One of the best mall and apartment complex in the heart of Melbourne. Complete with banks, food centres, Big W, Woolworth, legendary Max Brenner, flight simulator, Asian store, Daiso, fitness centre, pool games, etc.

Everything you need in one place. Food. Groceries. Remedial shopping 🤭😊 and great coffee. Makes sure to take the time to explore all the levels. It’s a buzzing beehive of workers, shoppers and tourists. Central to everything and only a few steps away from public transport. Do your self a favour and go explore.

Queen Victoria Village, or colloquially known as QV Melbourne or just QV, is a precinct in the central business district of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Located on the corner of Lonsdale and Swanston Street, QV boasts the convenience of a full-line Woolworths, BIGW, Dan Murphy's, Officeworks, Harvey Norman, Domayne and over 120 speciality stores

Perfect location to take good photos at night. Not too cold and with a variety of shops and colours you can mix and match. Also, it right in the Centre of the Melbourne CBD!

Bustling location, especially during meal times and with good reason — there’s an incredible range of food and restaurants here to enjoy! Never disappointed with a trip to QV.

Honestly rather disappointed with the food offerings. Despite searching up in advance, Jojo Kitchen was already closed by 3pm though it showed trading till 5pm. In fact the QV service desk on the same floor directed us to the place without knowing that they are closed. Some of the restaurants like Paparich and Thai Town are closed between 3-5pm. We finally settled for Ippudo and it comes with additional 10% surcharge on Sunday.

You get everything here for budget set up of home in Melbourne. However don't loose your receipt if you intended to exchange or return. I did not took my receipt at few occasion and they denied to accept return. Customer care was very rude.

This place is huge. Parking is super expensive during the week though. Buy something from QV to get the discount. You don't have to spend much. If you don't parking is 65 dollars. If you buy something it is 20. We were lucky and caught the dragon dance over Chinese new year.

This building can be so confusing to navigate on the first visit but it gets better with time. There's some great stores and eateries. Great vibe and it's generally quite busy. Easy walk from trams or local venues.

Great shopping mall which covers not just indoor shops but also open area you can walk through many shops within there. In There, you got kicks shops, supermarket and plenty of restaurants, also they got Daiso for houseware supply. And it’s located just opposite to Melbourne Central ,the great shopping place you can spend all day around.

I visit this place everytime I'm in Melbourne. Whatever you're looking for you'll find it here. You just have to look in any of the hundreds of shops first 😂. I mean its a fun experience and then you end up buying things you never planned or budgeted for. Things can get a little confusing on where to go especially on busy nights but that's the beauty of large shopping complex. Get ready for lots of walking and confusion if your new 😆. Best to find a store map and your good to go.

Nice area for shopping, there are a lot of different shops. Ideal for clothes shopping as well as having a wide selection of restaurants in their food court. Ideal for a quick bite or a sit down meal at some of the other restaurants. Something for everyone with shops in the higher price bracket as well as some shops with items that are at the lower end too. Nice and clean with lots of seating options about too. Worth a visit if you're about in the central business district of Melbourne.

Good place to go get everything you need! We've got Woolworths downstairs, across from Big W (one of my favourite shops!!) and then there's a food court upstairs with other little stores you can pop into and buy some fine clothes! Great place to shop!

Casual dining options, relaxed vibe, and a well-maintained hub. (The renovation walls have illustrations previewing what the coming changes will look like and notice the images don't seem very diverse; the several I saw seemed to only have Asian individuals as service staff. The customers look very "European".)

Stopped in here for a quick bite. Nice selection of takeaway food and plenty of seating options. Something for everybody. The area was clean and tidy. Was pretty quiet at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. It's a little bit of a hidden gem, if I wasn't specifically looking for it I would have walked straight past it. I don't venture into the CBD often.

QV hosts a variety of middle & high end retailers, as well as a large food forecourt. At QV you'll find major retailers such as Woolworths, Big W, Dan Murphy's, Officeworks & Priceline Pharmacy, as well as Grill'd, Schnitz, Hanachi, Bread Top and many more. You'll find everything you need at QV.

If you like places with historical influence then this is a must place to visit. When we visited the shrine it was extremely busy with a number of your groups arriving to see the changing of the guard. The guards routine is very impressive to see and pictures are easy to take. I recommend you spend some time there but make sure you check the timetable for the guards change.

