👍👍 Best bo kho (beef stew) I’ve had so far in town. The pork and taro spring rolls were very yummy and Vietnamese sausages had the right amount of flavours including lemongrass. Com tam (broken rice) was made very classic and tasty. Banh mi has the freshest taste. All in all, highly recommend. People often mention good, beef, restaurant, Vietnamese, service, rice, nice, delicious, Great,

Cozy spot, super pleasant service and amazing food! We dropped in on our vegetarian day, so we tried everything that was veg! And wow, from the rice paper rolls to the pho - everything was so flavourful and comforting. Cannot wait to be back and try their other dishes. When we walked in the restaurant was full and they were closing in about half an hour, but the server was so nice to take our order ahead and give us a table as soon as one freed up. You get all of this for tremendous value ($40 for 2), the portions are generous too! We came with no expectations and was very pleasantly surprised, without a doubt will be recommending this spot to everyone.

Daniyeru's Detailed Review: Customer Service 3.5/5 *Service was very rushed and the waitress/manager looked stressed, panicking or annoyed by someone or something. Not like anything bad happened, but not ideal when there is the service aspect of a hospitality venue in place and trying to enjoy nice food. Food 5/5 *Every dish was amazing here! *#1 Highlight was the Pho. Definitely #1 ranked Pho In Melbourne in my list, experienced here. Which was the Wagyu Pho. This is the king of all phos in Melbourne, soft beef, absolutely delicious broth to accompany the soft beef and the noodles.. If you like Pho, do not miss this! * * Value 5/5 *For what you pay, you get generous portions of Vietnamese food, all high quality and freshly made. Definitely worth coming here! Atmosphere 5/5 *Casual themed restaurant, small but cosy Overall *Come here for the king of Pho, the wagyu Pho, I'm sure you will agree the Pho here will end up #1, if not top 3 in Melbourne for you!

As far as I'm concerned, pho is pho. It barely matters where you get it from; it's almost always the same. Even the pho I've had in Vietnam was indistinguishable from the average bowl you'd find in Melbourne. But what make District Pho stand out for me is how much nicer the restaurant itself is compared to its counterparts in Springvale or Richmond. The painted brick walls are clean and bright, which helps make the wooden surfaces and colourful metal chairs pop. These little details made for a much nicer dining experience than I am used to when eating Vietnamese. The wagyu pho also does not disappoint!

The line outside the shop speaks for itself. Love the hot bowl of pho especially with fresh chilli. The chicken skewers are delicious as was the broken rice.

One of the best places for Pho. Great ambience, friendly service, good prices. Gluten free and vegan options. Well done. Can't wait to come back!

Love their food! My favourite would be the claypot fish and seafood noodle salad. The diced beef and broken rice is also best. And their Thursday Crispy Pork special, yummy! But of course you should try the others on the menu as they're all worth it! Don't forget the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The balance between amount of coffee and condensed milk is perfecto! There's only handful places that do it justice, District Pho definitely one of them. Thus why we travel the distance and kept coming back.

A cozying and relaxing place for tasty Vietnamese dishes. The food prepared very quickly. Our dinner’s high light are the hot catfish pot, beef stew on leaf and fried chicken wings. Only suggested to the Chicken salad can be better.

District Pho is the perfect blend of quality, quantity and value! Service was extremely quick and the Pho was super tasty. Had dinner for two for a total of $35 which is amazing value. I think we found our new local gem especially coming into winter.

I’m usually not a fan of Pho, but this was just incredibly delicious. So good, I can’t wait to go back and have it again. Great flavours with a good amount of meat. 🍜 Can get quite busy, but a cosy nice place. The staff seem super stressed and under the pump. The Bahn mi was very average, dry and minimal protein, so if you go here, skip the Bahn Min and definitely get the Pho. 👌🏼

Wow haven’t had PHO for ages and this one really was really good! I found the pho soup so flavoursome one of my favourite soups I’ve ever had and everything else in my bowl was lovely too. Staff were nice & friendly enough. Will definitely go back hopefully for some PHO and some other dishes next time too!

I really enjoy coming here, it's a small restaurant with a great atmosphere. Their food is full of flavour and freshness I'm never disappointed with what I order. 😍 I am always served by Julie and she is efficient in busy times but always quick to notice if you need something. I appreciate good service and these guys nail it.

Nice little Vietnamese restaurant 🤙🏼 Beef pho was nice and not too sweet broth like some in Melb do it. It comes with onions, spring onion, sprouts, Thai basil, chilli and lemon 🍲🧅🌶🌱🍋 They have good meatball and BBQ chicken bánh mì 🌯🌯 The owner lady is lovely too

Really comfortable restaurant which spots a modern design. Food was delicious , especially the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodles), in conjunction with the fried chicken wings.

Great Pho, excellent service in a good location. I moved in the area recently and i have enjoyed my meals here a few times already. Definitely the best pho in the area.

Entrees were ok - spring roles and chicken wings, but the mains were poor. We had the claypot fish and tamarind prawn mains. The fish was sort of ok, but the sauce on the prawn dish tasted like it came from a cheap can. Could not taste any tamarind. One of the staff was friendly, but the rest were downright foul. Seemed like they really did not want to be there. I wouldn’t either if I knew what was being served. Reminded me of a bad cheap Chinese restaurant.

The food is great and has a lovely taste of home, and the service is welcoming. Julie has a remarkable memory and is very attentive. The only thing that needs improvement is the air ventilation to minimize the cooking fumes.

I came in today for the first time to have lunch with my dad and brother. Pho is one of my all time favourite dishes and I can say without any hesitation that the bowl of wagyu pho that I ate today was the best Pho I have had in my life. I know that's a huge call but I could not fault it and I'm still thinking about it 9 hours later. It makes me want to move back home to Melbourne. If that wasn't a bowl of love, then I don't know what is. Thank you so much <3

Everything was good but I do Mark down my dish because in my opinion it was cold. Now I have been told that it was supposed to be like this and I am wrong! It also could have had a bit more flavour but perhaps extra flavour would have meant extra salt 🧂 so I won't complain. All in all a good place to eat, dishes served quickly and courteously.

Staff were lovely, seated quickly, cutlery politely placed down, food was great and came out super fast. Iced coffee was fantastic. Overall a great lunch. Will definitely return.

Ordered spicy beef noodle for takeaway, but it was NOT spicy at all. Luckily they provided cut chilli. Taste was alright.
