The food court closes sooner then they say it closes which is very saddening to me. I was starving and needed food, so I went to Subway and it said it closes soon, I go up to the counter and they day we are closed, which doesn't make sense the reason being is it said it closes soon not "Closed". That's one reason why I rated it 1 star, another reason is the stores like JD, Myer, David Jones ect aren't within the Plaza which also saddens me

This place needs an update.. so run down. Food court is non existent with many vacant shops. Will not visit again. Doncaster is only a 10 minute drive and has fabulous facilities

Same as what I saw at Kmart there. Three storey high stopping centre with a lot of people but not conjested despite Christmas. Good to see Christ, Mary and Christmas story in display too.

Lots of parking and most stores are wheelchair accessible but have inaccessible aisle sizes, coat racks too high for shorter stature people or seated people to use, or boxes on the floors. They have an information desk but it’s often unmanned. They also rent out mobility scooters and hospital-style wheelchairs and some grocers have wheelchair-trolleys (like coles and Woolies). The pathing around is very inaccessible in many parts, narrow, winding, littered, fences bent in the way, cracked, pot holed, slanted and hazardous, the parking lot also has some blind spots where cars block your sight of the road meaning a hazard to pedestrians and drivers. Carts are often left up on the already inaccessible paths which makes it worse, especially when they have boots on the wheels meaning the trolley is stuck in the way, forcing me to roll in the road. Ceiling lights often flicker, signs flash and the trolley people that round up the trolleys have a flashing light on them which has caused many seizures for myself and is beyond dangerous. I’m also disappointed the inside McDonald’s closed down

Centre management need to get their act into gear . No seating available on most floors now ! Went to the inquiry desk and was told they have a “ youth “ problem! So the oldies have to cop it . Not good enough centre management, maybe an easy fix for you but not for us ! A disgrace, oh and the icing on the cake, both lifts are not working. Perfect! 😡😡😡

A medium sized mall that is reasonably well set out centre. A good array of shops and restaurants. This mall still has some of the older style that gives it great appeal. A decent sized carpark with several access points. Only issue is the traffic in the local area. Train station is walking distance also.

Good size, lots of shops. Coles on site open until midnight. Kmart is a must visit but on a high floor. Parking can be tricky at night, not well lit.

My Nan shopped here from the day to it opened. I have so many fond memories from my childhood and teens hanging out here. Greensborough has changed so much over the years. I saw my first movie ‘Follow that Bird’ starting Big Bird at the cinema that was downstairs kinda where Coles is nowadays.I remember the cafeteria in Kmart and the navy blue and green cafe on level 2. The kids show on the holidays that were amazing and when MYER was briefly where target now is. Today Greensborough doesn’t have the range of shops that the big centers have but it has a big heart beat. It feels safe and people are not on top of you. Important in covid times, it’s never that busy! Don’t tell anyone though, I’d like it to maintain that calm casual shopping experience.

Worst mothers room - located Level 3 between Groove Train and Deganis. Not sure who designed/furnished it but it's absolutely horrid and inconvenient for both breastfeeding mothers and mothers who express. The chairs are low to the ground, sunk back chairs that are super uncomfortable and impractical. Not sure what mother can comfortably and happily breastfeed there. The room itself has only 1 power point outlet for the microwave. There are no other outlets or chairs available for mothers who need to pump and express their milk. Absolute waste of a room. 100% some man designed and furnished thus room

Needs improvement like the Food Court since Macca's has closed. Also needs more shops. Stop charging so much rent Greensborough Plaza to encourage more businesses.

Shocked and saddened to see Greensborough Plaza, a once vibrant, busy, shopping centre with plenty of atmosphere, with a good variety of shops. The food court on the top level has mostly empty shops, even McDonald's has gone! Mostly nail salons, hairdresser's and Massage places. The centre was dead, it was a thoroughly miserable shopping experience and I would only consider revisiting if I needed anything from KMart, Target, Coles, Aldi, or My Chemist oh and did I mention JB? It's mostly the big chain stores, it's boring and dull and depressing with so few people shopping. The centre is lack luster, nothing to really make anyone want to have a fun day out shopping. Then they wonder why people buy on line.

Overall a reasonably good shopping center but it doesn't have good eateries - the other major shopping centres beat it in that department. It needs a better food hall with better choices and needs a Daniel's doughnuts in there and somewhere where you can buy some potato cakes and pizza slices and things like that - it's seriously lacking in that department otherwise okay if you're in there just to do some shopping like Kmart house priceline etc

Nice shopping mall with covered parking and wide range of shopping options. It has two food courts with various food joints. Free wifi is advertised very widely, but could not connect them on easily, especially from the food courts. Security seems to be a bit tight, who questions people who takes pictures of interesting decorations and shops.

