My first time trying Lebanese food was at Byblos Bar & Restaurant and it was a very pleasant experience. Food was delicious, unique, and well presented. Our waiter was friendly and provided a helpful description of what was being served. The restaurant itself was clean and well designed.

Lebanese restaurant with a nice interior located within the South Wharf area. Spanning across two levels, the venue is quite big and can accommodate a small function although not a lot of options available around to park your car except the paid parking garages. The food is decent in terms of flavour although nothing stands out. The trio of Dips and the chicken wings probably were our favourite. The mix skewers are a little disappointing for the price. Portions are on the smaller side too. Food - 5 Service - 7 Vibe - 7 Price - $$

My first time here and the food was just incredible. I only managed to take a photo of our starters, but rest assured the rest of our meal was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back, and we will be recommending this place to everyone we know. Great stuff folks 👍

Had a brilliant meal at Byblos. Ordered the Beef Shawarma, Trio dip and fish skewers. The fish skewers especially tasted delicious and fresh. The Trio dip is a must if you come here. The shawarma was around $33 but had enough to fill 2 people and tasting great at the same time. I would definitely dine again.

Byblos bar and restaurant serves delicious Lebanese and Mediterranean foods with great vegan options. I visited Byblos on a Saturday night with friends and had an amazing experience. We chose the banquet option and honestly every dish I tried was great. They were able to make a lot of the dishes vegan, and served them separately to the other dishes. Great service, atmosphere and views of the river as well. They also let you take the leftovers home, which is a definite bonus.

Came here for dinner with friends. We decided upon the $70 pp banquet….wow! We are super selective with our dishes to make sure we had the options we would be happy with, and the staff helped us through and confirmed with us to ensure we would be happy. And after a short wait we got our food. All Of The Food!!! What a feast it was! So many amazing flavours and textures and smells. I certainly over ate…but that because it was all so good! I also had the lemon meringue cocktail and it was fantastic. This is a great restaurant on the Yarra, well worth a visit

Dropped in for a drink and than stayed all night 😀 The Staff were so lovely and attentive. The place was full of people with a few events going on it was a great vibe. We sat outside overseeing the Yarra and the city 😍 the dishes came out quickly and were delicious. I loved eating the vine leaves. Shout-out to Mike for showing us how to have a Byblos tequila shot with a twist. First you lick the cinnamon off the orange slice, take the shot then bit on the orange. It was different and nice 🙂👍 also Mike makes the best Negroni cocktail, it was so smooth and delightful. Thank you Byblos for taking care of us last night.

Clean and beautiful place with views. Looks like owner has spent time on interiors , middle eastern vibe. Beautiful artwork and lights. Sitting is comfortable. Customer service is excellent, Staff is friendly and polite. Few mins of waiting time once food has been ordered. I enjoyed their menu, vegetarian friendly menu with variety of options compared to few places which offer 2 or 3 options. Moreover, food also tastes good with reasonable price. I will rate this place 10/10 and will be going again.

Absolutely beautiful food. The mixed grill platter was divine, all the meat and seafood cooked perfectly. My Mum loved the vine leaf rolls and her Dory Fillet was coated in a yummy ratatouille. The service was fantastic and the decor of the restaurant is quite colourful, comfortable and inviting.

Byblos Bar and Restaurant located on 18 Siddeley Street Docklands VIC if you are into labenese cuisine then this is one of the must visit places. they have good traditional menu choices from lamb to chicken and even seafood... we ordered mixed grill in which we chose to order shish tawook and kafta meshwi and on other one we ordered lahim meshwi it comes with traditional yummiest hommos and tabouli.. Fattoush and Haloumi were also good.. we also tried Quail and Batata Harra everything was good from food to ambience.. ambience is good. they also have outdoor seating by the Yarra and view is too good. prices are bit high compared to quantity.. adding this restaurant to my Best Food Places in Melbourne Top Reviewer in Melbourne Top Photographer in Melbourne paid parking is available at world trade centre parking...

A very good experience with some tasty food and very nice ambiance. The dips and salads were fresh and full of flavour. The meat was a little dry but it was probably my fault for taking so long to eat it. The skewered prawns were absolutely delicious. We had a great time and will be back again I'm sure.

The chicken wings here are so good! Smothered in garlic and chili and all sorts of other goodness. Definitely recommend them! The calamari was really tender too. And the staff were super friendly and helpful to top it all off!

