The burgers here are so delicious and well made. Each ingredients in their burgers are so fresh and you can taste the beef in their patties. Portions are generous too. Their kids burger is just the right size and so delicious that our daughter wants to come back. Their staff Kiara was very friendly and helpful and serving us. Definitely coming back.

I remember when Grill'd first arrived. It was expensive, but was a lot nicer than things like McDonald's and KFC. Now Grill'd is expensive, but also trash. I ordered a chicken burger with an extra fillet. It cost almost 30 dollars just for the burger. It was not good. Two shriveled up, dry pieces of chicken with a tiny bit of mayo and a pathetic limp piece of lettuce between two bland buns. Gross. The chips weren't even fully cooked. They weren't just soggy from the delivery. They were soggy because they were half cooked. Lucky I was at home so I could finish cooking then myself. Had a sample of the kids beef burgers. It's really obvious that the quality of the meat in the patties has been downgraded. It's starting to taste more like sausage than beef mince. 0/10 do not recommend. There are much better options out there now.

I have been to this Grill’d many times. It’s normally ok in terms of food but the wait time is frustratingly slow. The last occasion we went, we were extremely disappointed. It took an eternity to get our food and when we did, my burger was black and so overcooked that it hurt my teeth. I felt ill from it and while I would normally have asked for another one, I didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes as we had small children with us. It was a shame because it’s the only real food option we go for in that food court if we are shopping at Doncaster. It won’t stop me going to other Grill’d as I go regularly but I will avoid this place.

I ordered direct through the website and got it delivered. Got the order and a meal was missing, one of the meals was completely wrong, chips were cold and the drinks were warm. I spent $110 and the whole meal was terrible. I tried to directly call Grilld Doncaster 35 times and the called failed every single time. Not happy Grilld!!!!! I’m so disappointed. I had to call door dash and they even tried to call you and couldn’t get through. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience!!! I want a full refund of my order and I’ll never be ordering from here again!!!!! How ridiculous you can’t even call the store. The worst!

Do not recommend this place. This is a very messy branch of Grill’d. Staff don’t care about the details of the orders and always mess-up things. It’s either burnt, missing something, hugely delayed, or straight wrong orders. It is especially terrible if the order is made online for delivery - even less care is given to what a customer actually ordered! This is not my experience with other branches of Grill’d, so there’s something particularly wrong with the management of this branch and the training/monitoring of its staff.

Ordered burger @ 7:16pm with other things. Burger arrived cold and very, very burnt patty within the burger. Was told they will remake the burger. Anyway, after many follow-up visits to the counter I finally got to eat at @ 8:04… and with no bacon and the avocado missing. Not good. Many others also complaining about their orders which was adding chaos to the pressure…

Oh my goodness, what a grouse dining experience at this franchise!!! The manager, Amber, was an absolute legend! Her bubbly and friendly demeanour, really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The music was pumping, the food was delicious and the staff all had smiles on their faces! By far my favourite Grill'd!!! Thanks Amber, you deserve a raise! 😋

Had a pleasant experience today at the store. Jarrod was helpful and patient in explaining the differences between the two sets of plant based burgers on the menu. There was an error made with an ingredient that was requested to be removed but that was rectified promptly. Based on the good service alone apart from the tasty "impossible" burger, I would be returning to this store. Keep up the good service Jarrod!

Sadly, I have to write that this is the worst Grill'd. I've been here at least 10 times and is constantly terrible... The patty's are cold every time, and the chips fried way in advance to save time. So every time they are soft and cold plus the container always underfilled. The staff is always friendly and helpful. SADLY, THE WORST GRILL'D IN MELBOURNE.

They usually play loud music on Friday nights,🎉 sing along at the top of their lungs, 🎤and laugh out loud.😆 Maybe their saliva will be flying around on Friday night? The taste is delicious, so I'll go again when it's quiet.

The worst. Ordered on Uber eats. Sent us cold burgers that looks like they made centuries ago. Taste worse than it looks! And fried were straight from the frozen bag and not fried properly even.

Absolutely AMAZING! service was outstanding! No issues with changing things up, happy to accommodate our dietary needs and nothing too hard. The staff are so happy bubbly kind. Rachael especially, gorgeous and can sing!! Fantastic service! Will gladly come here over another Grill'd!

Because this grill'd opened opposite a small local cafe I love and then sent them legal threats over the logo I will never go to any grill'd again. Also they are not healthy at all. Go across the road instead!

