Came here to pick up some ice cream on Monday and they have a wide range of flavours available as well as cakes and cannolis. I picked the Meno Zero, Pistachio and Choc Mint. Meno Zero was a sort of chocolate swirl flavour and the other flavours are pretty self-explanatory. Gahd dayum, they were all so good though, would definitely come back and get more. The ice cream was so juicy and creamy and the Meno Zero had chocolate bits in it to my surprise.

One of my favorite Gelato Shop in Mel. The shop brings back a lot of good memories to me，before the next door restaurant moved, I always like come in here after finish the dinner. You always can find the Delicate / Creative / Delicious cake in there . The Gelato ingredient fresh and rich, Mango and Pistachio is my favorite one and they also have some limited flavor like Dragon Fruits and watermelon you hardly get it in any others shop.

Got the large size Ferrero ice cream cake today for a bigger group given how much we enjoyed the 4 serve one last time and everyone raved about it. With so many other desserts on that table all anyone wanted to eat was the ice cream cake. Silky and nice gelato🍦🍨 with a wide range of flavors! Our favorite is dark chocolate and peanut butter. Nice and thick chocolate milkshake! Very friendly staff ! Have tried the coffee few times ! It's nice and rich ☕ Jessica is a beautiful friendly lady working in meno Zero. She is very welcoming and serves you with a nice smile. This shop is the best Cafe in Doncaster area.

So far the best Gelato Italiano available in all Melbourne area...if not in all Australia. You will be amazed by the authentic taste. If you are looking for most authentic Italian Gelato and to spoil yourself definitely this is a MUST to go. The staff was very friendly especially Jess' costumer service was superb.

Purchased 3 cakes to have at home and did not enjoy any of them. The pastry was stale and tasted terrible and all the flavours had an overwhelmingly artificial taste :(. Really wanted to enjoy them but would suggest a cake range revamp.

Best ice cream I have had in a long time. Such a nice variety of flavours and price is fair. The staff are very polite. The caramel cheesecake is definitely one of the best flavours. But overall, all flavours are amazing.

Their ice cream is good but the most recent purchase from this place is just appalling. Ordered through Uber Eats and one of the items is completely wrong. The other two were baked cheesecakes. They end up in the bin after two bites. Yuckiest cheesecakes I've ever had. Deadly sweet, very rich and dense, tasted so commercial it's not even comparable to Starbucks bulk-made New York baked cheesecake. Please take it off your menu cos it is so embarrassing.

Very good gelato. This is the real deal with the right consistency, not ice cream masquerading as gelato. Not cheap at $29 for a large (litre?) tub but definitely tasty!

This gelato shop is the worst I've ever visited. Whenever you purchase from them on a hot day, the ice cream is either completely melted or extremely soft, bordering on liquid. Their refrigerators struggle to cope with warm weather, resulting in them selling you soft ice cream that, according to industry and cold chain compliance standards is deemed expired and unfit for consumption. When I mentioned the issue to the waiter and pointed out that nearly half of the flavors were in a state of meltdown, she showed no concern whatsoever. This marks the second and final time I will ever buy from this establishment. If they don't prioritise hygiene and temperature control, they might as well close shop.

Got gifted a gelato cake at 9pm fr my special friend overseas… Very impressed it’s even open until 9:30pm and it’s in my suburb!! Amazed… Thank you Meno Zero!! Excellent service! ☺️🤍✨🙏🏻

The gelato is REALLY good and I’ve tried quite a bit of excellent gelato in my time. It’s up there with the best in Melbourne. My only critique of the place is the music - not just the style but the content. Not something you’d want your kids to hear… the owners might want to put some guidelines in place for staff. But definitely well worth stopping by for a treat 👌🏼

I would give zero stars if I could. I waited in line for 20 minutes when the store was quiet and was still not served. After waiting they then changed their ordering process and served others that came after me, even though I stood by the register ready to pay. I understand that it’s busy but if you can see that someone has been there for 20 minutes giving them the time of day would be nice. I usually love coming here for an ice cream, but this experience alone has honestly ruined it for me. The customer service was not there and they were extremely disrespectful.

My kids loved their gelato, the flavours were punchy and delicious. The shop was spotless, everything clean and in its place. Friendly customer service from Jess, who brightened our day. Definitely worth a visit! <3

Best dessert bar. Their gelato is simply amazing, so many to choose from. My favourite are pistachio and passion fruit.

The staff are very nice. Didn't really like the cakes tho - too sweet to my liking, and some feel a bit artificial. Haven't tried gelato.

Yeah, it was only ok. I ordered two tarts takeaway. Lemon meringue- one of the OG flavours when it comes to tarts. Unfortunately this one missed that memo- it misses that lemon zing! The only hint of lemon is in the coating on the dome; that’s just not enough for a something that ie essentially supposed to be lemon and zesty in flavour. Not to say that it is a bad flavour. It’s just not great. The merengue is nice but the case was too thick and kind of hard to eat. The rocher (hazelnut) flavoured one tasted better but it still wasn’t something I would rush back for. It was nice and not overwhelming sickly sweet.

What an amazing place! The gelato and dessert are delicious and full of flavour. The staff are so friendly and really patient, more than happy to let you try new flavours and chat about ingredients. Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to share my recent experience ordering a birthday cake from your store. I placed the order on Sunday, expecting to pick it up the following Saturday. However, it took five days to confirm my order, which was quite frustrating. I tried calling the Doncaster store at different times throughout the day for these five days, but no one answered my calls. When I finally reached someone, they mentioned that only the manager could access the system to check online orders, and I would have to wait for their call. Unfortunately, no one called me back, despite leaving my details. During these five days, I spoke to three different people at the store, but the outcome was the same – no follow-up and a lack of politeness, with the explanation that they were too busy. Although I have enjoyed your products in the past, this experience was disappointing. I cannot recommend your services at this time.
