Paid parking now?! So, we have to rush around after a movie just to get out on time? It's been nice knowing you, Westfield Knox. This used to be one of our favourite hang outs. Movies, restaurant meal, coffee. A lazy stroll through the shopping center with an unexpected purchase here and there. The introduction of paid parking is a deal breaker. We will not be back. I feel sorry for the businesses in there, no doubt they're paying through the nose for rent as well. Also, I just found out that even staff are forced to pay for parking! What a disgrace. Corporate greed, at its finest. And as per your request for "specific feedback", here it is: GET RID OF YOUR PAID PARKING SCHEME AND GO BACK TO NORMAL

A completely different look from the old Knox. We have visited multiple Westfield shopping centres and Knox is up there with them. Still under renovations in some parts. The new food court where Myer used to be has a wide selection of food. Be careful if the parking though, can be very expensive. Make sure you download the Westfield members app to get 4 hours free parking.

A large shopping complex with a wide variety of retail outlets, banks and supermarkets. There's 2 food courts, cinimas and a bus terminus outside. They have seating for people needing a rest and at some.of.these seat area they provide power outlets and charging pads for your mobile phones

I have been a loyal customer to Knox City shopping centre for almost 2 decades. At this very centre I have made friends, reunited with others, seen many changes at the centre - some were for the better, some not so much, but the newest change I’ve seen means my loyalty will soon regretfully come to an end. That change is the proposed parking fees. Under 3 hours is free, over 6 and a half / daily rate is $35, which is absolutely ridiculous, that could easily be occupied by a movie and meal. Thank you for the many memories Knox City Shopping Centre and goodbye. I am now going take my business elsewhere.

Went and saw Barbie with my daughter on Sunday at Village - about $60 in total. Staff were great. Went into the shops later and spent roughly another $150. There for over 3 hours - get charged $5 for parking. No cover at the boom gate so rain enters the car. The boom gate system is horribly slow and creates a bottleneck with exiting vehicles. $5 is not much but when I put over $200 into the businesses should I or anyone be expected to pay for parking. With all businesses at Knox City passing on all their costs to customers already it’s pretty rich. It just feels like Westfield is trying to get customers to pay for the centre ‘improvements’. It’s just greedy. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting, I had a appointment elsewhere to go to and was late because I had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to get out of the car park. Absolutely shocking! WHAT IF I HAD A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY TO GO TO? Are you going to pay for the result of it ??? Now I am not exaggerating about waiting 20 minutes. I probably waited 25 minutes as I only looked at the time after a few minutes of waiting. Really fed up with this shopping center. Like you have nothing to offer. No Myers, no David jones, no makeup store, not even a proper food court and you want to charge customers for parking. If you want money that desperately, you need to think of a different way. Most importantly you need to update your parking system as people really have places to be. And when a emergency really occurs, your gonna be sued and sorry.

I went to Knox to have dinner and movie with my family. It is now paid parking now. Absolutely greedy and what an absolute disgrace. I parked my car at around 5:45pm and left a bit before 11pm which was a bit over 5 hours and paid $20 parking!!!! What an absolute rip-off. I even downloaded the Westfield members app and added my number plate to it to get the discounted parking fee and still had to pay $20 for parking for only a bit over five hours. Also, when I left the boom gates were up so was a bit confused about that too. Thank goodness I did not have to pay for my dinner and movie tonight otherwise it would’ve been a very expensive evening for me. I should’ve taken public transport tonight and I would not have had to pay anywhere near that to get to Knox. If you are justifying paid parking to pay off all the renovations and development at Knox, then it would’ve been better if you just stayed as you were before all the renovations and developments And have free parking. I will not be back for movie and dinner there any more at Knox. I can’t justify the cost of parking any more to go there. Good riddance.

It's a bit much to force workers to pay for parking when security is non-existent and there is often rubbish lying around. One of the staff carparks is not even properly paved and has debris on the surface. I was hoping to see the new renovations would come with better parking facilities. Really disappointing!!!

