Went here to buy supplies for our new pet. Spent just about $180. There was a very helpful young girl who was great. However we felt the older lady (may have been manager) working there was a bit rude to us and we didn't feel welcomed. From that experience we won't be shopping here again. 3 stars is for the amazing young girl.

Good range of products for most commonly kept creatures. Friendly staff and the layout with different sections for different animals clearly signed. One stop shop for everything you would need. Got hay and pellets for a stray rabbit but have come here over the years for all my dog and cat needs. You also have the option to donate to an animal charity at the register when you are buying your things. You also get a small discount if you sign up as a member.

Big store, no floor staff available for assistance unless you hunt them down but they are helpful when you do find them. Price match is brilliant and the sales for members are always good both of these are the reasons I shop there.

I went to Petbarn with my dog as he has separation anxiety issues and was trying to find an appropriate muzzle to stop him barking as I had a family Xmas dinner to go to and couldn't bring my dog. Massive shoutout to the supervisor Fergus for going above & beyond to help me out! Amazing customer service skills!

I went in to Doncaster store last week and thought I should acknowledge some first rate customer service from a staff member. I was helped by a tall guy who I think was named Issac. I’m sure lots of customers are like me and their dog is their family but he listened to my questions and genuinely cared about the best outcome for me and my furry friend. I cant speak highly enough for how much interest he showed in me and just wanted to give him a massive shout out.

Oskar is an absolute legend for carrying my purchase to my car parked on the street, with my ankle sprained, I was panicked but didn’t want to bother staff as they were busy, above and beyond from Osaka and Sasha, top service !

Now that Petbarn Doncaster has Prime 100 SPD in Tetrapacks in stock I will be shopping here for all my doggie needs. It is a nutritional, quality product with convenient packaging. I also have experienced valuable customer service at this store.

The staff are always happy and informative. Also, Petbarn will always equal the Petbarn online price (which is usually cheaper than the in store price) so dont forget to ask the staff... I saved $50 on fog food. 🤑

Walked in with my 11 week old staffy just for a name tag. The staff were very helpful. Thor got lots of pats & cuddles. Met some dogs of other customers. We'll be back. Pic is Thor with his new name tag

Please do check your bill twice; they will always try to give you the minimum possible discount; In my last 2 visits, double-checking the bill has resulted in a refund. It happened today as well; They have overcharged by 20%.

Great place for pet needs and the staff are super helpful however there always seems to be a shortage of stock. Twice out of last 5 visits I've walked away empty because out of stock

Lots of variety for pet related products. Personally I don't feel comfortable with pet stores like this in general as the products and prices take advantage of pet owners wanting to spoil their pets and are happy to pay top dollar. As such, I'm not the demographic as I am happy to pay for quality but also want good value...I don't see the value here unless there are big discounts for something... Perhaps come and take a look, do some research and grab a deal where you see one.

I have been a shopper & so called member of this store for many years & in all that time I have not redeemed any discount that has been offered by email to me several times a week. It doesn't matter what I do, the advertised discount is apparently something I have misunderstood or mistaken. I worked all my life in a professional capacity & have some level of intelligence but Petbarn's pricing is misleading & bordering on being dishonest. The latest one was buying bags of Royal Canin kibbles for my dog & cat where I looked at the prices on the shelf & noted the price to "members" but when I went o pay, I was told because I had not bought that product in the last 60 days, the member price was not for me. How does anyone know these rules before they get to the counter? I have had enough of this dishonest pricing & will take my business elsewhere, you have lost a good customer!

Once again been a member here for years, anyway was in there sat, they where running a special on curtain foods, buy 3 get one free buy one bag get the second one half free, ok all good go pay ask if the price match to there we'd site yes the young bloke said I sweet, then he confused it the registrar would let me do it ant paid too much went back to see if refund could be organised once again they don't wont to listen too you they just try to brush it off ect but no didn't win lost about $50 so becarefull they will take you for everything it's all money to them, don't worry about the little people.

Had an excellent experience at Pet Barn while preparing for our new puppy. The store is clean with a vast selection of pet supplies. Sasha was particularly helpful, guiding us with her impressive knowledge and genuine care for animals. She provided invaluable advice on food, toys, and training tools. Her passion for pets is evident and her insights have been essential for us as new pet owners. Highly recommend Pet Barn and don't forget to ask for Sasha!

Good store generally but bad customer service policy. Got a toy pair from the on sale box and checked it was not anywhere else (guessed it could be dropped from the shelves as most of toys in the box are single ones not pair). Brought to counter, they asked for full price. After explaining the situation with them and they also checked there is no where else can find the toy, they still refused to charge the price marked on the box but only gave a 25% off on the toy which means the paid price was $6 more than the one on the box (which was not a lot at all but led to a bad customer experience) The girl who served me was nice and trying to help but the older lady (who seems to be the manager) was rude and not welcoming.
