Like a DFO, outlet centre with a large range of stores. Easy parking in the large underground carpark. Good range of quality stores, clothes, kitchen goods, shoes, technology, sports goods etc. Disappointed that although many of them ARE outlet/discount stores with really good runout prices, more than a few of them are selling stuff at regular prices. Just check online before you buy what you think is a bargain and may just be an item available everywhere at its regular price or even be overpriced. Very convenient that there is also a Coles Supermarket and other normal day to day shops as well.

Renamed to DFO Uni Hill now. More stored added as part of the transformation. Avoid parking close to the escalators as its usually crowded and can't find enough parking. Neat and clean. Food court - good variety. Love the pizza store 🍕🍕 , must try if you visit here.

It's a great place for bargain and nice food court. A bigger food court would be better, as this place is always crazy busy. Love the Lindt chocolate place.

Very good DFO with all most all brands. Special discounts from Nike, Adidas, Asics & Puma as I Specially went there for sports items. Rest have also very good offers and continue with boxing day discounts. 1st seen alteration tailoring shop in DFO. Always food courts are very good in all DFO

Bought the things that we wanted for a bit cheaper than where we looked earlier. Well worth a visit. Four hour car park below. Small food court.

Albeit a busy day ensure you double check your order with your experienced host, on our occasion short, a quick sorry half way through our meal, upon challenge then offerd to reorder without sincere empathy.

Very very busy. Limited parking. Some stores are not that much of a bargain anyway. Do your homework before you go. Over the years I’ve noticed a much more narrow range of stores and goods. If rather go to Northlands with greater choice and loads of budget stores like Kmart and Target.

Packed with lots of branded stores with big brands such as Nike, Adidas, and a few others. We went to find a pair of shoes for my teenage son who are growing and can't for anymore in his current shoes, especially after 2 yrs of not going out, he need a new pair as he grow immensely in the last two.

Best place to shop. Had a very good time with my son. Always can find some kind of good deals. Must visit place.

I love this place. With a couple of new stores opening includimg Tommy Hilfig, the place is even better. You are most likely to find a good deal if you are prepared to spend some time and explore.

Great Fruit Shop Outside of Coles! Fresh Fruit and Vegetables! Friendly Staff and Competitive Pricing! The Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice is My Favorite.

Many diverse retailers with a sprinkling of food outlets. Most businesses offer a few items at greatly reduced prices, but not applicable to all items unless an outlet wide promotion is on. Plenty of under cover parking and close to Coles and more well known cafes.

Always find excellent sales deals here, lots of stores to choose from as well. No doubt always likely to find something to buy. Mostly all clothing stores here though.

Parking is pretty chaotic and confusing. Bit of a maze getting in & out of there. The disjointed buildings make it that extra bit confusing but overall decent store selection. Although, I generally don’t find the bargains and deals to be nearly as good as other similar outlets.

This site is ok but is a bit small. It does not have enough variety, and it appears some of the stores I liked, eg bush walking and games, have left, so it is no longer that great to shop at

I love the shopping centre they have quite a good variety the only thing they didn't have was clocks they had a few but not many

Uni Hill Outlet is great- was cheaper before covid but still best place for a bargain.

It's ok to check if there is a good deal but other than that it's not really practical or comfortable no good seating it's split where you have to cross a road to get to a section of the shops .....but there are good deals

Best place to shop by a mile. Better than the big SC. It's reasonably priced and the discounts are insane. Plenty to eat and drink.

I think this is the best DFO around although much smaller. Doesn't hurt they have a Nike outlet and the BEST dumplings across the road.

This DFO is very good for shoes shopping. Carpark can be quite busy and walkways inside the building is not that spacious.

I mostly go there to visit Lindt and shop for kids clothes, there are too many stores with great prices that you can't find elsewhere.

Can get busy. I would suggest coming in off peak times to secure good parking. The positioning of the food court is nice to grab a snack in between shopping

Not many shops open due to Covid19. Quiet but I know how busy it can get.

Lots of shops with some good bargains. There's a small food court but nothing took my fancy. We arrived early on a Sunday - just after 10 making parking a breeze. Toilets are nice and clean. My biggest criticism is the lack of signage in the underground carpark - I couldn't find any exit signs and often find myself driving around looking for an exit (you can't exit through the entrance off Plenty Rd)

My son got a few things there that he loved. Track pants, jumper's and a cool beanie.

There’s only a few shops I like here and go specifically for those. Great staff at city chic and madras link. Spoilt is a great gift shop for pretty bargains but the staff are a bit dry.

Not many shops but enough for general groceries. This also applies to restaurants, in which you can enjoy your day when you don't want to cook yourself. Plenty of car park spaces, which are usually not too crowded.

We always find great deals here - especially on apparels. Plus it has Rivers! Which we so miss in South Wharf DFO. It is right on plenty road - you can see it from a distance. Next to Subaru (which was previously Honda) and close to VicRoads

They should open earlier! Went Thursday morning and everyone opens 10 am!! What about the parents with toddlers that need to rush back for mid day nap 😅 but all round good shops to look at!

This is a fantastic little shopping centre it has a great range of shops to look at if you are looking to find a bargain then come on down to uni Hill there is something for everyone the staff here are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello so come on down

Great DFO shopping centre. You can get many great brands you can think of at a quite reasonable price here. Definitely a place to go to if you are looking for a bargain branded shoes and clothes.

The biggest & best place to shop in comfort. Its enormous enough for an entire school visit & would easily handle each and every possible need. Regardless of time, take a trip & you won't be disappointed.

So many underground carparks which is great. Prices are decent, esp the men's stores that's for sure, my husband enjoys shopping there. Wished there were more options in the food court.