It’s really disappointing having to put this review up because I do love Knox City and the renovations looks great, but the customer service skills from centre management have been really poor. I went to the movies over three weeks ago and was double charged for my parking space for some unknown reason. What should have been a $35 fee blew out closer to $50 dollars. I contacted centre management about refunding me the amount and am still yet to receive anything. I am understanding that these things can take time and that’s okay, but it just seems like no one has any idea what’s going on when I’ve called up to ask what’s going on. I’ve had to call up three times only to get the same answer, you’ll just have to wait. I will acknowledge that Ben, one of the customer service officers I spoke with was quite helpful, the others were not. It seems quite ludicrous that it takes three weeks to receive a refund for an error that was made on their end. I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed at the lack of concern and consideration for customers. It’s such a shame, the dining precinct and theatre are such a great social hub but I doubt I’ll be rushing back anytime soon with these ludicrous parking fees. You would be better off going to Chadstone, Fountain Gate or even Century City.

Visited this weekend to check out the new stores. The mall looks way more vibrant now than how it was last year during the renovations period. The renovated areas look bright and lively. The sitting areas in different areas makes a good spot to wait for someone or to have a quick rest in between shopping. The fresh market area is also clean and spacious. Additional food options recently opened as well. Ample parking spaces are available and if you are a Westfield member you have an extended free parking time which is awesome!

Currently looks and feels like a death trap, those I spoke to working in stores in the centre have seen an even larger downturn in sales since Westfield decided to remove plaster from the ceiling and rip up the flooring, because the decrease in those coming to shop here hasn't been bad enough since the 2020 lockdowns saw so many stores closed permanently due to no assistance provided with rent from Westfield. It should be mentioned that none of this renovation work and the sheer level of it was at no point relayed to those with store leases, no one was informed that approximately a third of the shopping centre was going to be ripped down, or that then they would follow with stripping off plaster from the ceiling and flooring for the lower level, but it is okay they have since been informed that the roof should be done by November 🤦‍♀️🤣 But with all this disruption to businesses was there any compensation offered? Any rent reductions? Any support at all? No don't be ridiculous. Winter is coming, that roof was already extra leaky, now without even plaster keep an eye out for Westfields new indoor water feature! Wonder how slippery that uneven rocky concrete floor gets when wet.

Not happy with the new food court area at the stud road end. What's happened to a variety of different providers. I like Asian food but it's so over the top with it. The public seating areas are not suitable to everyone, the chairs are so low are hard to get up from. It's very dark at the new area with dark tiled floors and the dark areas. Not real happy so far I hope it improves.

After the renovation of Knox Westfield it has definitely became a better place to spend your time at. The food court has a wide range of food having whatever you’re craving for. The shops range from jewellery to an arcade to grocery shopping. The vibe of this Westfield is lively on the new renovated side but the other is old and dull. Finding parking in Knox is easy as there are many lots. Hope this helps :)

My car was damaged in the car park and the person did not leave contact details. And the centre charged me for parking just over 3 hours. I have never been charged for parking at a shopping centre before. Avoid this shopping centre if you can. There are safer and better ones around.

Because of the new parking system, I do my best to avoid visiting centre. Spend money on retailers and a meal, part way had to move car out of centre to avoid fees. I know about extra hour for my details. So cannot relax and enjoy the time with family. No need for parking like this. Still no reply to email sent months ago to management on this issue but bet they reply to this really quickly.

UPDATE: Parking is free at Westfield Know WOW. Westfield Knox is a popular shopping center located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. The mall offers a vast array of stores, dining options, and entertainment facilities, making it an excellent destination for a day out. One of the key features of Westfield Knox is its variety of retail shops. The mall has over 350 stores, including fashion outlets, homewares, electronics, and more. Popular stores include H&M, Myer, David Jones, Kmart, Target, and JB Hi-Fi. The prices of these stores vary, with some being more affordable than others. For example, Kmart and Target are known for their affordable prices, while David Jones offers luxury brands. In addition to its retail stores, Westfield Knox has a range of entertainment facilities, including a state-of-the-art cinema complex. The Village Cinemas has 10 screens showing the latest blockbuster movies, independent films, and other popular movie titles. The cost of movie tickets at Village Cinemas ranges from around $15 to $35 AUD, depending on the day and time of the screening. For those looking for food options, Westfield Knox has a food court with a range of dining options. Popular restaurants include Schnitz, Nando's, Sushi Sushi, and Grill'd. The cost of food at the food court varies depending on the restaurant and meal, with some restaurants offering affordable meals for under $20 AUD, while others have more expensive options. Westfield Knox is easily accessible via public transport, with several bus routes that stop near the mall, including routes 737, 745, 753, and 758. There is also a train station located nearby, Boronia Station, which is accessible via the Belgrave line. From the Melbourne CBD, it takes approximately 40-50 minutes to get to Westfield Knox via public transport. For those who choose to drive, the Westfield Knox car park provides a convenient and safe option. The car park has over 6,200 car spaces, including disabled parking and parent parking spaces, located near the entrances and exits of the mall. The cost of parking at Westfield Knox is FREE - take advantage of it. Overall, Westfield Knox provides a fantastic shopping and entertainment experience, with a variety of stores, dining options, and entertainment facilities. The availability of public transport options and a spacious car park make it easily accessible to customers.