Too busy but it is the silly season. Very noisy and people barge past you. Shops are reasonable variety but food hall seems to have lost a number of shops since covid.

Good plaza, well laid out with just the right number of shops. A big W would be awesome! Car park is handy with multiple entrances to the centre. It is starting to look a little dated though, could maybe do with a facelift?

This is also one of my locals for everyday shopping. Has all you need, Coles, Aldi, Chemist warehouse Target, Kmart, fresh fruit and Veg, butcher and so much more. Alot of outdoor and underground parking. Has small eateries, a food court and coffee shops.

This is my local shopping centre so I visit quite regularly. The shops are the same as most centres. The centre is showing its age, carpark repairs not done as water spraying everywhere when it rains the pipes have come apart and not repared in a lot of places. Looking very sad place to shop

  • 4/5 Sharon L. 3 years ago on Google
Just like the layout and not too big a complex. (Not to big on shopping ).Also know where everything is without getting too overwhelmed to walk with achey joints as were getting on as were getting on in yrs.

  • 4/5 Stefan C. 4 years ago on Google
Definitely has improved from what it was say 5 to 10yrs ago. The stores are still very basic but the food for one has definitely improved. I didn't like the center for many years after a previous incident there with the local scum. Gave it a second chance last year and was pleasantly surprised at the improvement, it's definitely a good place to go and seems more than safe nowadays.

Great shopping centre’,huge modern lots of parking, just about every type of shop you can want from McDonald’s .post office ,Coles ,Kmart JB , Aldi . Shopping centre is on three levels a little tricky to find your way around as it’s built on a hill. There is a street level exit on the top floor as well as one three levels below. Once you get used to it and the weird carparks shopping here is a Pleasure or as close as it can be for shopping

Great place to shop. Large, spacious, clean. Many shops to choose from. Plenty of food and restaurants, shops catering for women including jewelry, health and beauty, women's clothing, hand bags but unfortunately not many men's clothing stores or shoe shops.

This is a great place, not just for shopping but also to wind down. There are great places to have a snak or a coffee. But what really adds to the relaxing atmosphere is the fact that this plaza doesn't have the mega industrial size mall look and feel. It is more a human sized shopping mall, which makes it friendly.

A multitude of shops spread across many levels accessed by elevators, stairs and escalators. Covid 19 has seen many shops being vacated, but food area's (fresh), are surviving whilst cooked food eateries are take away and restricted opening hours.

  • 4/5 Calvin A. 2 years ago on Google
A different kind of shopping experience. Ample parking spread over multiple levels. Escalators make convenient shopping. All the regular shops and more. Getting there can be a challenge. Be patient negotiating traffic as lanes are narrow and pedestrians tends to step without looking.

This place has been decimated during covid, lots of shops gone, lots of regular businesses have left. Some shopping centers whethered the storm, this one didn't. The center is still nice, clean but hard to find your way around and lots of empty or changed shops. I hope they get better, it is used by us often.

  • 5/5 Kylie B. 2 years ago on Google
Great shopping centre, has all your basic shops , like kart, target, cinemas, lots of food outlets. Upstairs has a nice food CRT. Always very clean throughout shopping centre plenty of parking

  • 3/5 Lindsay M. 2 years ago on Google
Usually able to get all of the stuff normally used. It's a bit of a pest being located on a hill, bus stops in main st near front door but station is quite a walk away. Being on three levels gets a bit tiring walking around. Very friendly store keepers. My favorite fresh fish shop is here.

  • 3/5 Michael T. 2 years ago on Google
Medium size shopping complex of three levels. Good assortment of shops, including KMart, Target, JB HiFi, Rebel Sports, Coles & Audi. Also includes a Hoyts Cinema on the same level as 7 small restaurants. Ingress and egress to the undercover carpark can prove difficult at peak periods.

  • 3/5 Thomas L. 1 year ago on Google
Standard fare mid sized shopping centre. Food court and retail section is good enough, not too many other unique shops aside from the basics though.

  • 5/5 Libby D. 1 year ago on Google
This is the best shopping plaza! It has quality stores and customer service. Also amazing, value for money products. Ample undercover parking and a high standard of cleanliness and safety, really contribute to the best shopping experience here. I always find the product I’m after or better!

