Today we celebrated my mums 92nd birthday at this beautiful restaurant. My mum was joined in this celebration with her children , grandchildren and great grandchildren. A total of 20 people of various ages. The service to provide food and drink was impeccable and timely. Nothing was too hard for the waiters and the owner. If something was requested it appeared on the table quickly and no attitude. The food was magnificent. Everything was fresh , well presented and tasty. Mum was so impressed and the owner and staff made her feel very special . Thank you for making Mum’s day so memorable. Thank you for the wonderful food . Thank you for the great service . Cannot wait till we organize another function at this wonderful restaurant. Thank you . We will be back ❤️

Really lovely restaurant. Had our first dinner date in a very VERY long time. Food was delicious and excellent value for money. Staff were very kind and friendly. The young waitress seemed a little nervous but did a great job. It was quiet when we were there so might be a little different when it’s a bit busy but I doubt that.

Popped in for a quick dinner and ordered the day's special. Rib eye steak. Whilst the doneness was right the taste was on the bland side. The food plating also left much to be desired. My review is mainly on the rude Indian manager at the reception counter when I arrived. Dismissive attitude whilst on the phone. Arrogant and cocky. Was half-minded to walk out. If not for the helpful demeanour of the tall bespectacled waiter, I'd have considered the whole experience of dining here bad.

Very tasty food and excellent service! It was the first visit with my whole family! While we are waiting for our food, they provide us some plain pasta for my 15 month old daughter to munch! Sous vide chicken we ordered, it was so tender and tasty! Love the pasta with blue cheese as well. Even I am not big fan of blue cheese, I still like it. The cheese flavour wasn't over powerful, it is just right amount to enhance the flavour. Highly recommended if you love Italian food! They have vast choices on the menu, unfortunately we only can have this much during the lunch!

Family visiting from overseas, booked this restaurant for fine dinning, everyone liked food and dessert, and went back to this place again next day. Highly recommend for a fine dinning place with stunning vibe.

It is so rare to get good customer service. Eating out is so often a impersonal and sterile affair. This is DEFINITELY NOT the case at Vibrante. There staff are always kind and attentive, and tonights waiter Mayank is a perfect example of this. Should his employers read this. Your food is good and your restaurant is warm and welcoming - but the reason I will be coming back is for Mayank and the teams service.

The environment is spacious and comfortable, you can have lunch or dinner quietly, coffee is provided after three in the afternoon, and the dishes are rich and good.

A couple of months ago, we had lunch here with a business guest from England. He was most impressed and so were we.

This place was amazing! The staff were so friendly and fun, and the food was simply superb.

Vibrante restaurant is located at James St within Templestowe. The staffs are polite and friendly. The quantity of food is rather small for the price we pay. The ambience is good.

Had a delicious lunch, once again at Vibrante Restaurant. As usual the food was yummy. Three of us today, we all enjoyed a main course, Veal Parma, a Seafood Pasta and a Seared Prawns and Scallops. There are always plenty of choices on the menu, making it difficult to choose. So you need to return to try something else at another time. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Just had lunch at Vibrante tonight. Staff and manager are very friendly and welcoming.

Looking for a good restaurant in the Templestowe area, then its hard to go past Vibrante. I've been here a few times and really appreciate the greeting on entry and friendly staff. There is a wide food choice, its good food, its hot and the portion sizes are excellent. Special mention to Hemanj and to Cassy who looked after our table and made it a special experience with a few laughs. We plan to return, so must be good.

Nice place very friendly owner, however food lacked of seasoning bit bland. Steak was bland so as the vegetables and mash potatoes.

Friendly staff and quick service. We ordered the crispy chicken and bruschetta for starters which were great. The pizzas and chicken parmigiana were good, but the battered fish was not great. More chips would have been nice.

We've been there for Valentin's Day🥰⚘️❤️. Absolutely nice place with lots of places to sit. It is located in a quiet suburb provI ding many car park around it. Very friendly and professional waiters. Nice foods. Kids have separate generous meals with free drinks. We had brocheta and fried chicken for starter. They were amazing. Had eye fillet as main, which was very tender and juicy enough. Their Mushrooms sause is a must with stakes👌. Vast variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic were available. Closed out with a tiramisu and other desert (forgot the name) so delicious 🤪 گارسون مهربون ایرانی هم دارن.

Lovely Italian food, could have been a bit more bread with the three dips (entree) but it was all delicious. I had the vegetarian lasagne it was cheesy and tasty.

The food was excellent and plenty of it! The seafood was very fresh and the antipasto platter didn’t disappoint. Two the diners had the Ribeye and they were cooked to perfection, the lamb fell of the bone, and all credit to the pork belly. All in all, this is the perfect option for a Christmas Day where you don’t want to spend your whole time in your own kitchen.

