Customer service - 5 stars Quality of food - 5 stars Service delivery - 5 stars Cleanliness - 5 stars We ordered mini chicken burger, zucchini chips (awesome and the best of the lot), HFC natural bites, Impossibly simply grilled (vegetarian) and HFC pocket rocket. This place deserves 5 stars compared to the other restaurants in Eastland. Good customer servicing and good value for money. We had the chicken bites and it was so yummy. I would definitely go back there for it again and again.

Plenty of staff around, rubbish bins bought out next to my table and sat for minutes which smelled pretty bad until staff took them out, ordered and waited. Looked to the kitchen to see if my food was coming and there was no one in the kitchen. Then staff bought my food over, the patty was super dry not one drop of juice and a burnt patty. Couldn't finish my burger from the strong char taste

Thanks for burning the burger bun again. This has happened on a few occasions with delivery and dine in. Please get better trained staff as this is starting to become a joke. How does someone even think its okay to send this burger to someone please tell me?!!! I will not be back and do not recommend

Very disappointed. Their signature fries were dry. The buns were over toasted, probably to make up for the lack of freshness (buns tasted dry). Non-existence service for a dine in. Most likely won’t come again.

Bad waitress I have ever met! Tonight we went there and was quite full! We placed our order and waited. When our food comes we asked for tomato sauce and the waitress said okay! After a minute, she threw a container of tomato sauce to the table which my 16 months old baby was just sitting right next to it! She didn't even say sorry and ignored us! What a bad customer service I have ever seen. There were no name tags on staffs so we don't know her name!!!!

The place is nice and warming. We had two burgers (one with beef and one plant based) and chips. The chips were not included with the burgers, we paid that separately. The burger were quite good but the chips were lacking salt. There are several plant based options on the menu. The staff didn't bring any water on the table nor glasses for the Pepsi we ordered. Above all is a nice place

I was greeted and served by a very friendly and enthusiastic staff member. Ordered the Sir Truffle Wagyu Burger, sweet potatoe chips, and a double ginger drink. Didn't wait long for the food to come out. Sweet potatoe chips was great, Wagyu burger very lack lustre - wagyu pattie was too dry, firm, and tasteless, double ginger beer was just ok. I also think the tradition buns and the overall burger was very average for the price. During my visit, I found all the staff to be very friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. The word "wagyu" implies that your customers are getting something special and premium; and the word "specialty" implies that you are really good at something - in this case, Grill'd would be misleading to use these words on the menu. I think Grill'd should review the recipe or cut of beef used for the wagyu pattie. Wagyu should be very juicy and full of flavour. Visit Chubby Buns in Greystanes, Sydney, if you want to know what a good wagyu burger is (very affordable too).

Great service at the counter but takes a while for the food to come out. If you ask for water you can be waiting until you have finished your meal. You will find staff wandering, avoid tables just in case someone is requesting something. The food is ok, sometimes they forget ingredients which for $16.5 is criminal. Never feel full after it, it's hard to justify the price.

I came in and ordered food today I got greeted like amazing couldn’t believe the customer service here I came in and asked to speak to the manager Zoe came over. She was amazing customer service. She is the manager here highly recommend this place.

Get this … girl on counter isn’t on shift yet she says so asks me to wait for someone to take the order! Not her fault but if you want people to order and pay for food why isn’t someone there taking orders in opening hours. Won’t be returning to this store in a hurry - which is a shame as it’s convenient when I’m shopping and hungry. I mean we go to a food place when we are hungry,right?

TLDR: Wrong order in serveral ways, including allergen given to child. Ordered on the grilled website for delivery. The wrong order was given, the other order was for someone who had the same first name. An easy and understandable mistake which the resturant rectified. I went and picked it up myself, they also offered a free drink to apologise. I was happy with this. The bigger issue is that I ordered vegan mayonnaise as my son is allergic to egg and they must have given us the egg mayonnaise as he had an instant rash all over his face. Please, please label your sauces in the takeaway pots so this doesn't happen again. It also a good way to double check on both ends that it is the right sauce. This could have been a lot worse if it was someone who had a more serious allergy and had an anaphylactic reaction. Plus, my son is now in pain with a rash all over his face.

Dropped in for a quick burger for dinner with my daughter. Food came out quite quick and was hot and fresh. Sending a 5 start review to waitress Ella for her customer service. She was attentive when I was looking for service and provided great customer service up until we left.

Food is always great here, reliable and fresh. The service is where they really shine. Special shout out to *Ella* (I think 14/01/24) for spreading the joy and leaving gorgeous notes on take away orders - you made my day 😊
