First time ordering here and our order was delivered on time still piping hot by Uber Eats. Chips were deliciously fresh, hot and crispy and way larger than we expected. All of our burgers were delicious, I especially liked the Mad Lot, burger with the lot. Perfectly cooked meat patty with egg, bacon and pineapple. The pulled pork burger was tasty with just enough spice and the Gangnam Style chicken burger was juicy and crisp. All the burgers were generously sized and filled, although I would expect that as they are on the pricey side. We also had a serve of the Wing Chun wings which were also well cooked, although all 3 of us found the special spicy sauce too hot for our taste. We actually had to scrape it off to eat it. Perhaps supply the sauce on the side? Enjoyed our food and would definitely buy again.

Some genius here dipped the gluten free bun in flour, starting to think they don't know what a gluten intolerance is and they think it's just some trend.

It's not the best burger I tasted for me, but it might be the best for others; the ingredients are all high quality and fresh. There is a good offer before 3 pm, for only $15. The fries are so crunchy, and the loaded fries with pulled pork so so tasty! It's recommended to try

Burgers and potato gems are good,but the boneless chicken is very oily and not all fillet chicken.

Had ordered take away a few times and this is the first time dining in. Food are as usual piping hot freshly made burgers and chips. Service was excellent. We came in with our 4 years old daughter and they had changed to a disney songs play list for us and my daughter absolutely loving the experience. Eating and singing along occasionally. Thanks again for the attention of details.

We love this place. However, we waited for two burgers and some chips for about 45min. They said they were busy. When asked why it is taking so long, the girl said it was missing only one item. Came home and one burger and the fries where COLD! had to warm them up in the microwave :( Not a pleasant experience. Just make sure when an order is ready, all items are cooked roughly at the same time. Thanks

Have had a few pick up orders from MP DE. Ordered through uber eats and called to ask a few questions and the staff were very friendly/helpful. Food is consistently delicious. Much appreciated guys :)

Don’t fall with their offers it’s spam you will end up paying more than if you buy your burger and chips separately 2 mad moo and 2 chips for 33 with the offer while it should be 28 if you buy it individually.

I ordered a Hot and Mad burger with an extra patty and a Mad Lot for my partner. They were both really nice burgers and very different in flavour. The beef and cheese was great and it was definitely worth getting an extra patty in the Hot and Mad. Some of these "crafty type" burger places can be on the small side so I didn't take any chances but the Mad lot seemed to be a reasonable enough size. The service was quick and friendly too. Worth trying if you haven't already.

Unknown to me why the ordering link on the Mitcham Google maps link charges you a fee to order however when you manage to go through the Doncaster ordering from the Mad Patties site charges no fees. Food is great at Doncaster so 5 stars for being free to order and 1 to Mitcham

Gangnam style burger quite tasty

As an American, this burger gets a full five stars. It's not sitting around waiting for you, and it's not a high volume drive-thru so it takes a bit longer than other spots, but well worth the wait for a delicious burger.

Terrible experience. 20 minute wait. Hamburger cold. Credit card machine did not work when arrived. Staff talking (loudly) out back. Overhead a conversation that food arrival was not fresh. Staff could not even prepare a chocolate milkshake. Left hand did not seem to know from right hand. Now I know why MacDonalds is so successful. No apologies for ridiculously long wait. (and I was in a hurry!!) unprofessional. Other ppl also looked annoyed. AVOID this place!!!