Was at the food court in my lunch break. I dont really like the Doncaster food court but grabbed my usual Chicken pom salad. OMG it was the best i've ever had from any of the Grill'd stores! The sauce to salad ratio along with the crunchy bits on top was just next level.. I've never savoured this salad before like this! I'm always getting a disappointing one from Knox.. Now I know how its actually meant to taste i'll never buy from Knox again! I'd give this salad 10 stars if I could!

ordered 3 burgers and all had something wrong (missing items or wrong bread). order was 20mins late and chips were cold. i don’t usually post reviews, especially negative ones but this is a common occurrence at doncaster.

Staff who clearly doesn't want to work at this place! 1. Wait time - it was unusually long so when I went to check up on it, it was sitting there. The burger was cold and the chips soggy. I was sitting right in front of where the order comes out and didn't hear. And it wasnt busy at all. You'd expect the staff would call you again or try to make eye contact but no. 2. There were about 4 staff and when I went to ask for another napkin, I had to scream my lungs out and the dude who clearly heard me didn't even turn around. I had to go to the other end and get the cooker to get me a napkin. You shouldn't hire people who you don't want to work. How do you not man the counter and don't turn around for a customer? This is the worst experience I had in awhile and would not recommend grilld doncaster again.

We ordered our meal and after waiting for some time with people who ordered after us getting their food, we asked when our order was. Apparently there was a problem with the till when we ordered and it did not go through to the kitchen. They were most apologetic and refunded the entire cost of the meal and drinks (which we already had) and put through the order as a priority. At most I would have expected (and happily accepted) a hearty apology, possibly even a free drink, but certainly not the full cost of the meal. Excellent customer service, and on top of that the food was great. Happy to recommend.

Ordered zucchini chips and a burger. Burger was nice but zucchini chips were terrible, zucchini was boiled with a crispy coating - the only flavour of the chips was from the salt. I know that they usually taste better as I’ve had them at another Grill’d.

Never had a good experience with Glld. I always try to go for Australian products and services but Grilled has disappointed me big time. Maybe once in every 10 times you get something good. Never received a consistent eating experience.

I ordered a Nourish and Flourish burger that was quite nice and my wife ordered the SuperPower Salad. It was supposed to come with chicken and avocado. She had to go back and ask for the chicken after we had received it as it wasn’t there and there was no avocado, as advertised on the menu. Not good enough! If mine wasn’t okay, it would have been a one star.

Great burgers! Bit on the pricey side but as big as they are you get what you pay for. Didn't seem to have many alternatives if you had dietary requirements however (egg intolerance for example)

Ordered via their website and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered the order was cancelled without explanation. To make matters worse they withdrew the money but never refunded it. Thieves...

The food was kind of good? Well, unfortunately my 2 year Olds burger was burnt although me and husband's food was cooked nicely. There were no napkins or cutlery available on the table which is inconvenient considering the type of food that is served.

Nice staff. Great burgers. Chips are sprinkled with herbs which give them that wholesome home cooked feeling.

Haven't been at Grill'd for a long time. They've always been a bit on the pricey side but then the quality was great and I could justify paying more. Unfortunately this is definitely no longer the case. The burgers are small, not far from slider sized now and the quality of the buns and the burgers themselves just don't represent quality and value any longer. Prices have sky-rocketed. Really disappointing. I now class Hungry Jack's higher, which says a lot. Goodbye Grill'd.

First we stand there for five minutes until someone finally walks up to the three unattended registers to take an order. Then after they made the burger, it turns out they just forgot it in the kitchen for upwards of 10 minutes while we were waiting right in front of their store and I had to go remind them that they have customers to serve. At which point they pick up and hand me the (now soggy) burger and the wrong fries in a sealed bag (what am I a delivery driver?) and send me on my way. Just because I can't look inside the bag doesn't make the food less wrong, but of course the young adults working there aren't to blame. This place is clearly understaffed and mismanaged. I expected better from the brand.

Food Quality was poor. I ordered 2 bottles of drinks with my food. The delivery guy told they did not give it to him. They charged me for it. Sorry for the management.

Ordered the Chilli Chicken Burger. Though I must say whoever made this prepared it very rushed. As I opened the container up, the burger was a complete mess, with the chicken being extremely dry. Though the burger was okay it was a bit to small for my liking.

The simply grilled burger with added cheese is my favourite. So yum and bursting with flavour! The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there but overall the burger was great.

Very tasty- just had the simply grilled with cheese. But $16 JUST for a burger. As soon as I picked it up I was thinking “this is way too light!!”.. I had to go and buy a rice paper roll to finish the job. Rip off.

Have been coming to this place for a couple of years now, great food and great service from a worker named rachel, she basically carries that shop with her character and work ethic. She remembers my order and my name and is always great. She deserves a raise, shes definitely the biggest factor of why i eat here, great customer service skills.
