Came here early on a Saturday night, roughly before 6pm. They initially got my order wrong (ordered zucchini chips, gave me regular chips) but they rectified the situation while allowing me to keep the regular chips. Nice setting, has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Free water available.

I've always been a fan of Grill'd burgers. Tasty and juicy. They are really fantastic. But this particular outlet overcooks the burgers (for my orders of 3 burgers). They were ok but could have been so much better. Nice venue

Nicely designed joint for a burger. Wagyu wonder was good, perhaps a little small. Chicken bites weren't as good, perhaps get the sauces or the hot ones instead. Sweet potato fries are always on point and crispy, recommend those bad boys.

The burgers took ages to arrive & when they did, they were overcooked & pretty dry. The staff gave us a voucher for a free burger but upon close inspection of the voucher, it expires in 3 months & is only valid in the CBD stores. I live in country VIC. Thanks. At least the drinks were cold...

Felt very unwelcome and made to feel as though we had done something. We proceeded to order from table upstairs, where other people were sitting and a member of staff came up to us and said since we were a small group, we had to go downstairs and weren’t allowed to be sitting here (still waiting for our other friend to arrive). The restaurant was full and tables were dirty. Why have tables of 4 when you aren’t allowed to sit 3 people at them. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome so decided to leave. The member of staff escorted us downstairs, yet didn’t help us find a table and left waiting for one.

It's a great product and I'm usually really impressed both by the team and the food. But the Flinders Lane, Melbourne, outlet is a real disappointment. Surely staff, food on the floor in the service area and no sense of service. A bit sad.

Their burgers are AMAZING!! I love their low carb buns as an option. Hotbird with brief is my go to burger. Their Stranger Things Demogorgon burger was amazing too!!! That chilli dipping sauce YUM!

Delicious burgers at a reasonable price. I got the summer sunset and sweet potato fries as a side and the food was tasty. The burger was a complete mess while eating through it and could have been constructed better. The sweet potato fries were great. Expect to spend around $15-18 for a burger and $5-7 for chips here.

Came here for dinner 3 times, because the other stores in city have closed (before 8pm). Very nice staff, burgers are always my fav in Melbourne. Love the thick chips and zucchini chips - just have. Today, I have the chili addict + extra chili jalapeno

Burger was great. A bit too much seasoning on chips, had to shake it off before consuming. Prefer old school service (waiter takes order not ordering and paying via phone at table) otherwise pleasant experience. Friendly staff, quick service, thanks

Officially my favourite Grill'd restaurant after my experience tonight. To the lovely gentlemen who took my order, you are a genuine asset to Grill'd. The girls are honestly the sweetest. Thank you for always going above and beyond. Clean, quiet, super friendly customer service, ample seating including outside and upstairs. Only downside is parking is limited but that's a City Of Melbourne, not a Grill'd problem. Caters to vegans, vegetarians and low gluten customers. Very highly recommend.

The wagyu beef burger is really delicious. The staff are so friendly.

Great food and service. Came here on Friday night, one hour before kick off of an AFL prelim at the MCG. People everywhere. Management at this venue were smart to put lots of staff on. Place was crazy busy but clean. Staff were great, took my order straight away. Food came fast. Staff member asked if all was okay half way through my meal, then said goodbye at the end. 5 stars.

Great experience. Had a non menu burger created specially recommended by a super friendly staff member. Delicious. With tasty fries and a reasonable price, what's not to love.

What happened to your menu?? I used to love your salads, but prices up and portions down, and it doesn't taste as awesome as it did. Please change it back, Grill'd was the best choice.

Get workers who can use their god damn ears. Also if you’d forget or can’t hear when ordering maybe rectify the situation instead of not offering a solution and just standing at my table like a lemming. I mean it’s your job to do so so maybe do what you’re being paid to do

The gluten free bun was absolutely awful. The rest of the burger was fine.

I left my 2 rings on the table and had walked down the street (approximately 50 metres). The kind Asian lady worker ran down the street and gave it back to me personally. I am forever grateful and appreciative. Thank you kind Asian worker. Food was good too.