Recently done renovations and removed the old food court, they added a new one, you can choose from every cuisine in Asia. Nothing else though. I see more sushi shops have sprung up, must be over 10 there now. Shopping there is also the experience if you don't read mandarin. A lot of shops don't advertise their products in English so it's difficult. Great if you want a trip to Asia without paying the airfares. Nothing special though coz half of the Eastern suburbs are exactly the same. Not trying to be racist but if I wanted to move to China I would.

It is not really fair to give one star to this shopping centre. They provide an admirable service to shoppers (I had a shop here in the 90’s) and they have many great retailers. Treat this as a protest about their new parking fees which on the surface appear ok but unfairly punish moviegoers. I visit Village Cinemas with friends every fortnight and these new parking fees add an extra 20% to my movie/cafe outing. Going to a movie and eating at one of the centre’s cafes is not an abuse of parking time and should not be charged as such. Westfield need to rethink their parking strategy at Knox.

Charging the people who work for parking in a non secure car park that uses a system that doesn't work half the time. Wantirna mall, Burwood 1 and Bayswater can cover all shopping needs. All shiny and new yet no improvement, car park exits are atrocious.

Knox has been my local shopping centre for over 20 years , Love the new layout and look great to see and access all the new stores but when I spend over $1000 on site and then have to pay $8 to leave the car park it is appalling! Downloaded the APP for Westfield to receive my four free hours so we could at least do lunch and a movie but no free parking with that ….. 3hrs later still cost $8 to leave the car park ! Not good enough Westfield!

The renovations are really good and has lifted the look and feel of Knox. However last night after having spent an hour shopping and then going to movies and dinner we were slugged with a ridiculous price for parking so we are going to go to Fountain gate in future. That parking fee could have paid for the ticket to the movies. It’s a rip off and so disappointing after such a good day out

Knox is a poor relation to other shopping centres in the eastern suburbs. It's a shame they didn't use lockdown to give this place a long overdue makeover! There is a reasonable selection of shops and the layout is straightforward - you can't really get lost which is a bonus. However, the decor is dated and it feels quite oppressive when busy. Quite a number of shops have gone with some being replace but others boarded up. The fresh food court is worth a look for a good range of fruit and veggies, herbs and other cooking needs.

The centre is undergoing a major renovation since the closure of Myers. The environment for shopping/browsing is uninviting. Unless you have a specific need and know where to get it I would not recommend shopping there until the Reno's are complete.

2020 shops were leaving Westfield because they were promised a updated version of Knox for years, glad to see the renovations have finally started. Parking underneath at the front of Westfield is limited because of the renovation, but there's plenty of parking space available at the rear of Westfield.

I love this place. The o-zone area is awesome place to have dinner, with lots of choices for entertainment like timezone and the cinemas. But the paid parking is a deal breaker for me. I get that the first 3 hours are free, but if my mates and I go out for dinner and gathering, we don't wanna be looking at our watches. Or getting charged for the time we spend there, on top of the purchases we make. Ridiculous.

DISGUSTING - Making money off the backs of workers! It's shame that such a high profile organisation makes $$ off the backs of people that work in their center. Why are you charging parking fees for employees that work in the center and are integral to keeping the stores open so you can charge rent when shoppers generally do not pay unless they spend more than 4 hours in the center. You may think a flat fee of $5 a day is reasonable but that equates to an average of $100 a month when working five days a week. It is disappointing and unfair - do better Westfield!

I visited Knox to take my child to the Lollipop play center, thinking it was a similar distance for us compared to Forest Hill Chase. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the newly implemented paid parking, which I find quite disappointing compared to pre-renovation period. Paying $25 for over 5.5 hours of parking feels like an excessive and unpleasant surprise, considering the lack of nearby train/tram transport. I've decided to avoid Westfield Knox in the future. Forest Hill Chase, with its free parking, and Eastland, offering more shops and entertainment, seem more appealing now. The parking cost at Knox is simply not justifiable for me. Goodbye to that inconvenience.

