Pretty good food at this cafe! A bustling cafe with a nice ambience and decent food and coffee. A big shoutout for the rosti - certainly one of the best! Potato is well fried and has a good crunch. Food is well seasoned and flavorful. Another special shout out for the salad! Calamari was well done - even converted my friend who was convinced calamari can’t be good. Salad was simple, but super good.

Had the breakfast burger and the taste was just ok. It was actually really messy to eat. Ok now avocado is delicious but not in this chicken burger. Simply too much and overpower the whole burger itself.

It's absolutely amazing. Great food. Great atmosphere. Food was served in 10 minutes, and it was delicious. It was a bit busy, but there were lots of spaces. Great service and efficiency. Lots of staff are serving on the floor, and they each have their own roles. Great coffee. There are lots of pastries options as well in the cabinet. In saying that, the food was not costly at all, compared to other places.

Good food, attentive & friendly staff, nice ambience. The price is not cheap, but so are most places these days. We went on a Sunday and although it was very busy, the food came at a reasonable time. Lots of parking around the area.

I’ve been to the place many times. Every time I had ordered something new to me, and the experience so far was really positive. The dishes they made were quite different from a lot of other cafes. I like their creativities without compromising flavor. Needless to say, they are loved by a lot of people for their exceptionally modern interior design.

Would give no stars to service if I could. --- We have been there a few times as it is the middle location for me and my friends to catch up in the eastern side. A typical Melb restaurant that has food that looks very pretty but taste blunt/average. What’s more important? The Instagram style photos or the flavours and taste?

Came here for brunch and had a wonderful experience. Loved the ambience of the place and the staff were friendly. We had the potato hash and Baked eggs. The poached eggs were done to perfection and the mushrooms sauteed beautifully. The hash was good but I wish it was a tad thinner to make it more crispy. Some of the potato pieces inside were undercooked. The baked eggs had great flavour and the sour dough was amazing. The cultured butter was beautiful.

Nice coffee and delicious food. The soft shell crab burger is crispy and it’s filling. Coffee is rich in flavors, very nice. A popular cafe. It would be better to visit on weekdays, not overcrowded and can enjoy some ‘me time’. It can be bit noisy during peak hours. Friendly staff with great customer service. Convenient location with plenty free street parking around.

Fantastic dishes and services! We were attended to immediately at the front and politely asked for the vaccination certificates, then taken to a lovely sofa seats at the back. Everything we ordered were yummy and staff are friendly. The salad is a must try!

Spacious and busy cafe but not too noisy which is quite impressive. Minimalist design with lots of natural lighting. Love the vibes here. Staff very polite and friendly!! Must try!

tried this place from the rating Big breakfast: its a simple dish but hard to execute, yet they got it right, the only thing that could be improved, would be great if we could choose what type of egg we want instead of just fried egg. Salmon dish: everything is good, room to improve would be, don't pour the sauce on top of the skin, as its remove the crispiness of the salmon Avocado: good! bread could be more crispy so it will be easier to bite. Other than that, perhaps food could arrived a bit earlier, but well done from the waitress that offering compensation drinks. I would come back!

Really good coffee and the food was delicious. If you can go outside of peak times, this would easily be 4+ stars. We regretfully did not go outside of peak and it was ridiculously busy. Food was a bit slow at around about a 40 minute wait. Staff was attentive and actually on the ball. Coffee is AMAZING! Always consistently great. Just how I like it anyway 😜 Service is fantastic and the serves of food are huge. It is slightly on the pricey side but worth it. I have had lunch here before and that was also great. A really big open cafe with modern d cor amongst the old vintage factory space. It can get a little noisy at times but it’s a good atmosphere. Courtyard is fabulous on a nice day. Will always go back and highly recommend. Always love the little muffin with my take away coffee. Awesome treat 👍🏻

Great cafe vibes with large open space ambience. Brunch fair was fantastic with good coffee to match. We had the chicken burger and baked eggs which were cooked to perfection. The chips were also addictively crunchy. They also have a selection of cakes and pastries which looked amazing but we ran out of space for them. Will return to try out other dishes

I can definitely understand the popularity and high rating, and agree 110%! Busy busy cafe, and despite that the service is just not compromised whatsoever! We walked in and there was a big line to pay so naturally we waited as everyone seemed busy, before we initiated for a table, we were greeted by the lady processing peoples table bills, directed to our table, when we asked if we could sit at the window, without a moments pause or annoyance, “of course you can, go right ahead and I’ll be there in a minute” Now that is good customer service, ESPECIALLY when they were packed and super busy. They were prompt, they were hospitable, welcoming, we didn’t feel rushed, the hostess has this place running like a well oiled machine. We got the chai latte and batch brew, soft shell crab burger and the baked, which is their shakshouka. THEIR FOOD 🙌🏻🙌🏻 The burger was so good!!! The sauce, the slaw, was so mouthwateringly delicious. Now I never finish the fries that come with burgers because they are always an afterthought so don’t ever taste that good. But these fries were DELICIOUS, you could taste they were fried in fresh oil and not day old recycled oil, so crispy on the outside, so light and fluffy inside, not greasy at all in taste, spot on 👌🏻 The Baked was the perfect level of acid and spice, the spicy chorizo was such a welcomed surprise, the Butter we got to spread on the still warm toast, was such a decadent smooth butter, super Soft and not a hard blob or prespread like some other cafes. Honestly the attention to detail from kitchen to front of house is probably what sets this cafe apart from the norm, and what a beautiful interior also, and dog friendly!! Cannot wait to come back, we definitely have a new favorite now

It's a huge place, hence the atmosphere doesn't give any cost vibes! It's a little dark as well and tables are quite crowded. The presentation of the food is pretty good and inviting. However, the food we had that day was a little disappointing. My companion had eggs on hash but the eggs were overcooked. My burger was ok.

This place is well laid out and is so much bigger than you imagine. The food choices are excellent and the food well presented. Staff are friendly and overall happy with my experience. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was just a minor detail.
