Before
I
start,
the
food
here
is
great.
The
pizzas
are
delicious,
as
are
the
beverages.
Unfortunately
I
can’t
offer
the
same
praise
for
the
hospitality.
On
a
recent
visit
we
decided
to
book
ahead
for
a
table
for
two
for
dinner.
On
arrival
we
were
shown
to
a
tiny
bench
with
virtually
no
room
to
move.
This
is
particularly
problematic
for
me
as
I
have
cerebral
palsy
and
I
find
small
spaces
difficult
to
function
in.
To
add
insult
to
injury
when
I
went
to
move
the
stool
out,
a
large
piece
of
wood
broke
off
giving
me
a
splinter.
Annoyed,
I
alerted
management
and
told
them
we
would
sit
outside
at
a
table
on
the
street
given
the
stool
was
a
safety
hazard
and
I
was
concerned
with
it
ripping
my
jeans
or
causing
an
injury.
At
this
point
not
much
more
was
said
and
done
apart
from
being
offered
some
tweezers
and
a
band
aid.
Shockingly
the
stool
wasn’t
even
taken
out
of
service
and
people
were
allowed
to
continue
to
sit
on
it!
Instead
of
what
would
normally
be
offered
under
the
circumstances,
perhaps
an
apology
and
a
drink
to
make
up
for
the
chair
incident
as
well
as
a
table
inside,
we
were
left
to
our
own
devices
outside
on
a
rickety
table,
on
the
street,
late
at
night
on
a
cold
autumn
evening
with
everyone
else
inside!
As
a
manager
myself,
the
whole
situation
should
have
been
handled
a
lot
better,
but
firstly
and
foremost,
occupational
health
and
safety
should
be
taken
seriously
at
all
times.
There
is
no
way
the
stool
in
question
should
have
been
kept
on
the
floor
and
allowed
to
be
used.
Overall,
very
disappointed
with
the
experience.