It's one Mall that can make your feet tired but fret not, as you can easily find a seat for your tired feet. Basement is the place to go for your groceries ......fresh vegetables, fresh and chilled meats, etc. The Food Court though not many in numbers has several interesting outlets selling dishes from Asian Countries.

This shopping centre has been vastly improved since I was last there a couple year old. I feel like the atmosphere and shopping experience has been brought up to par with the other shopping centres around the south east. Previously I hadn't thought of it as a place to go unless I was directly in the area, but now I am more inclined to go back to the shopping centre to look at the shoppes and food options.

The new layout is beyond idiotic. If a person cannot get from the buses to a supermarket and back in under 15mins for a quick evening short shop, what is the point of a multi million dollar reno. It would appear more tailored to those who drive and park since there is now $ to be made in parking charges.

The place has gone considerably down hill since I last visited. I know it's tough in retail at the moment, but I have never seen so many closed/boarded up shops in a Westfield. The food court, well I hesitate to use that term. Might be easier to say "where you can eat an uber eats order sent in as there's not much variety or Said food vendors. And another thing, who's idea was it to shut down 1/3rd of your parking leading up to Xmas? Are you deliberately trying to shut the joint down by making it near impossible to get parking? To get anywhere in the place? Also, to the "Singer" at the open bar. Please. Stop. All it sounded like was nails being dragged down a chalkboard. You added absolutely nothing to the atmosphere except the stench of failure Normally, Westfield spend a lot of money on advertising and promotion, I fail to see what the end game with this joint is, as the money isn't being used to make it attractive to the punters.

My daughter spent over $400 and I spent around $200 today at Knox SC, we were there 4hrs and they charged us $12 for parking!!! Theres one Asian food court and a few cafes but thats all you get inside the SC, you have to leave the centre for anything else. Construction noise never stops, I feel for those that work there and you think your centre is worth the parking fees? Fountain Gate is a far better centre. We will stick to free parking at our local centres, we won't be going back to Knox, and we will be warning our community about the extorting parking fees.

The pay gates.. the pay gates.. I waited a cruel amount of time to exit the shopping centre because people didn't have cards, or money on their cards to pay to get out. Also because, there is only one lane to turn left onto Burwood Highway and only 7 cars can fit between the lights and the gate, and seemingly 30 cars wanted to turn left. What was a quick visit to the shop, ended up and ordeal to exit the centre. My 3 free hours of parking was used up waiting in line to exit.. avoid this place at all costs. Buy online or go to a cinema or pub with hassle free parking.

The new parking charges aren't welcoming!! I visited the mall twice after it got renovated. Though the shops and mall looked amazing each time I ended up paying $8 upon exit, which was quite shocking and disappointing. Spending $300+ on each of the visits at various retailers and on meals and also paying a pretty heavy parking bill is not aligned with other centres, unfortunately. I am trying my best to avoid visiting this centre. :(

I rated this 4 stars as I like Westfield, it's pretty good but I'm reallybothered by a few things 1. Your expensive leasing which forced Harvey Norman to leave 2. The renovations you guys promised and yet gave no extra detail about 3. Because of point 2, when I can; I go to more big and better shopping centres like east land or the Glen Also I feel like you need to give the shopping centre a more newer, modern look just like eastland has done

This Westfield is fairly standard. It has most shops you need, as long as you're just looking for your basic fast fashion or supermarket type products. It has a fruit and vegetable grocer in one of the food courts that I found very odd. The pedestrian access from any of the car parks are a bit of a pain to navigate around, but the bus access is decent enough. Outside the Westfield you actually have the more mainstream shops like a JB, Supercheap, Lowes, Chemist Warehouse, Rivers and a Salvos, which has its pros and cons depending on where you park.

Review mainly based on play area and parent rooms. The play area is tiny, suitable for toddlers and under 5s. Unfortunately, when I was there, some parents let their school aged children in to run around the area which made it unsafe for my littles. The parent rooms had all the necessities but the parent/child toilet is small, not enough to bring a pram in, which isn’t safe when you have more than 1 child with you. Compared to Eastland and Doncaster, these facilities could definitely be improved.

Visit was short and sweet, just entered near the shop required as it's difficult while they are renovating and so a fly in fly out visit without the usual walk around the centre that could lead to further spending. Good or bad rating depends on perspective - of the shopper and of the store owner! In this case good for me, bad for them!

