It’s
a
shame
writing
this
as
the
staff
were
generally
lovely,
and
the
food
had
good
flavours.
The
major
issue
was
the
portion
size
and
consistency
in
pricing
vs.
other
tables.
We
ordered
the
banquet
for
4,
and
coincidentally
were
seated
next
to
a
table
of
two
that
had
ordered
the
same
banquet,
for
2.
We
received
one
saganaki
to
split
between
the
4
of
us,
whereas
the
table
next
to
us
received
the
same
portion
between
2
of
them.
Both
tables
then
received
the
same
single
serving
of
octopus,
again
despite
us
having
ordered
(and
paid
for)
2x
what
the
other
table
had.
The
seafood
platter
had
4
prawns,
4
fish
fillets,
and
adequate
calamari,
no
complaints
there.
The
meat
platter
arrived
with
two
portions
of
each
element.
2x
lamb
cutlets,
2x
biftekia,
2x
chicken
skewer,
2x
lamb
skewer
and
a
small
portion
of
gyros.
Again,
the
table
for
two
received
the
same.
I
queried
whether
what
we
had
received
was
intended
for
4
people
or
2,
sighting
the
table
next
to
us
as
having
received
the
same,
and
given
we’d
received
2
of
each
element.
Typically,
you
get
a
taste
of
everything
in
a
banquet.
However
they
assured
me
it
was
correct.
The
photo
attached
is
my
portion
of
the
meat
platter
once
I
placed
a
quarter
of
each
element
on
my
plate.
Needless
to
say,
we
all
left
hungry.
Not
ideal
for
$65
per
head.
Sadly,
but
not
surprisingly,
the
table
for
2
left
with
containers
full
of
leftovers.
Again,
the
food
was
fine,
it
just
felt
like
a
major
rip
off,
especially
given
the
glaring
variance
with
the
table
next
to
us.
To
be
fair
on
the
restaurant,
when
we
did
query
the
issue,
they
said
it
was
correct
but
did
supply
an
additional
saganaki
and
2x
lamb
cutlets
to
compensate.
While
it
was
much
appreciated,
it
still
fell
well
short
given
the
octopus,
lamb
skewers,
chicken
skewers,
lamb
and
chicken
gyros
portions
were
also
consistent
with
the
banquet
for
2
on
the
next
table.