We went to Vibrante last night for dinner. The food was good and Olivia the girl who served us was great. She was very nice and attentive. She looked after us but definitely not over doing it. The manager Hiemant was also very friendly. Overall a good experience as we haven’t been there since pandemic.

Went out for dinner with my family last night and I had the Gnocchi Gorgonzola. Oh my goodness!!! Best ever!!! and I'm not even a gnocchi fan. Little silk pillows. The garlic foccacia was also super delicious.

We had our family gathering in the function room, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, the young lady at the bar was so lovely and helpful. our guest were highly impressed by the food ( Italians are quite the critics when it comes to food so if my Italian grandmother approved that says it all) the function room was beautiful and inviting, would highly recommend. Owners were absolutely lovely and even had a chat to us and gave us their well wishes. Thank you for making our special day magical and memorable.

Group of six of us had a dinner in the back bar on a Thursday evening. Walked in without a booking. Very casual place, we ate in the outdoor seating area which was quiet. Standard pub menu with Parmas, steaks, burgers, fish and chips, etc. Also Salad and vegetarian options. Good value for money, meals were alright, what you would expect from a pub meal. Decent size. Service was reasonable, casual but polite staff, although the meals were served a big staggered with one being brought out very late, otherwise not too bad.

Quite enjoyable, set up for food was well organized. A carvery,an Asian section, a pizza section ,even an entree section and usual salads, desert (a good selection)and soup. Really more than what you could eat and price was very good.

Always good for that special night out! Spacious. Comfortable. Classy interior. Great service. Delicious dishes.

We had a family get together at this place, was the first time we ate here and to our surprise the food was great and the service excellent. Cannot say a bad word about this restaurant even our meals came out quick even when it was packed.

We are extremely satisfied with the team at Vibrante for the excellent arrangements for my son’s first birthday. They went above and beyond to make sure everything goes sleek and smooth. My guests were warmly welcomed, table settings were completed and everything was ready to go. They also made sure that we get enough space for the cake cutting ceremony and they communicated with us thoroughly to serve the food on time. Excellent food, great pricing for functions and beautiful atmosphere. Thanks to Hemant and Miranda for being so nice and patient with all our demands. We went for dinner on a Thursday night, wonderful atmosphere, large dining area, great menu, something for everyone and delicious food. Just a minor issue, the manager who answers the phone for bookings was very blunt and rushing along even though I ensured to call at a time when it was not rush hour, 3:30pm . Greeting on arrival could also be a little more welcoming

Dined here last night, the seafood platter was recommended to us and it was every thing that we were told and some. Our waitress ( did not get her name) was brilliant and made our night even more enjoyable, nothing was a bother to her and so professional, what an asset to this restaurant. What ever management does in the future do not let go of her or the chef their brilliant.

Vibrante has a great atmosphere for family dining and incredibly friendly staff. Travis was our server for the evening and made an incredibly positive impression. He greeted me as Sir, pulled my wife's chair out for her, and made sure we were both comfortable. Travis took full took full responsibility for creating a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for the two of us and he nailed it. The food was also delicious.

Cannot fault the service. Went on a Friday night and it was nearly full house but, despite this, I was impressed by how good the service was :) food was great as always. Only weird thing was a just ok cocktail but I think that was just a once off. Would definitely be back again.

Amazing experience! Food was stunning, great atmosphere, but the thing that made the night stand out was the lovely service - particularly from Hemant. We were in a large group, and dining with a newborn - it was our first time going to a restaurant with him, so I was pretty nervous! Our experience last night was amazing. Herman and Travis were very accommodating specially to my 1yo needs. He was very hungry as we arrived so Herman brought out some plain pasta and strawberries for him to enjoy. It was a lovely gesture. The food was brought out quickly and tasted really great too! I definitely will be returning! :) this is was customer service is about.

Awesome family lunch on Good Friday. I have been waiting for the opportunity of eating at Vibrante for a while now and I wasn't disappointed. The food and service was excellent. 5 in my family, and it's always a challenge to find somewhere we all agree on, but this was the place that was on the mark in terms of choice. My Son who doesn't normally like Italian type cuisine, commented that the Menu was to his liking. Congratulations to Eugene and his team - keep up the great work!

We had a party here after my son’s Confirmation. Two other families joined in so all up there were about 60 of us. Vibrante is large with the main dining area downstairs. We were put upstairs in the function space. The space was good, there was a full bar upstairs which was handy and a balcony for any smokers. The food was ok, but slow to come and just warm. I think having to walk the meals upstairs for so many people made it slow. Overall a little disappointing. But I have dined here in the downstairs dining area several times anz have always had a pleasant experience so I still give Vibrante a 4 star rating.