Wow, a simple shopping experience turned into a kid in a candy store. The upgrade is fantastic. A cultured experience not to be missed. Friendly faces in every store I went into and an all round great shopping adventure. Thank you Knox for the pleasant afternoon

I just loved this place.. everything you need is here.. it's sooo good to have everything in one place - from groceries to diamonds.. they also have restrooms.. there are nice varieties of food shops available which is nice.. I loved the interior of this place.. it's sooo pretty.. highly recommended!!

Always have a soft spot for the centre as used to skip school and head down with a few friends to play arcades at time zone and watch a movie (this was the 90s) Obviously was going to struggle after losing myer and losing any semi decent options for clothing. New section is a bit of a let down, the fresh food section is useful but it’s very dark and claustrophobic. A fail from a design point. New food section also very dark and dingy. Very odd considering the rest of the centre is reasonably bright and airy.

Finally got some decent shops in outside the mall entrance by ALDI looks great, but that said carpark 5 exit was designed and implemented by complete Muppets...it's so close to the traffic lights it causes absolute traffic chaos ...

Having grown up near Knox city and my kid’s grandparents live close we visit very often. We went today with a friend to visit the sushi train at the ozone but most importantly I suggested it because of the new outdoor basketball court that I knew our basketball obsessed kids would love. We traveled from Seaford but when we got there it was closed for a private clinic. This was very disappointing as we checked the website beforehand and there was a mention of a basketball event but not much info and nothing that it would be closed to the public. They luckily ended up having fun at the playground next to it considering their ages are 10 to 12. I called centre management when I got home to suggest they update the website to say the basketball court was closed for the public on school holidays on the clinic days but was told by a gentleman that it was owned by the council and nothing to do with the centre but he would pass on my feedback. Not sure if that was correct or not but I don’t think it . Centre looks great though and can’t wait to see the rest of the stores when they open. Lucky the kids like sushi as no other options for food really except a cafe at the other end near coles and baker’s delight. I love Asian food but it’s overkill and I prefer it for dinner, can be heavy for lunch and not very kid friendly. Hope they open a food court like they use to have with subway etc

I have no problem with the paid parking but when the car spots are so badly marked you can't see where your parking because the they need a repaint, it's a bit of a joke. The same goes for the speed humps & crossings esp in the Ozone area. It's a bit of a safety issue.

Parking Charges are Cruel! I choked and felt sick when I had to pay to leave, serves me right for spending my money shopping there! The Good - the renovations are cool and interior decor is very pretty, theres some new shops like TK Maxx, Aldi & Woolworths, and the new asian food court is great. The Bad - No regular food court yet as the place is still under construction with lots of noise from heavy machinery. The pretty decor makes it hard to walk around if it's busy as it takes up most of the walkways. If your foolish enough to spend too long there you'll spend up to $35 on parking! And the car queues to exit have become ridiculous because of the parking boom gates! The Takeaway - I'll shop at Fountaingate from now on, they have more shops, its fully built, the parking is still free and it doesnt take over 20 minutes to exit a car park!

The shops r getting better closer to finishing BUT the car parking is a terrible pain. Went there Sunday of black Friday sale. Trieing to get out is impossible. U would THINKthey leave the gates UP ON big days like that BUT no they want every penny they can get. It could take an hour to get out of car park in some sections. PAIN IN THE BUTT could put u off going shopping

The renovation looks great. Spacious and lots of stores. Most of my favourite stores are there in the same mall, there are food options on either sid of the mall. The guy at the customer service was very helpful, he quickly helped to sort out the issue with my westfield digital gift card.

I grew up coming here every Saturday. Now I live an hour away and visited recently for the first time since the west-end rebuild. Looks good, still has a good collection of stores. Really looks like a clone of Fountain Gate and Eastland in the new section.

It's just the right size to get about in a motorised wheelchair the lifts are in good positions I like going to the new open section on the 1st floor where Woolworths, Aldi & the newly expanded Asian fruit & vegie section is I like the deli section with freezers, plants & flowers the whole new section is fantastic

It's fine. My only complaint is with the new renovations the back half near Woolworths and around that area is so dark. No natural light. I cannot spend too much time back there as I find it claustrophobic. The area heading toward Oxone is light and cheery. I wish the rest were the same.

For the most part, I'm pretty impressed with the upgrades to Westfield Knox. Although LONG overdue, they have made the centre look far more modern. The combination of timber finishes and plants have really lifted the ambience. I just wish they would do something about that really pungent smell in the area outside OPSM and the jewellers on Level 1!