The Bonfire BBQ burger and chips were tasty but the portions were tiny for the price. But the biggest issue was the ordering process. After being directed by staff to scan the QR code and order online, the system wouldn't accept my order and popped up with a message saying the restaurant wasn't open. Not the end of the world but a waste of 10 minutes when the restaurant was empty and it would have taken 20 seconds to order at the counter to start with.

Absolutely amazing fantastic manager. If I could give 20 stars I would to store manger to be on top of things. The manager has everything down pat properly and she is working extra hours and not getting paid. I think you have one of the mesh best manages at the store ever if you the owner wants too keep things this way she needs a good pay rise one of the best still manages Rommay. I recommend you have a chat to her an offer her a much better offer for her work 30 stars for the manager

Shout out to the team for being mindful of allergies and ensuring that we were able to eat our burgers without worrying. It’s the little things like putting the bun on the grill instead of through the toaster that makes the difference. It was no bother, no eye roll and a great experience when taking a short break to refuel during Christmas shopping.

We were a group of 4 and went here for a simple dinner. We each had burgers – chicken, beef and veggy – the Chips Share Plate and beer. The share plate was excellent – fries, onion rings and zucchini chips. Simple, but a very good meal. Friendly, patient, helpful staff. A good restaurant for burgers and casual dining.

first time going! the food was really great but not 100%… we ordered off our phones they had missed honestly so much things we paid for it was getting to the point we didn’t bother asking for the women as we had to call her other 6+ times … we wished even for a sorry or a voucher for so much mess around .. i loved it i am not sure if i’ll be back due to this.. I also have anxiety and if i didn’t have my partner i wouldn’t of had hardly my meal, it also is a little pricy for the size …

I have always loved Grill'd burgers. I used to go there at least once every fortnight when I lived in Perth. Sad that they do not open in Tasmania. The burgers are juicy and well seasoned. They also have nice ciders! I like the decor of the place as well. So glad to have this again when I traveled to Melbourne last week.

Compared to my other Grill'D restaurant visits, this one is bit tricky.. they sound like they got your order right, but few times they miss it. They shod have a screen facing the customers who are ordering to double check their order before they pay. Tastewise exceptional

Something is wrong with this store. The last 2 times I visited here they told me to come back after 15 minutes because they were closed. It's after 12:00pm and the shop opened at 9:30... Hmmm Twice in a row, what's the chances. Get your sheit together and be open when you're supposed to.

Pretty disappointing. Got lamb burger and chips. The chips were bland and the burger itself was served luke warm, or only marginally above room temperature.

Good food in a warm comfortable environment on a chilly cold winter night. We attended during an extremely cold Saturday night after the footy and enjoyed some excellent chicken burgers on sourdough and Multigrain buns plus chips. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was not really busy, but took about 10 minutes for our burgers to arrive and we didn’t receive our water which was ordered and had to ask a second time when we already eaten half of our burgers. The burgers were delicious very fresh and tasty.

When you take that first bite of your burger and you feel the egg yoke and juices flowing into your mouth....yes, you know you’re in the right place. Best burgers in Melbourne IMHO, hands down. Luv em.

The new honey soy hfc bites arent pleasant to eat, and the discount coupon for them glitched and took off the chips cost instead.. Burger had an underwhelming amount of avocado.

Ordered 2x pickle and mustard and when we get them home there are signs saying 'no pickles or mustard sorry'. Then what did we pay for!? And why not tell us when we are in the store? Absolutely atrocious service. Will not be back. save yourself the trouble and go to the degraves store if you're feeling like Grill's, this one's trash.

Delicious vegan burger

The food was okay, they had no wagyu beef patties so we had to eat normal ones WITHOUT getting a refund, so we had to pay for something we didn’t get. The service was horrible, they kept talking to eachother like it was their lounge room, they forgot our sauce so we had to go up and ask, and the girl working here seemed so nonchalant and was unhelpful furthermore it is way too much money for something so simple.
