A fantastic place to have a nice morning brekky, with a picturesque view of the golf course. The morning feeds are pretty decent. I am a fan of the pastrami rye sandwich. Today however, I tried the beef brisket sandwich. To me it is slightly on the dry side, but tasty nonetheless. We also had the tandoori chicken wrap.

I haven't been in around 6 years as I've lived overseas but went again recently. I was so glad that it's just as good as it was back then and the prices are still very decent for what you get. A peaceful place to have a cup of coffee or a quality brunch. Not the best coffee in the area, but decent.

YUM YUM YUM it was a quick visit for brunch but OMG definitely coming back the donut pancakes were to die for and the Benny did not disappoint. The restaurant looks over the golf course, would be lovely in the warmer months.

We’ve moved to the other side of town so given my weekly chicken and walnut sandwich is no longer I didn’t pass up the chance to enjoy one when I was nearby recently. Happy to report it’s the same consistent deliciousness though $12 for a suburban takeaway toastie is on the steep end Latest I’ve been getting a chicken and walnut sandwich from here on the regular during lockdown 6.0 and it’s a real yummy comfort. As you can see the slather a heap of oily butter on there which is probably why it tastes so delicious Further update A breakfast brownie whilst we are stuck in our 5km bubble, not a bad brownie (I’m very partial to a nut free brownie and whilst this wasn’t the best I’ve had it was still yummy) and I love the cheeky bag it came in Update I was working out of another site nearby recently and with Mister Fox the only option other than the in house cafeteria my choice was clear. I went for a chicken sandwich from the cabinet but there were plenty of made to order options available too. Their breakfast is pretty good too and unsurprisingly it's not just popular amongst those playing golf. The view sets this apart from other local suburban cafes as it's so beautiful and lush. Set next to a golf course the Mister Fox truly has some amazing views accompanied by good food. We had 3 different dishes: Not another benedict Biger than a fox, almost wolfish Fox in the veggie patch All meals were good, however the Eggs Benedict was the preferred choice. Flavours were really good. They don't offer Cold brew or filter coffee, so you will have to do with a long black, with or without ice. Still good though. Service was good, would probably have been good if waiters were a little intentive with clearing finished plated and cups. Otherwise staff were very friendly. Would recomend and go back.

Would you be surprised if I told you this cafe overlooks the golf course? Well it does, and they aren't just serving up the usual boring stuff you usually find at golf courses either. A networking lunch with the girls and was hoping for a tasty array of food. Instead it was mainly foccacias or wrap style food that was pretty simple. No salad on the side. No chips. I ordered the pumpkin and capsicum gnocchi and so did my friend. I got all the sauce, she got all the capsicum. Taste was quite bland. Our coffees never arrived and we had to remind staff. You can dine indoors or out and with the fairway in front of you it’s lovely. There is plenty of parking. It’s child friendly. Disabled friendly. Central location to freeway.

Very generous portions. On my first visit the food was amazing. The second wasn't quite as good but still delicious 😋 . Definitely go back. The view is watching golfers tee off.

Lovely cafe with wonderful food. Nice to overlook type golf course whilst you enjoy your food and coffee. Relaxing vibes and perfect for a Sunday morning. The cafe can be a bit loud when it’s full, but there’s plenty of seating outdoor as well.

My calamari salad was very generous, and calamari was very super tender: delicious. My husband had chicken hamburger. Cost was extremely good value. Fun to watch golfers giving it a go.

Coffee barely hot. Poached eggs over killed by vinegar used in cooking. Had to send back twice. Would not recommend if they can't get the simplest of egg meal right.

Mr Fox is a solid 3 nothing stand out unless you want to golf. Service staff were lovely and attentive but the food was nothing to write home about just solid. This is the kind of cafe that makes me wish the star rating went up to 10 since 3 stars makes it sound worse than it is.

From the minute we walked in, the staff couldn't do enough for us. All staff were welcoming, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, with very generous serves and excellent value for money. It was lovely looking over the fairway from our table. Special shout out to Tash, who was just so lovely to us. Excellent customer service, very friendly and accommodating. Congratulations on a great team. We will definitely be back, and have already been recommending you to family and friends. What a beautiful outlook, as you eat lunch or sip a coffee. The Cafe looks down the 10th hole at Ringwood Golf course. The staff were really helpful with high chairs for the twins.

We recently had an event at Mister Fox and I couldn’t recommend this venue enough! The food was incredible & they were so accommodating with our vegan/vegetarian menu. Special thanks to Ang, Tash & Freya who couldn’t have been more helpful & attentive. Our event ran so smoothly and if I could give 100 stars I would!

Our group attended Mister Fox for a Saturday morning Boarding Meeting, and we weren't disappointed. The coffee was well presented, and had a real depth of flavour. The meals were brought out quickly, and very tasty. The portion sizes were also good, and the prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favour, and visit Mister Fox.

Their breakfast salad (quinoa salad bowl) was one of the best in Melbourne, just a little advise as we're the regular customers, the quality of each time we went seems different and not very stable, maybe they have a few different chefs. But overall, we really like their quinoa salad and environment too.

Really nice cafe with friendly staff. The pumpkin toastie was first class. The wine was delicious.

Hit and miss. Went here late last year and the Eggs Benedict breakfast was great. Came back again post-covid and didn't get so lucky. The chicken in the chicken burger tasted like it was supermarket-frozen. Alongside this the pastries were very average. Giving the place the benefit of the doubt, I probably should have just stuck with choosing one of their specials. Great atmosphere, give it a try if you haven't been.

Everything here is great. From the venue & decor, a great range of drinks and the amazing food. But it's the excellent and friendly staff that really make this place shine. A perfect spot to host your venue or just grab some food and a drink.

We ordered the chicken toastie and an ice coffee. They were all tasty. I called in the morning to book a table for lunch. Nice and easy to make the booking over the phone. Everyone is welcome to come, doesn’t need to be a member of golf club. (I wasn’t sure if we can come since none of us is a member) Staff were friendly and food was good.

We were well taken care of by the staff. I got the brisket sandwich which was a little under seasoned and could have a bit more acidity with the pickles. The ciabatta bread was very lovely and soft.

Weekday pre-lunch. Great location on the balcony overlooking the golf course on a warm sunny day. Good spot for a conversation. Friendly service, good coffee, although the fruit toast was a bit ‘limp’.

Nice place to dine overlooking the golf course. Really lovely on nice days. During lockdown they are serving takeaway only. There’s a small outdoor area to sit and have a coffee. Staff have always been friendly and were happy to fill my ceramic cup with coffee. Coffee was a bit weak for my taste but acceptable. Good experience. Look forward to my next visit.

Nice place looking over a golf course

Had The veggie fox. It was very underwhelming. 2 poached eggs were nice but corn fitters small and tasteless. Plonked next to eat 2 mushrooms a handful of spinach, Guac and half a tomato. No effort at presentation either.