Have been visiting Knox City for decades. As far as Westfields go, it has similar stores (management don't like change) but is starting to get tired in parts. Needs a big renovation down the Myer end and more promotion of stores in the Ozone end. The size limits the variety of stores with no Woolworths group stores on site (Kmart, Target & 2 Coles stores though). I'm sure that Covid has really damaged the success of the entertainment area, hopefully they keep enough difference in the restaurants there.

Love this mall because the layout is simple, it's not too large a mall but large enough to spend a day shopping. My favourites are Cotton On, Valley Girl and TK Maxx. I can also do my grocery shopping, banking and visit the post office! There are many restaurants at the outside walkway (which is smoke free, extra bonus!) and inside there are also cafes and a food court. The huge fruit shop in the middle has many varieties and has good bargains! Parking is aplenty, free, easy to get in and out (unlike Eastland)! Hope the plans to extend this mall doesn't ruin it!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and it's sad to see how far this place has fallen. It's quite a depressing shopping centre now. All the shops I came here for like Myer, Decjuba, CR, Witchery etc are now gone. It's no longer a place I'd come to buy a special occasion outfit, which is a shame. Too many cheap discount stores in amongst Kmart, Target, Reject shop. Hopefully with the renovations, some cooler, more modern stores will come in. This place is screaming for a Sephora, Mecca, Seed, Politix. The food court is a disaster too. Only every 2nd outlet open. A Cinnabon would increase customers, Nandos, Guzman or Starbucks. Otherwise, Eastland and The Glen are better options for variety.

I have passed this place a good number of times whilst on the road. So when I went there I was expecting a larger venue. Not particularly diverse for food choices but if you're looking for a place that's relatively quiet and accessible for people with further needs this is a good spot. Outdoor eating/rest area at the ozone that use to be a crossing space, that's away from main roads, so kid friendly.

Village cinemas here was a regular spot and parking is perfect close to movies. There are heaps of food spots I really enjoy. This place is good to shop it has disabled parking ramps for the disabled also steps. It has a variety of shops although there is limited parking at the moment because of the changes that's being made on the stud Rd side so it's best to go in on the burwood hwy side as stud Rd entrance has been closed off. The staff let you look then they approach you asking if you need their help they are patient polite and kind towards customers. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went there at the end of last year and again yesterday. It's a pretty big shopping centre at that region. Lots of shops and eateries can be found. I had a baby with me and used parents room which I found awesome. My wife also loved the centre. Only downside in my opinion is too many shops are closed with dividers and it made walkways very narrow. Hopefully when they open it'll be great.

This shopping centre has come a long way in the past few years. This was my original shopping centre when I was younger and couldn’t make it to Chadstone. They have recently updated the interior facade of the centre adding in greenery and extra seating to relax whilst shopping. The ozone offers a wide variety of restaurants, cinemas and a couple of bars. The sporting globe is usually full of uni students come the weekend. Usually has ample parking for all including big underground areas although renovations have shut some of the parking off at the moment. They have also recently started doing paid parking after 3 hours so keep that in mind when on a shopping spree

In a cost of living crisis, Westfield have prioritised price gouging and profiteering over accessibility to their customers. I can only imagine the impact this is having on young families trying to take some time out from their busy schedules to see a movie. This is putrid by Westfield - and it appears a lot of other customers are similarly disgusting. I know I won’t be returning to Knox.

It’s outrageous that you are charging CBD parking prices in the suburbs. In the current economic climate shouldn’t you be incentivising people to spend time at your complex? $20 for parking after dinner and a movie is not a price range that is appropriate for the eastern suburbs demographic. Poor form Knox, it stinks of corporate greed!!!

Shops are good but the elevator/lift situation is awful. There are no signs anywhere showing where the lifts are and when you do find some they are a hassel to get to, my mother is a wheelchair user and it took us 15 minutes just to find a lift and it was stationed outside. The space is small, we have to push her in backwards or have her stay backwards for the duration of the lift. If we were to come with more people we would have to take two trips or split off as the lifts aren't close to the escalators at all.

The place has been done really nice with the interior having an upgraded appearance but the recycling options are not enough. More items can be recycled other than bottles with a label that needs to be scanned. Do more for the planet and consider changing your bins to cater various items other than just bottles because there are so many items, especially food containers that can be recycled.