This place is beautiful. It's a bit difficult to navigate having been there for the first time, but the amount of food options available surprised me. It's also interestingly designed with outdoor shopping and underground shopping. It was an interesting visit. Has everything from food to clothing to pharmacy.

A great smaller shopping centre with lots of great lunch places, drinks and other food choices. Asome other great big shops like big w, daiso, Harvey Norman. There's other shops to go to as well. Definitely worth coming on a lunch break though.

One place where the toilets are open 24/7 in case you need to go at wee hours in the morning. The Woolworth downstairs is the busiest in the city and has pretty much anything you need coupled with big W in front of it.

QV is good for a city location with a reasonable variety of stores. Many of them are geared towards the Asian population as there's a large amount of Asians locally attending uni etc. Still a good choice to sample something different. The layout is a bit odd and difficult to traverse different floors if you are not familiar with it.

Didn't really go exploring much here, lots of food places. The middle grassy food areas is nice, you can buy alcohol from the little bar there and sit and have a drink. Sell, beer, wine and cocktails all in plastic cups. Needs more shade umbrellas though! Its almost summer and we went when it wasn't that hot and the sun that spot gets is A lot. Also need more chairs.

Was at QV Sunday 5 June 2022 and a silly couple thought letting their dog off the lead in a food court with kids was a good idea. Just because it was raining and they could not go for a walk. It is winter in Melbourne, it rains. QV please fix this with your residence.

Convenient place to get all your shopping done. The lifts are painfully slow though, so getting to the 2nd level can take a while sometimes. Also, when the escalators are being cleaned on the weekends you can expect to add another 15 mins to the grocery trip

  • 3/5 Trent S. 1 year ago on Google
Looks better from the outside, but has a bunch of foodie places that visitors will love. Melbourne folks who have lived here for years will find the supermarket handy, but not much else. Melbourne Central (over the road) has a lot more to offer.

  • 5/5 Jessie C. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to go with everything under one roof. Value in parking if you're shopping or eating there. Spend $30 for 1hr free parking and $60 for 2hrs free parking or eat at any restaurant or food stall for a $20 flat fee. Love QV.

  • 4/5 Phoebe R. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of cute shops and food options on all levels. The outside “food court” area has pretty lighting and seating making for a delightful lunch/dinner. Can get very busy, and sometimes is messy/trash lies around - but it is usually cleaned up quickly.

Its a shopping centre. The foodcourt is pretty wxtensive. Although disappointed with the soup kitchen. The soup was nice but it came with a slice of packet white bread. I nice crusty bread would have made all the difference.

Nice centre with plenty of options. Basement has a woolworths and Big W. The other levels have a variety of food options available. Other clothing shops on ground floor. Parking available below shopping centre. Outdoor seating available to eat outside on those sunny days.

  • 4/5 Miki 5 months ago on Google
QV has a ton of stores, and a lot of food options! A lot of shops you won't realise are there, until you need them. Only gripe is I consistently get lost trying to leave, but this only results in me being a few metres from where I expected, coming out of a different exit to what I expected. Worth noting, my first few visits there I noticed the underground section triggered my asthma a little, but some days it is just fine :)

  • 5/5 Khalid A. 4 months ago on Google
Centrally located and there’s an option to save on full day parking if you spend money in any store, which is a great way to get cheap parking especially in the CBD. There’s a great food court with lots of options to choose from. There’s a Woolworths and a Big W too. Plenty of restaurants on ground level. A quick walk from Melbourne Central station.

To the cleaners of this area, please have some SELF AWARENESS. If you see a group of people playing some board games, and you see an empty box next to the players who are playing board games and you see a box that looks nothing like takeaway food and CLEARLY looks like a box that is a BOARD GAME, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD have some self awareness and ask the people next to you FIRST before bloody throwing it away. If it doesn't look like take away food, and it looks somewhat important, ASK THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU FIRST. I am now having to waste buying the same thing again because someone couldn't be bothered asking the people NEXT TO YOU FIRST. I cannot believe I have to write a review of this because of how stupid of an accident this is and for people who use QV as a space to play games or anything really, be careful of leaving anything of valuable without attendance as I've had to learn the hard way of not only losing 1 box, but two boxes, and now I have to go home with a half empty box (thank god that contents were safe). I am so annoyed and frankly upset by this that I will never go and buy anything there again and will avoid that place altogether and will find somewhere else to play games, eat and shop.
