Oh how lovely to wander the aisles & find so many items I haven’t seen since childhood! The deli offered an excellent range, above & beyond local Hawthorn region options. The cheeses are fresh & real, not bundled up in plastic & you can determine how much you actually want. Lots of European foods too. The fresh orange juice they make daily is fantastic! Plus it’s at the front of the store so a quick pick up is possible. Such a lovely change from having to go to the back in the hope you’ll buy other products which is so blatant & annoying. Leo’s is really set up to help you. Great range of breads & vegetables. Overall clear descriptions of what’s in each aisle.

The service is amazing and the pricing is very accurate. However, I am deeply outraged because this one fat boy buys all of the LA Maxi Ice stock. You should implement a limit to him or completely ban him from purchasing the product any further.

Local landmark independent supermarket. Convenient central location with plenty of parking underneath, up the top and out the front. Large selection of a wide range of quality supermarket items. Easy to navigate around the shelves. Often busy but service still reasonably quick. Also has a bottle shop. Relatively expensive.

Leo’s was always been my favorite shop in terms of variety of foods and good quality. However today when I went to the shop, obviously the staff in check out made a mistake with the drinks I purchased and charged me more with a different quantity pack, I had to travel 10 mins back to the supermarket and get it corrected, the staff admitted that it was a mistake which was fine people make mistakes. however which was unpleasant and upsetting was when the girl who maybe was on duty to assist the staff to processed the refund, when she hand back the receipt，she literally ignored my hand and put on the table, rude manner which I ever came across in Leo’s and the whole time while she was talking her eyes are up to the roof. If only there is a Leo’s in hawthorn east I am confident people know what is the basic manner. Such staff ruining the brand.

Massive place, with everything you can think of, but so expensive, you can find Cole’s and Woolworth stuff in here but 30-60% more expensive

Love this place. Sometimes we go here just to wander the aisles, but we never leave empty handed. Such an amazingly diverse range.

The best value supermarket. Excellent Fruit n Veg quality, a Deli to die for and Australian made items to help out local businesses.

Great supermarket! It’s bigger than Coles and Woolies. First time I visited this place. However, I didn’t like how the cashier (Alyssa) treated me when I paid my groceries. She didn’t smile at me and wish me to have a good night, which made me leave the supermarket very unhappy.

Always a pleasure to go to this store. Great selection of produce. Great undercover parking. Can be a little pricey but everything is top quality

Still had plenty of stock when visited last Sunday (except toilet paper, bread etc). Fancy items, up market goods. Worth a visit if you're in the area, it's just a bit pricier than usual grocers.

Leo,is always reliable, top notch quality products. The fruits and fresh juice are my favourite!

Ask the staff any products - answers - I don’t know. Call in for orders - respond - not my department. I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ where are the good services?????

Selection - yes, high prices - yes, service - none! On floor attendants have no idea where to find products, specialists know one products type but no others, if all fails they direct you to the fridge on the other side of the supermarket, where you are left to your own devices.

Super nice supermarket! Was really boujee and on the expensive side but I found that the servers (particularly in the deli, I think her name was hayley) were extra knowledgeable on the products and really helped me ! Would come again

I can always find a delicious treat or a substantial meal at Leo’s. Very helpful friendly service. The cheese selection is to be commended.

Great product but could you please improve the check out queuing process? It’s confusing and embarrassing people when having no idea who is next to pay. Also agree with other comments below - feel not welcome by some girls everytime we shop there and we leave the store unhappy.

Food can be expensive but I find good deals and always the freshest food and lovely staff

I recently shopped at Leos, very pleasantly surprised at the size of the store and variety of produce. Most staple known brand items are comparable to coles and woolies in price.. given the buying power for a small independant name wouldnt be the same as the giants i think Leos is doing a fantastic job.. its a pleasure to support this business.. well done to all involved

Great gourmet supermarket! You can get some excellent quality and high end local and imported foods here. Be prepared to pay premium prices compared to Coles and Woolies (for fresh produce, for example).

Good quality food but please check your bills . Consistently, making mistakes with items that are marked down not good enough as one buys them to consume it quicker.

Ive asked a few people and everyone but me has heard of leo's lol! But i can see why. Very nice and well stocked shelves. Coming here is an experience you just wont get at coles.aldi or woolies!

Shuts at 8pm. Good selection of the finest foods but who wants to do a weekly shoo with all the top knoch food distracting you. It's very costly.

I've been a fan of this supermarket for many years. I love the specialty items they carry as well as their smallgoods and imported and local cheeses.

Leo's is expensive but they have really good quality food. I bought some home made dips which were .... as good as home made ... absolutely delicious ...as well as a very reasonably priced and delicious marinara mix. I do not live in the area but stopped to shop for friends who live nearby. I have also had salads and other foods from Leo's in Heidelberg (Vic not Germ) and they were also absolutely delicious. Well done !!!!
