A brand spanking new cafe in Rosanna that had been only open one day, yet already the word is out that this is the place to be. The modern and somewhat classy decor has been inspired by the owner Rodney and his Brazilian chef. Not new to the cafe/restaurant business, Rodney has pulled together the next level in food, ambience and service. His other restaurant, Four Leaves in Greville Road Rosanna I by chance happened to visit recently with my kids. Immediately recognising the stunning wall photos and the picture on the back of the menu from favelas, I was excited to try out the food as I did love my time in Rio. I started with a Chai Boy Wet Chai which was a nice blend of flavours plus a little pot of honey on the side - nice touch! An interesting mix of flavours and aromas drifted up from the pot. Most enjoyable. For main course I had the Stacks on Roasti. Oh la la. A delicious treat of homemade roasti, which was the base of the meal, then stacked with rocket, bacon, egg and pico de gallo. The taste was superb. The roasti was nicely cooked and gently crispy on the outside. Poached eggs cooked to perfection that oozed gorgeous running yokes when I opened them. The portion size was ideal for lunch and felt totally satiated by the end. All in all an excellent meal. The playlist was enough to have my toe-tapping but not intruding while I concentrate on some work. Staff were helpful, friendly and quick to serve. Attention to detail on how they greet their customers, taking an order, presentation of food and paying the bill was seamless. Look forward to coming here in the warmer months and dining in the covered and heated outdoor area that also has a big-screen television. I can feel an afternoon watching the cricket coming on. Notes: Wheelchair accessible. High chairs are available. Good parking in side streets or across the road.

First time visitor last night for my birthday and I loved it! Food was solid, perhaps a few things I would recommend, but very minor. I had the mixed paella and it was tasty. The calamari was tender and meat balls juicy. We ordered a bottle of Tempranillo and it matched the food well. Plus a few of the local tap beers and cocktails. The service was attentive and special mention to the manager who showed us the upstairs room when it wasn’t yet opened. We will be back!

I’m not a coffee drinker myself, but my partner is… she rates coffee from all over Melbourne, but by far her favourite is Tres coffee! We are regulars at this cafe, stopping by every few mornings to pick up a coffee (and a hot chocolate for myself!) The staff are wonderful, and their customer service went to far as agreeing to participate in a treasure hunt I had planned out!

We are so happy with dining here tonight we'll be back to try everything on the menu! Delicious is understatement. Even something as simple as sweet potatoes and normal potatoes fries were cooked to perfection. Impressive staff hospitality.

Great spot for breakfast, coffee or lunch and they are even open some nights if you're in search of a cocktail or wine of an evening. Consistent quality and service with a smile. This place has lots of regulars and good for takeaway or dining in with groups, family and lil kids.

This is the best cafe not just in rosanna but in Melbourne. The staff is incredible and the coffee and food are consistently good. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Super friendly service. I stopped here because I had to feed my newborn and so just ordered a chai. It was a solid soy chai. The staff were very friendly and I felt welcome as a breastfeeding mother.

Tres has lots of options on the menu and they're all well done. Staff are friendly without being intrusive and there's a quiet room at the back for those of us who are easily overwhelmed in noisy venues.

Spent a lazy Sunday afternoon with a group of 10 enjoying some Tapas, cocktails and Charcuterie board. Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and service could not be faulted. This is my third visit to Tres. Fast becoming a favourite local.

Really tasty food and good coffee. Some of the dishes have a Brazilian flavour. Worth trying.

Brazilian take on breakfast - the Breakfast Board is definitely one to try. Very friendly, accommodating staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Opens for dinner too towards the end of the week. Be sure to try the slow cooked ribs. Good kids menu with mini versions of a selection of the mains (good quality food, not your usual kids menu fare).

Food was amazing and service was great!🀩⭐ Even the kids loved the food! Everything we ordered was delicious - Stack On, Benedict with Pulled Pork, Wagyu Burger... the 2 kids also loved the waffle, fish & chips, and the nuggets & chips! πŸ˜…πŸ‘Œ Highly recommend!

Coffee was good. The food was good. But the girl serving needs some service training. She wasn't unpleasant but considering there were very few customers it was hard to get her attention. Otherwise I would recommend this place as a four star.

Great attentive service, delicious food with good portions. Would definitely go back and this was our 1st time here. One thing that would make it even nicer is if the lights were dimmed for a little more Ambiance for a date night

My daughter and I had the Waygu Beef Burger as a treat last night. To say it was amazing is an understatement, we both agreed we'd never had a better burger. The burger comes with hand cut chips which were so good as well. Will definitely get again!!!

We just had the grand final pack and it was awesome. I was feeling a bit low with the lockdown but this pack really lifted my spirits. The bottle of savignon blanc also helped and it was complimentary. Thank you to jimmy and his team and to Jade for serving coffees with a smile everytime you go into the cafe. Jade is a keeper.