We have eaten at Vibrante many times over the years and it never disappoints. Fresh ingredients, excellent food and lovely service. The manager/owner, Hemant is attentive and always welcoming. The restaurant is comfortable and well heated in winter. Our meal tonight was delicious and our waiter, Travis gave great service. A great asset to the Templestowe area.

We dined at Vibrante last night and glad we did so. The drinks menu is fantastic and the service was quick with the food being of high quality. Hemant was a fantastic host. He even got one of my kids, who had refused to eat as he was upset to have a meal and enjoy the evening. We will be returning soon.

Vibrante is open for breakfast now! A reasonably priced cafe breakfast in a setting that is usually a little more peaceful than the other cafes nearby.

I was craving for Italian food so we went to this nearby italian restaurant. I remembered chef and owners being italian but seems like business was taken over (havent been for a long long time). Unfortunately my verdict is: Below average food. Flavours nonexistent. Waiter kept upselling us to order entree. Price is way too pricey for the quality.

The food was great. We purchased a bottle of wine which turned out to be awful. We mentioned to the wait staff and they sent the manager. He made a suggestion for a replacement, which we accepted, but it was not a lot better. We then selected another one which was good. Seemed to be no trouble to assist and we were only charged for the one we drank. Excellent service. We will definitely return

My wife and I dined at lunch yesterday. We were cordially welcomed and shown to our table by Neman, a very efficient Maître D.! He had the entire restaurant under his efficient but unassuming control. The other staff followed his lead with excellent unobtrusive service. Our meals were beautifully presented and the taste was excellent. We will return.

We had dinner at Vibrante and the experience was nice. The manager, Hemant, greeted us and gave best seat near the window. He recommended Rib Eye which my husband liked. I order pasta tortellini romana which is nice as well. The bruschetta as starter is a good choice. Overall, it is a nice experience.

I went with my friend for dinner at 5pm today and the experience was definitely not worth it. We spent $175 even though our charges that was calculated was only $140 at a maximum and when I asked for the reciept the manager would not give me it. The food was not great, the presentation, the taste and the special which cost $52 was absolutely not worth the price it is marketed as. We started off with the bruschetta 2 piece, with the dish tasting strongly of garlic which covered the taste of the dish itself and the vingerette was completely muted without much flavour. The garnish which I presumed to be pea leaves was excessive being a common theme in all the dishes presented. Then there was the arancini balls, where it felt as if was frozen then reheated as the flavour was completely absent. The rice used was also curry rice which did not work with the dish itself. The insides was also very inconsistent as the mushrooms were not diced correctly and in almost all of the balls there was slices of mushroom present. The dish was also very salty, with the only relief being the water and mayo. The next dishes that came out was my friends' Barramundi and my special, the Rib-eye steak. The Rib-eye steak was requested to be medium rare, however it was actually medium leaving me barely and pink in the middle of the steak, seated on 12 chips salad and the meat swimming in mushroom sauce. The salad was very stale and upon consumption it felt as if it was left out for the entire day as the leaves of the salad was bruised and wilting. The chips tasted like the ones you can purchase at McDonalds and were very dry while also being in low amounts as I recieved 12 chips in the dish. The sauce that came with the steak was not cooked properly as the mushrooms were sometimes raw and the sauce left a lot to be desired as not only did it taste slightly off, it also was covered in oil from the steak as it was placed on a slight angle to drip into the sauce. The meat itself was not too appealing when fliped over was a grey colour with no browning and did not make the meal too appealing as the side that was facing up was covered in sauce and the meat's char could not been seen. The meat was on the tougher side and contained a massive fat berg in the meat which greatly diminished the quality of the cut that I was given and I did not feel that $52 justified the meal that I was presented. The cut of the meat I felt was really cheap with a high fat content in muscle tissue and the bone was cut in half. I doubt the grill was cleaned very well too as I could taste previously made foods in the charring. My friend did not find the Barramundi too appetising too with excessive garnishing of the pea leaf did not help either. The salad is a similar story to Rib-eye where it was wilting and felt stale. We ended the meal with a dessert of Sticky Date Pudding and it was a mess. The pudding was swimming in the sauce being described as a "fort with a moat" and a scoop of ice-cream on the side swimming in the sauce. The dessert itself was not too appealing either containing intact dates with fibre still present in the pudding. It lacked flavour and the sauce that it came with was "sickenly sweet" which did not help the appeal of the sticky date pudding. Overall I would definitely not come back, not only due to the erroneous charges made, but also the managers attitude and the food presented. I would highly advice going to D'Oro which is just down the road as they are significantly better than Vibrante.

