One of the best South Indian thaali, filter coffee & uthappam. Definitely, I would rate this restaurant as the best in the southeast of Melbourne. Mango lassi was very good too. Prices won't hit your pocket as well. Surely, you will not be disappointed. To all my followers, that's a guarantee!

No words can describe this place. Can give 6 starts out of 5 for the taste of food, quality, quantity etc. It's a true family restaurant which can seriously compete and win over other commercial places which runs a similar type of restaurants. The food cooked here is very tasty. One can easily say it's a hidden gem in Dandenong region (atleast for me who travelled 50+kms to get here). Thank you to the owners/staff to run such a good restaurant.

The restaurant is really good, how ever they do not serve the basic minimum required chutney or sambhar with the dosas and Idlis which is ridiculous. You better order a dosa and pay AUD 4 for the required curries. It was sad to see them serving sambhar and chutney like pickles. We all understand the rise in living costs, please increase your menu prices than charging AUD 2. For a spoon of chutney

Very good and authentic South Indian food. I had visited this restaurant few times before, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the dishes. Today I had a thali meals which is as good as their other dishes.Cleanliness and their customer service is outstanding . My five stars for this restaurant .

Had a vey satiating meal ! Freshness of home cooked food and warm friendly service made it feel like I was being fed at home. And soo reasonably priced . I feel you should increase the price a bit 😅. I had a special Thali, every dish was lip smacking good . Also, got a special serving of a pumpkin dish was amazing . Well done guys ! Will be back .

Tastiest dosas and vadas in town. You get very soft idlis and wonder what!! All the items are super affordable here. The sambar is so good and the chutney is also to be commented on. Anytime hungry, get a bus to Dandenong have a 7 mins walk to this place and have tummy full food. The best service too.

We went to this restaurant for lunch today. Between the 2 of us we had a thali uttapam, sambar vada and ended with masala chaas and filter coffee. Food was amazing and authentic south Indian fare. Service was excellent too. Will surely go back again.

I can say, Iyer is one of the best vegetarian restaurants near noble park or dandenong. We had mysore masala dosa, paneer masala dosa, medhu vada, laddu and mysore pak from here. Dosas were so crispy, soft and tasty.👌🏻 Medhu vada and laddu were also good. And mysore pak was one of the best items. It was made so perfect with right amount of ghee & sugar. It was soft & just melted in the mouth. All the dishes have that authentic South Indian taste. Family-run restaurant and customer friendly.

Ordered thali , plain dosa, ghee dosa and medu vada. all items in thali was good except for rice which was a bit overcooked(may be one of those days). both dosa and ghee dosa was good. medu vada had a bit of different taste(bitter) . staff and service was very good.

My weekly go to… if not more often… The food is delicious and great value. The thali is my staple go-to…. Their idli and vadai are also awesome Great value and good quality batter is also available

Authentic, healthy pure vegetarian restaurant run by a family. I enjoyed my meal the special thali for only $14 is amazing value. We went in a group of 6 including 3 kids and there was adequate space etc. It was not very busy.

Decent south Indian meal and tiffins. Food was good. I like there dosa batter compared to what we get at Indian grocery stores. Fresh with out any preservative and excess salt.

The BEST authentic south Indian food I have had in Australia. The food is prepared by a family and it feels like eating at a friend's house. Reminds me of the most authentic south Indian places in India. Super healthy (not loaded with fat & oil), sumptuous, amazing service and super cheap, you can't go wrong!

Brilliant little South Indian restaurant with excellent service (attentive and kind)! The food very much has a home made South Indian taste and were all of great quality too. The Thali was amazing value for money. Buttermilk was *chef’s kiss* Perfect for when you are craving for South Indian and want it simple yet delicious and quick. 4 stars out of 5 only because it’s small with no way to book a table so it means a bit of wait depending on when you go.

Absolutely Tasteless food . It’s a waste of money , would rather eat hungry jacks or McDonald’s than wasting money here . Sambar so cold and bland . No chutneys, masala dosa has no taste . Dosa feels like eating paper.

Went on a weekend for a late lunch Had the thali and a Dosa. Both were out of the world. Prices are v reasonable and service was just right.

Very polite friendly staff and good customer service and clean. Unfortunately the food was disappointing as there was not much of a choice. I ordered the thali but most disappointing was their “masala chai” which was more like an instant tea packet bought off the supermarket shelf and tasteless.

Awesome, Pure south indian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I felt as if I'm back in my home town. Right spice level and very friendly staff. I guess this is where I will be spending most of my food budget next month.
