The food is the same as other Grill. Tasty and juicy! Staff were friendly and service was okay. Not much to say! Have been there many times, and will be back again! Try the Sir truffle the best!

already grilld blows my socks off and is amazing (except one time someone forgot to put carrot in my burger but all is #forgivenandforgotten) however my meal tonight was extra exceptional because the chips were perfectly cooked. shoutout to the dude who burnt his hand in oil for the chips #asmallsacrificeforgood he also told me he was a yellow belt in karate. damn he was a cool guy. anyways i rate it highly staff very friendly and cow on the wall made me feel recognised <3

Picked up a takeaway veggie burger. Get home. First bite and discover the patty was completely cold (and probably not even cooked). Grill'd Hawthorn. The place to go if you like a cold burger. Won't be going back.

The original Grill’d restaurant! Staff here are always friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I really like the garden goodness and beyond meat burgers. Hope the beyond meat burger gets a bit cheaper someday as $16 for a burger is quite pricey.

The food here was well presented and was very tasty. The staff were very polite and their service was excellent. We dined in and the restaurant was very clean and well presented.

Grilld hawthorn is my go-to healthy burger place, with delicious burgers you can eat without feeling bad for eating them. The service is nice, the chairs are comfy, the tables are clean, and much more. My Favourite dish is the dynamic chicken burger, but the wagyu wonder is pretty good too. Definitely recommend going here.

Honestly extremely dissapointing, I ordered my order through Uber eats knowing that they charge extra on all items to cater for restaurant costs. HOWEVER, they missed giving my Uber driver my drink which they overcharge for and I called the store asking for it to be delivered as it was the stores fault and the lady on the phone was rather rude and unhelpful and hung up on me after she spoke. This is extremely disappointing and poor customer service.

i don’t know if grilld offers rewards for extra hard working employees, but if they don’t they should and this location should be the first one rewarded with it. i normally don’t write reviews, but i had to when i saw how hard the employees were working today. there was an overall good vibe, the music being loud enough to hear but not too loud to talk over, the employees being upbeat, and walking down the isles to check on everyone without disturbing anyone from their meal. as someone who has grilld as a meeting spot with my friends, i think we might have to move to the hawthorn location specifically bc i was awed by how sweet the employees were. please give these employees some kind of raise or reward, i don’t think i’ve ever had a better dinning experience and to be honest, i don’t think i ever will.

Honestly a very poor dining experience here. Firstly my burger was made with unwashed lettuce that had flakes of mud and dirt still visibly on it. They brought glasses but no water and then asked what happened to our water even though it was never brought out! They offered the incorrect voucher for the burger that was made wrong but did not stamp it so it was still invalid. They also tried to clear plates as we were still eating our food. Disappointed since their service is usually good.

Gotta love a 2:1 offer. As a Carlton supporter winning 8 games in a row we keep missing the opportunity to collect on footy win 2 burgers for 1 offer. Tonight we made it!! Quite busy for a Monday night. We were offered a street front window table #3 as it’s required to dine in to accept the offer - it even had a few tea light candles for ambience. Quick order Dynamic Duo & Mighty Melbourne both on panini buns with a snack chips and pepsi (for my son) all for just under $22. Chosen Charity support tokens were gifted to Vinnies. Burgers arrived within 5 minutes and were a perfect Mon night in/out treat. Had my eye on the barbie pink promo for our next win! Food was great as always, but late last night one of the staff members went out of their way to make a terrible night for us a little less terrible. I’ve unfortunately forgotten your name but if you are reading this thank you so much, we really appreciated your kindness and empathy.

I feel the service has dropped. One time i ordered a burger with panini and got a diff bun. Then went back another time and ordered 3 burgers and none were marked which burgers they were. Not going back. Too many mistakes.

Last two burgers I’ve had here have been sensational. Tonight I had the healthy fried chicken burger BLAT. Incredible. Definitely buy again.

I have been coming here many years. Delicious food, good music and great customer service. I did have one recent bad experience, but all is forgiven. The burgers taste too good to file for divorce :p

Currently going through certain dietary requirements due to health concerns and what better way than to have some healthy, delicious and nutritious plant based burgers from Grill'd on a Monday with a 2 for 1 bonus offer? Grabbed the basic Simply Grill'd impossible meat patty burger on a regular seeded bun as well as the panini. I've always liked the burgers here and the plant based alternative is no exception. Recommend this cosy location and their friendly staff for either done in or take away. Only suggestion may be to close the side door during colder windy days and have the single entrance to keep any warmth in.

A decent sized outlet with fresh tasty food. The only downside is the size of the sides, I think I ordered chips and was given 6 in a small bag.. now, that’s kind of ridiculous.

A friend and I had a spontaneous dinner at grilled together, service was spectacular. A lovely young male named coby serviced us also made sure the heater stayed on the whole time we were sitting under it. The chips and burger were great as well. Over all Coby was very respectful and great to be served by.

Only received half my order. Not the first time either. I don’t care where the problem lies, with Uber or Grilled Hawthorn, I kept my side of the agreement and paid but didn’t receive what I paid for. Stay away from both organisations.

Took ages delivering food, forgot to get me water. Had to stack plates for them. But atleast they were nice when we left.

The team was was really nice and super on the ball! Hands down this is the best Grill’d in the area - I’ve been here 3 times lately and the standard is way more consistent than the others!

Consistently inconsistent. Sometimes the burgers here are delicious, but sometimes it’s imbalanced and sickening. One night we had an off avocado in one burger and way too much sauce in the other burger. Other times they’ve been so fresh and tasty.

Great burgers, plenty of choice for the whole family. They also support local community groups which is fantastic. As a side note, they have colouring for the kids to keep them busy too.

In our experience and opinion, Grill'd Hawthorn has always delivered on food quality (gluten free onion rings at Hawthorn!) and customer service. Sure, mistakes sometimes occur and your order might be missing something, but you know what? Just kindly bring it to the attention of the staff and they'll fix or replace it immediately! No need to winge and cry here on Google reviews. We have noted that ALL Grill'd staff work very hard to provide their customers with a smile, super upbeat vibe, and no hesitation to remedy mistakes. We have never been shamed or made to feel bad for bringing a mistake to the attention of Grill'd staff. In fact, across the board, Grill'd Burgers have never failed to make up for their occasional mistakes on our orders over the years. They have many times not hesitated to provide us with a free burger even, to ensure our customer loyalty. I'm not personally aware of other restaurant chains that are this committed to satisfying their customers. As a result, we rarely eat anywhere else. Had the impossible burger with cheese and jalepenos. Amazing! Very juicy and full of flavour. Chips, I find to be good, without being great. Lovely staff. Good for a Friday night dinner. Highly recommended.

Ordered via Uber eats. Large order and they wrote on the box in yellow pen and abbreviated everything to codes that could not be understood. When I called the store, I was told I should do a catering order next time, and they are short-staffed. Not really my point. Simply use a pen that you can read, and if you don't want large orders via the app, simply block them!