Down from Sydney for a few days and came here for dinner on our final night and we definitely saved the best for last. The decor and vibe in the restaurant was really nice, staff were excellent and very helpful advising us about portion sizes. Food was absolutely sensational. Definitely worth a visit if you're visiting Melb CBD area.

Tasty Healthy and Delicious Food 🍽️ My friend ordered from Set Menu 📖 and all the dishes and dips were delicious 😋 Kids and Parents all loved the food ❤️ The Attendant was very prompt and service was quick ⏩ I'd like the Management to take note of it: We booked the place for our friend's Birthday, and got special seating at one side, where Curtains could be opened to have a private place for us. But when the Attendant opened the curtains it smelled like dead rat and was stinking like public washroom. This should be urgently looked into.

This experience with my loved one was incredible. Even though how the large table made us feel less intimate, it was more than enough room for the food! The trio of dips were clearly homemade and the best I ever had. The eggplant was the winner there. Wish the pita bread was made there too which would have gotten another star. The salad fresh, chicken skewer tender and the barramundi cooked to perfection. To top it off THE BEST baked chocolate housemade pudding which hit every spot of orgasm you can imagine.... If that made any sense haha. Would go back just to try out their other desserts. The customer service was wonderful too! Welcoming and informative staff 👌

Stopped here a couple of times for a drink while wandering around Southbank. Great atmosphere, staff are very friendly and attentive. First time we ordered some chips and they were delicious, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Also went for dinner on our last night in Melbourne. We ordered the chef's banquet and it was amazing. What a great way to try Lebanese food, highly recommend this if you don't know what to order. The chicken wings are to die for! The banquet also came with skewers but we didn't get a photo of that

I'll definitely be back. So will my guests. We enjoyed your hospitality. Your food was a hit. Fresh, tasty and very filling. Great value for the chefs banquet. Your cocktails were so yummy! The staff are so nice and service was good. Your restaurant has a lovely and posh atmosphere. Great location. One of the nicer restaurants & experiences in South Wharf for me. 😊

Can't rate the food as I only stopped in for a drink. Was an amazing day outside and their indoor/outdoor transition is nice and modern. The outdoor seating area is a chill and relaxing vibe! Right on the water is awesome! I could see other families look like they were having a great time enjoying their meals so Ill have to give it a taste next time!

Food is absolutely amazing. Staff were polite, courteous and the customer service was top class. Big fan of Lebanese cuisine and this was one of (if not) the best!! The dessert taster platter is so good too! Definitely highly recommended.

Venue: pretty nice, nice location overlooking the water in docklands. Restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, gives you that Arabian feel. Parking is pretty average, expect to add parking fees to your night out, as street parking is basically non-existent. Staff: friendly and attentive, generally on hand if you need anything. Food: is nice. Nothing amazing, especially for the prices they have. All the tastes are there, but there is better Lebanese food around. Definitely overpriced. Wouldn’t go out of my way for this place tbh.

Great location. Halal food option A lot of time and effort was put in the shop and you can daily tell. The hummus was sort of dry and the chicken wings were different to. The Lebanese dessert can improve

Had a really nice experience at Byblos, the food was exceptional and the staff were friendly and attentive. Was looking forward to having shawarma but it is no longer on the menu, maybe they should bring back such a classic winner.

I had my daughters Baptism in the space upstairs which was just beautiful. They was room for the kids to play and for all the adults to mingle. Nicole was so lovely and attentive to deal with. She made the booking process so easy and was all over every detail to ensure the day ran smoothly so we could just sit and enjoy the food while celebrating with our family. Like always the food was amazing and everyone that attending our event was raving on about the food. We also had such a lovely bartender and wait staff. Would definitely recommend . Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our girls special day with Byblos.

Great service , which is on whole another level comparing to majority of restaurants around. Stuff is welcoming and interested in providing you with the best experience possible. Food is great and very healthy, however lovers of McDonalds and junk food might find it a bit ‘blend’. )

I loved everything about this restaurant. From the moment we stepped through the doors the service was impeccable. The staff were amazing and the food absolutely first rate. I can hardly wait to go back. Big thanks Byblos

As a Lebanese, I consider this is the best Lebanese place in Melbourne! There is lots of great dishes to enjoy! Dips! Seafood! Fattoosh, tabbouleh and ... I come here to not eat bbq but the other dishes(samki harra, samak bezri...). Because no place can beat the home Lebanese bbq quality and the place is a bit expensive and hence the 4 stars!
