A fairly solid shopping centre in my opinion. You would think on the number of shops that it would be rather small but it's larger then you think. It's easy to shop through and it has most essential stores you need here so you don't really have to venture too far at all, overall worth the visit.

People have to wait in queues just to exit and the machines malfunction a lot. But other than that, this is a fair place. The place gets cleaned very well and very frequently, but sometimes I still find dirt/litter somewhere.

Not too big and overwhelming. The 2 dollar shop under the escalator is awesome, much bigger than it looks. Tram stops just out the front, decent food shops. just around the corner from Toorak Rd, Big W upstairs. Good shopping centre

1/ no mobile data at all, it’s never worked. So you have to always join the free wifi which 50% of the time also doesn’t work properly. How long can that go ignored? 2/ Your lift has been broken / out of service for more then half a year now leaving only 1, pathetic. There are plenty of disabled people who require that and because of how busy the shopping centre is, you could easily wait 10 minutes for that 1 lift. Covid restrictions have also made it difficult as not everyone wants to be crammed into one lift. It’s clear that you have no intention of fixing the second lift any time soon & thats disgusting, pathetic & lazy.

It used to be quite a nice place to come but now they have the anti loitering alarms installed, my partner and I just cant stand coming here anymore. There has also been a decrease in the cleanliness of the toilets in the past few months. I wouldn't recommend coming here any more

Parking is dodgy. Sometimes you have to pay to get out of the building because the free parking barcode for when you shop there, it doesn’t work, and staff members don’t answer the help button at the exit

The go-to-shopping centre in the neighbourhood in South Yarra. You can find childcare service, Woolworth, Big W, medical centre, pharmacy, gourmet market, liquor store, gym and decent restaurants in the same building. Plus you can get 2 hours free parking with 1 dollar spend at Woolworth.

There is a really unpleasant smell of garbage in Woolworths and Mannas. Air con must be taking air from where the garbage decomposes in car park below.

Great little oasis in Sth Yarra, very normal and less opulent than when you step outside the complex...love the little eateries, locksmiths, Asian grocer & battleship...etc..loved it.

  • 4/5 Sarojini S. 2 years ago on Google
Almost everything you need in one building; including a health centre, gym, a day care, and a locksmith! Shop selections are pretty good, lacking a bookstore, although Big W has books, I guess. My favourite will be the 2 dollar shop! 😁 It's a good one.

La Manna? Absolutely masterly. Magical. Uncounted times I've been saved here.

  • 2/5 Nikki W. 1 year ago on Google
Rude staff at Woolies, acused me of shoplifting then despite proving I had paid for every item I had in my bags, they then mocked me for being distessed and refused to let me speak to a manager and insisted they saw me *not scan* some items even though each one was listed clearly on the receipt. What happened to customer service? This woolworths is treating good customers like criminals because the staff are incompetent at their job, no stars, avoid avoid avoid.

Convenient location with lots of different goods under one roof, from food to footwear. Easy access via tram on Chapel st. Street level wheelchair access, and this shopping centre is never too crowded. A leisurely and very satisfying browsing and shopping experience. Also restrooms are easily accessible and always very clean.

A little overpriced, but the quality of the products and the discounted section forces me to rate this place 5 starts 😊

  • 1/5 Slack G. 1 year ago on Google
The parking is a nightmare. The machines constantly breakdown, the call button doesn't get answered. It can take over 30 minutes to exit the car park! When this occurs everyone's exit ticket expires so each car has to ring the help button and wait for someone to answer which takes a very long time - don't be surprised if the buzzer rings out on you. It's a shame because, the shops are great but I no longer frequent this centre as I can't cope with how incompetent the Care parking system is. There are so many other places to go that have easy exit protocols that work. Vogue should get new management for their parking because 'care' does not care.

Shopping centre with shops on multiple levels. Not the sort of place to just stroll around, but shops like big W make it worth visiting occasionally. 3 hours free validated parking if you spend $30 at Woolies or BigW.

Nothing special I'd recommend crossing Acland St 2 Woolworths supermarket If U want 2 supermarket shop it's much better a B d only 1/5 mins away

  • 1/5 Lisa D. 1 year ago on Google
Dress like you've walked out of sweat yoga or a soccer mum or model and you'll be ok, single mums are treated as dirty thieves, never get good service let alone a smile. Same items like bananas are 50c kg more expensive and everything not on a fixed price is more expensive, but if I want the groceries I need I have to go there as they don't stock many items including the woollies brands I buy, at the Prahran woollies. So it's very expensive, adds up very quick. It's probably worth driving 20 minutes elsewhere but most mums are time poor. Such a massive corporation doesn't have the excuse of expensive rent when they are everywhere. It would all even out.

Right in the middle of South Yarra. Equipped with all the necessary departmental stores. Big W, Wollies, Price Line, 2$ store, Beauty and Brow, Hair cut, Nail Salon, Massage Space, COFFEE by Lamanna, Florist, Mister Minh for watch repairs and duplicate keys, tons of eateries - Sandwich Chef, Middle Eastern place, Burger joint, Fish and Chips (Hunky Dory). Perfect place to get into errands. Easy access. Enormous parking space. Automated vehicle time reading. So good.