It's quite a nice indoor mall with easy access by car or on foot. There's a good variety of small shops in addition to the large stores. There's plenty of choices for food at various levels of the Mall. Try the top level for views of the hills and SkyView windows. Center court is also an attractive area and includes glass lifts which are especially nice.

  • 5/5 Sileńt_ T. 2 years ago on Google
Plenty of carparking spots and easy to navigate centre levels. Easy to enter from main streets and a reasonably good array of stores to suit most needs. School holiday entertainment is also a plus for the littlies.

  • 3/5 Michael K. 1 year ago on Google
Well some things never change. I attended the opening of this shopping centre many years ago. 1978. I came back today and walked into the vortex. There is nothing wrong with the shops inside. The kmart is huge. Heaps of variety. The problem is the lay out. The information desk had no maps because they are the first thing to go. We walked around and found ourselves having to ask someone "how do we get out of here?" Ended up in the lower carpark and trudged the way back to the car

  • 1/5 James M. 1 year ago on Google
So lifeless compared to other major shopping centres. Not much choice, bad food options, upper food court has stores closing down left, right, and centre. The whole place needs an overhaul to match the cost of the rent they charge. It's a ghost town. Go to Northland, Chadstone, Plenty Valley, Uni Hill, anywhere but here!

  • 4/5 Robert R. 1 year ago on Google
Dropped into Greensborough plaza for a good look around it had been many years since my last adventure there the glass elevator is still a good ride! Food court is nice

I really enjoy visiting this sound centre, lots of stores and everything is generally clean and well spaced out. Make sure you do take note of where you park though, it's a big place and if you're like me you'll result lose your car!

This shopping centre is really only good if you live in the area or even suburb of greensbourgh. There are better places close to this shopping centre like Epping Doncaster and Northland dont go here unless you live close like me go somewhere else all stores close at like 5 and it has like a couple good stores the only store that is actually good is target because it is the biggest in australia. so just find somewhere else there r better options

My son drove me, easy parking and easy access for disabled, but when I rang to request a mobility scooter, they informed me that they only had one and it was not available being broken and were not able to get it repaired. Bit hard for a disabled customer having difficulty walking, well I guess it is what it is. Mason Gray, I could not speak highly enough of the service I received. Thank you Dave, I was very happy with your help.

This is a great shopping centre. Why well it's not humongous but large enough to have Target kmart, hoyts, boutique stores, cafes Aldi &coles,Mr Minit, plus another shoe cobbler J.B, for the Ladies several stores skin stuff women do plus nail salons, eye brow store.if in the North then I recommend it.if you don't mind no myers. Planned out well 3 levels but each level perfect in size, I haven't mentioned different Jewellery stores, clothing Alteration etc too many too mention oh also place for little ones to have fun anything you need you will find 99% I highly recommend it!

A nice place It's the first time I've been to see it I was at the Westpack bank and the lady who spoke Italian helped me set a password to see the account balance of my money....there are shops there are three floors I I was on the ground floor, then there are the escalators and the lift to go to other floors. I haven't seen it all but I'll have the chance as long as I'm here in Greensborough....then I went to a bar and ate delicious things...judged by you....

I'm absolutely sick of all of the rotten teenagers blowing smoke in my favourite plaza. As a 112 year old man I find it disgraceful that they can get away with this and every time I shake my fist or walking stick at them they swear and try to kick me. They kicked my testicles so hard that they ruptured through all the way to my neck. My coffin is on the front doorstep waiting for me.

Great shopping centre surrounded on beautiful mountains of Bubdoora. You can find JB Hi Fi, KMart, huge Target shop, Aldi, Coles, Priceline Pharmacy, jewellery shops and many more. Very good restaurants inside Green Borough plaza.

I bought 2 perfumes on the 18th of December as Christmas gifts for friends. I did not realize at the time that it was a small 40ml bottle. The very next day, I went to Greensborough Plaza Priceline to exchange the items for a 100ml bottle. The store manager completely refused to exchange them and pointed me to a small notice on the wall stating that they do not offer refunds or exchanges. I was highly surprised by their policy and was disgusted with the behavior of the store manager, who, I assume, is Arabic, just walled to me and said no exchange, sorry. I am still not sure why brand new items bought the day before with receipts cannot be exchanged. I felt so disgusted that I decided not to deal with Priceline anymore. They have lost a loyal customer. My wife spends thousands at their store, but not anymore. Very disappointed!
