Very happy customer here, been chasing Bookers Noe Bourbon for a few years, accidentally came across Nick's Wine Merchants online. Called them up to clarify if they definitely had it in stock in which they did. They had 2 bottles so I took them both. Paid online, delivery took 48hrs from ordering. Very well packaged too. Highly recommended business...bookmarked for future use. Thanks guys, time for a nip on ice.

Should just rename business to Nicks online only wine merchants. First time customer after hearing many great experiences obviously expected to be able to go in and look at the range but instead you are greeted by a barricade and lots of staff packing boxes. Won't be supporting again until it's a proper shop.

Place has really gone downhill since Covid. There is no need for forcing people into click and collect anymore, especially since the value isn’t there anymore. Recently I noticed a bottle of Single Malt had jumped $50 over Dan Murphy! And to think I used to find the best prices at Nicks. Range isn’t what it used to be either. Site is full of bottlings that were sold out years ago so why are they still on the site? Makes online browsing unnecessarily inconvenient and irrelevant…I could go on and on. MASSIVE downfall. I will not support businesses that use inflation as justification to HYPER inflate their profit margins.

Brought 2 rare bottles of whisky 21yo mount Fuji hibiki and 25yo nikka taketsuru

First time I've bought from Nick's and it's very difficult not to be highly impressed. Website is one of the most comprehensive yet user friendly I've used and much better than the major retailers. The range of superb whiskey's at the best available prices is astonishing, saving me around $30 against the big Dan's store opposite them. Glad to say their click and collect was brilliant, fast and friendly. Once they reopen I might be in trouble getting out of there without spending far more than the budget can stand!

Incredible little gem with rare and distinctive stock especially rare or collectable. Stock is online, easily purchased then pick up in store or deliver (at a fee). The staff are happy to help and provide info as required. Parking is easy and plenty at the front. Display is clear, in order and easily spend an hour browsing and admiring. Saw a bottle for $29k!

Wide range of great whiskies. Nice people. Well organised. Counting down to see it reopen and go through the shop and enjoy looking at bottles on the shelves.

It's not opened as a wine shop but only online orders or if you know what you want. Can't rate them badly for that but be aware the pictures are not valid anymore.

They have an awesome range of quality wines and whisky that you won't find at the usual retailers at competitive prices. The team at Nick's are really helpful and know their stuff.

Amazing service. I used to visit years ago before they moved to an online first model. However, you can still pop in to make purchases- especially if you know what you are after. Due to the online and delivery shift, the store is no longer setup for browsing - maybe their whiskies behind the counter are still on display though. Good prices, often cheaper than Dan's across the other side of the square! Very broad range of products available, many uncommon items not found in the 'big name' chain stores.

The holidays were fast approaching last week as I bought a half a dozen bottles of wine and asked Ben and Alex can the wines be delivered before Christmas. . and he and they told me they would try to do the very best but to deliver the wines within one business to Sydney was simply incredible effort by the NWM team!!!

Amazing selection, amazing prices too, great customer service and support, I have ordered many many time with nicks, the one time the delivery service made a mistake, nicks was there to rectify the situation, quickly emailed and fixed the problem resending the items ordered. Customer service is incredible. Have ordered a few times. One was for a couple of whiskeys I was collecting and the labels were peeling. They swapped without any fuss and even sent a courier to pick up the old bottles. The second time I had a change of mind and again, without fuss, they swapped the whiskey. Second to none.

Great place with an insane collection. One of the guys seemed like he was having a rough day and was a bit unwelcoming but the main man who helped me was fantastic. Really patient and very very helpful. There was an issue with my pickup delivery but they definitely helped and went the extra mile to amend the situation and make it right. If you are whiskey lover, you must visit this store. The dan Murphy next door just can't beat them. You can find limited edition whisky from Macallan to Glen A to Z. They also have variety of rare bourbon whiskey. For Rum lover, there are some very rare and unique bottle which you definitely can get it from DM. Must come here before you go to DM next door.
