $2shop, banks, medical centre. Heaps of parking and close to local kinder/daycare and walking track too.

Pretty small and quaint shopping centre, I love it the only improvement would be to get a coffee shop that takes card!
