With a diverse range of stores and a bustling food court, it's a one-stop destination for all your needs. Clean, convenient, and close to the Northern hospital and Quest Hotel, it's perfect for leisurely shopping or grabbing a quick meal. And there is plenty of parking available.

Very big shopping mall with huge parking space. Loads of shops, but comparatively has a small food court. Has free wifi for customers and can connect just with your email address. This is probably one of the biggest mall in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Area outside the mall doors probably has very minimal shades, and it's difficult to take cover on a rainy day and the malls working hours and the staff won't let you take cover inside the mall near the doors.

One-stop shopping for daily essentials including groceries, clothing, and electronics. Grocery items at Coles here are relatively cheaper than at other sites. The food court area serves varieties of fast food tastes. K mart here offers cheaper wearables.

There is a new wetlands area just north of the park. Park by the tennis courts and walk towards the highway. Very new but a great spot

Many shopping stores available. Standard opening hours. Clean mall, Good range of stores and eateries. You can buy here just about everything you need in regard to fashion, food, appliances and even for a Doctor visit. Nearest to the hospital as well as the Quest Hotel next to mall. Or just simply admire the varieties of store surrounding at your leisure. Highly recommend.

Clean and spacious shopping centre, has a lot of parking spot and all major shops have branches there, so usually you find what you need. I take my family to it regularly. Recommended shopping plaza

Average medium sized shopping centre. Has lots of good food items here and lots of places to buy groceries, although they don't have much in the way of larger department stores, pedestrian access around the car park is also pretty poor.

The shopping centre is quite new, large and impressive but shopping for daily living items are dear and not affordable due to high rent. I couldn't find any bargain there.

Good place for shopping. It's got a good enough number of stores on the directory, which makes it easy to shop for all kinds of household needs. Food court is good as well, there are multiple choice of restaurants catering to different cuisine preferences. All in all, it's a great place for a day of shopping and outing with family. Cheers!

Usually parking underground at the hospital end, food courts are always busy, which is a good sign. Playground and coffee is good near the target end

Heart of Epping! It has all the essential shops. You can find Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Big W in one place. But the only concern is that there are not many restaurant options available. You can only find a few Chinese restaurants and bakeries. Plenty of parking space is available just outside the mall.

A popular shopping centre that has plenty of open car parking spaces. A variety of shops. As at Feb 2024 the Woolworths and Hunter Gatherer food court have been demolished and new building works have commenced

Great variety of shops, easy to navigate to find the store your after. Food court has the standard places to eat with plenty of seating. When you need to use the bathroom be prepared as they were not very clean. Parking was easy to get around with plenty of spaces

Always somewhere to park, late opening supermarkets, great restaurants & cafes, nice clean, reasonably priced cinema. Everything you could want in close connection.

Pacific Epping was not that good experience. I didn"t like the car parking area. Too many cars, Not enough space. I hadn't been there for a month and so, and was shocked by how many shops were closed. It is an average place to visit.

Nice shopping centre with lots of parking and public transport. Car park is busy most of the time because of Northern Hospital across the road but you will be able to find parking spot easily. Kids always visit pet shop inside shopping centre. Overall nice shopping centre.

As far as shopping centres can be, this one is good. Everything you might want is catered to. COVID sign-in is a total joke though. No one staffing the entrances, no one verifying you've checked in, from a virus control perspective it may as well not exist. For such a hot-spot area for outbreaks I would have thought centre management would be more concerned.

Lockdown not much open I'm affraid hopefully all will be back to normal soon the we all need to get behind all the shops that have survived that is

This is my go-to mall because it is the closest mall to my house but also because it's got lots of stores that are relevant to me. Replacing Kmart with Target made even more of a favourite to me so now I don't have to go all the way to Northland in Preston. I love the pop-up shops too and there's plenty parking.

  • 4/5 Dawar S. 2 years ago on Google
Everything under one roof, cleaning and security is upto mark, covid safe signs and sanitation station are available. It is a big single storey shopping centre. Be careful with the parking otherwise you will end up doing a lot of walk.

Great products. Who would have thought a stint in hospital would have a good outcome for me and the family with such delicious desserts.

  • 5/5 Joyce C. 2 years ago on Google
Very clean, well laid out shopping centre. Very easy entrances for wheelchairs as there are no great differences between road surface and footpath, just a decorative kerb. Everything is on one level and most stores have wide aisles. Post COVID it will be interesting to see if the casual seating areas are restored or removed. A large complex where anyone such as myself who has difficulty walking for a long way needs to be able to sit occasionally to be able to continue. I've always enjoyed going to this shopping centre

Poor support by Thier own security staff using Disabled toilets while disable people waiting outside toilet Only to see one of the centres security leaving, and ask this security person leaving this toilet "why are you in a disabled toilet" for 15 minutes? "Fixing the door lock" (no keys or tools and toilet was no flushed, never washed, as the electric dryer was not action or heard working) SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Has plenty of shops but if, like me, it was your first visit then you may have issues. I could not find any directories showing where anything is. I walked down two long malls and checked four entrances and ended up having to ask where things were. The shop keepers didn't know much except that there was an information booth outside Woolworths. If you are going there, start at the Woolworths entrance and ask where your store is.

Great experience at the shopping mall. CONNIE from customer service was very accommodating and provided us a great experience. I was accompanying my uncle who has a disability and CONNIE went above and beyond to help us out and assign us with a mobility scooter. Amazing mall, Amazing staff...

  • 2/5 Pete M. 10 months ago on Google
It needs a Myers store, the Harris scarfe store sells the bare minimum and the grocery stores are substandard even with the renovations. Their is a lack of atmosphere and energy at this shopping centre. I think its got something to do with the poorly run administration controlled council that lacks initiatives to make the area more colourful and lively, preferring to make life difficult and obnoxious even towards shoppers.

Parking is a major issue. When you can get a parking space - try to be early, you may also experience a parking fine if you are busy spending money and not notice the time. Many other shopping options in the area.

The shopping center is ok but the bathrooms are the worst, dirty and not clean I have ever been to. Maybe it's because the people who attend have no idea of hygiene. There should be employees cleaning the bathrooms frequently and really cleaning them, not just wiping them down. This mall still has a lot to improve.
