This is certainly an interesting shopping precinct. It is solely focused on home related goods (But also has some small specialty stores as well) all within one large shopping centre. It's easy to visit the stores on the different levels as it is not very large and the escalators are easy to spot and find. However, whilst the parking area is very expansive, it is not very pedestrian friendly at all. You're not supposed to use the multiple fire exits to enter or exit so you have to walk a fair way away from the entrance to the shops in order to get inside, it's also not very well illuminated in the carpark, which can make visibility a bit of a problem for people with poor eye sight.

So point off for retail outlets not opening til 10am (we were there 9.15) so walked around both levels seeing what's on offer and then went to IKEA 9.30 for breakfast. So many stores (Harvey Norman, Domayne, House, JB Hi-Fi, Anaconda and lots more) two coffee places, several rest areas and some cute Xmas displays. Lots of parking, well particularly when you get there like us idiots before everything is open! OK in my defence knew you could get IKEA breakfast early but thought 9 not 9.30.

Springvale Homemaker Centre at Springvale Visited on 1/7/2021 There are many shops in this centre including AKEA selling furniture, home decorating goods, electrical goods, computers, etc. I always wonder whether there are too many of such businesses competing is such a crowded market. The day of my visit is NOT a true reflection of the normal landscape of the centre. However, this is what I see - a very empty Homemaker Centre in Springvale. The clinically white tiled floor makes it worse - very cold in terms of ambience. Although there is plenty of natural and artificial light within the building, I still find the atmosphere eerie and my skin shows goosebumps. COVID-19 has changed shopping behaviour of many people. Most of the shops have no customers at all. These photos are taken on the first week of school holiday of term 2, on a very pleasant sunny afternoon, around 3 pm.

Empty. But it feels like express shopping where the staff only address you because your the only one at the store. Prices are reasonable with some discounts. If you don't like crowds come here

You will find what you came for. Poor atmosphere, not many food or Cafe options. We go there because it is close to home if we need certain things but one is not tempted to visit just to have a coffee or browse the shops.

Always love coming here. Lots of parking IKEA is great. Always end up buying things from here. They have a nice , cheap food court and my grandchildren love the hotdogs and icecream. Great place to come and see heaps of furniture and bedding shops.

Good centre if you are after home furniture and furnishings. Ikea is great with lots of other good furniture stores. A few more cafes would be good. Only 1 last time I visited. Heaps parking

Very clean with easy parking and enough stores to be competitive. With Ikea at one end and Harvey Norman at the other your choices are well balanced. As a bonus there are enough coffee shops to give you a minute to sit and enjoy.

I like ikea prices and quality. Plenty of stock available, stopped for a coffee and cinnamon bun and then continued shopping. Plenty of accessible parking. Everything you’d expect from Ikea

This place is all in one Fancy Combo Homemaker Centre, from a small needle to a massive furniture and what not. All total 27 stores are located here. Spacious place, plenty of parking area, even play area for children is available. Unfortunate, part is there is no food court, just 2 coffee shop with some snacks and a famous juice store Boost.

Spoilt for choice if you are shopping for furniture, bedding, and homeware. Ikea is a must visit. There are very limited food outlets given the competition by ikea cafeteria. Parking is the least of your concerns.

I had high expectations as the name stands for itself but this branch turned out different. Overall food was very fresh and good. Ambience is good too, open view and spacious. The environment is not very multi cultural but food menu is. Songs played were too loud. Lastly, service is very slow and poor. Waitress said any indo Chinese will take long time so offered standard available south Indian food. Not everything on menu was available, no kids menu. No options offered on hot, mild taste. I found food high on spice. May not go for dinner again. I can may be order take away next time

Unless you are local, you are coming here for the Ikea. Everything else here is pretty standard things you can find located closer to you. It is helpful, though, if you are say moving into a new place and looking for all your home stuff in one trip, then the centre will have everything you need.

IKEA. Just love the products, prices, atmosphere and how clean and tidy the place is. So many staff in attendance always someone to ask a question to. Can't even get that in Bunnings. Awesome job guys, I hope you are here FOREVER!

Great location right in same building as Ikea, if you don't like Ikea's food, there's coffee shops and other furniture and appliances stores under the same roof.

Lots of shops, however a majority of them are furniture shops. Harvey Norman furniture area I highly recommend and the ladies at house always greet me with cheerfulness and smiles. I also recommend jb hi fi. You will also find Ikea here

The range of different stores is awesome. Ikea, Harvey Norman, Anaconda, Forty Winks, etc. Don't forget to buy a Boost Juice to quench your thirst. And if over purchase at one of these stores and can't fit your shopping in your vehicle then you can hire a van or ute from the carpark through Go Get. What more could you want??

This is a really good place to go to if you are shopping for furniture and home wares. There is plenty of undercover car parking and many big name furniture, homeware, consumer electronics, and even outdoor adventure store! All this under one roof. Sure beats the rain and hot days.

This has some special stores, like IKEA, Harvey Norman and other Furniture related stores. Parking also has free chargers for EVs. Quite handy. It is not busy but a good place to shop for furniture.

The worst experience l've had for years. Be aware of the two car park levels. Walked around for 40 minutes looking for my vehicle only to be informed there are two bloody levels. P1 and P2 BE WARNED

Large mall with all the major brands related to home decor, lighting, furniture, bedding, electronics, cookware and also IKEA. Huge bonus is the massive undercover carpark with proper large spaces. The only downside is probably the lack of food options, you might be better off going to nearby restaurants.

Looking forward to a return visit when I have more time to browse the extensive range of home beautifying stores some unexpectedly unique. The reason for my trip to the centre was to purchase few advertised articles from Anaconda, where a very polite and helpful assistant; named James, shared his personal experience and extensive knowledge of the articles I was interested in, resulting in two happy purchases. Solely because of the product knowledge and exemplary assistance received I would return to this store. Kindest regards Angela B.