Can be quite busy on members day so you have to make a booking to secure your seat. Sometimes their food is ok, depends i think on the chefs on duty that day. I don't eat or touch their pasta (lasagna) , i know it will just disappoint me as it always look dry and been sitting their for a while.. If you like buffets, this place is not too bad. Price is reasonable and their service is not bad for a casual visit...😊 😊

We had our engagement party in the liberty room! Once we decorated the venue looked amazing and fitted our 170guests comfortably! The DJ played all music we requested so the dance floor was full! Martine was incredibly easy to deal with when planning and the girls behind the bar on the night were fantastic, making sure we were looked after with drinks and food! We would 100% have another event here, and recommend it to our friends. Thank you Manhattan functions!

Hired out the Soho Room for our stores 3rd birthday. For the cost of the room you don`t need to worry about a thing here. Everything is taken care of for you so you can enjoy the night! Fantastic room layout, plenty of seating and dance floor room. Bar prices are acceptable with very friendly staff and would highly recommend this room for a function!! We have used this for 2 years and will be continuing to use it for the coming future !! Thanks so much for the hospitality :)

Been in contact with the venue manager (Jesse) to book one of their function spaces for a 40th birthday. Found the attitude and tone very unfriendly and non-cooperative. Didn't seem overly interested when we went in to see the place and the tone of conversation went south from there... I did ask for some changes to their function package, it wasn't the fact that some of my requests were refused, but the magic word "sorry" wasn't once used and instead I was told "I need to know now mate!!!!"... Dissapointing and unacceptable!!!

Went for lunch with 5 friends, very COVID responsible and good service. We all had brusceta for starters which was very good as were the 4 lamb shanks. However the 2 risottos were very disappointing. Will I return?? Maybe.

Food is always ok. Not many ‘by the glass’. There’s no friendly manager apparent anytime we’ve dined there. Just no personality at all. Outdoor area is very shabby, particularly looking onto a side wall and broken toilet windows. Especially as these days you want to dine outside more. With such quality competition around they need to lift their game a bit.

Went with my partner for valentines day where they had posters advertising their set menu and special ala carte menu, when we asked for their set menu they said no... only ala carte. When I asked if I could just order something different as their was nothing I really liked on there valentines menu, I was told no order off it or their is nothing else available.... really poor on a night when they weren't even booked out. Had we known that the set menu they advertised as having was unavailable we wouldn't have booked there as there variety was what attracted us.

Came here for the dinner. Food and services are not as good as we expected: I ordered a steak for $40+ but the steak is worse than the one I bought in the supermarket and cooked by myself. i am not exaggerating, maybe I ordered the wrong food, but I really hope they can improve their service and food quality.

I have dined at Vibrante on several occasions and last night we had an early booking there was only 4 tables being served, within 10 minutes we ordered, drinks were served promptly but after asking when the main was coming we walked out after 1 hour and 10 minutes without being served our main. The manager or owner on duty insisted for us to stay and offered drinks on the house and that the meal was on the way, but we decided to go to another restaurant and he still gave us the bill. Obviously the manager has no PR skills.

We had my son's 18th birthday party in the function room. The function room and attached bar more than adequately catered for our party of 34 people. Manager Hermant and hostess Miranda provided us with attentive and excellent service to make it a very enjoyable and memorable evening. The food was also excellent!

Never again. Go somewhere else! Five of us went there for lunch recently. This establishment is in the Entertainment Book (EB) and we had 2 EB subscriptions between us. Under EB rules, when there are 4 people or more, two EB discounts are applicable. However when we went to pay, the Indian manager insisted that there had to be 6 people dining at the same table for 2 discounts to apply - which is a load of rubbish. Nevertheless, this extremely arrogant and aggressive manager stubbornly remained adamant that only one discount would apply. What is the point of agreeing to be in the EB if you're going to make up your own rules as you go?? This same Indian manager has been at Vibrante for some time now and has always behaved in a pushy and arrogant manner, but this was a new low. An abysmal dining experience and an absolute disgrace! AVOID!!!

This is an excellent Restuarant we eat here at least once a week sometimes twice. Hemant & Monty and their team are fun and provide great service. Our bookings are for 2 or 3 up to 11 with ages range from 30 to 90 Excellent food good specials reasonably price lovely atmosphere highly recommend Kay

Visiting relatives in Melbourne and managed to attend my favorite Italian restaurant Vibrante. Manager Hemant was very professional and attended promptly to our every request. Spaghetti Marinara was top drawer and I enjoyed their garlic bread. Can’t wait to return!
