My wife booked the experience for me as a birthday present. I came by myself and was a little nervous about the whole thing as I didn’t have someone else to chat to before/during the experience and I have a small fear of heights. Once we started to put our harnesses on, the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. I couldn’t speak more highly of the experience and would recommend it to everyone

Our 3rd visit and a blast every time, with different groups and ages each time. It is well run, friendly team and they take safety seriously! It is also a reasonably priced activity for such a unique experience. Spot the wildlife perched up in the trees and listen out for Puffing Billy in the distance. You wouldn't be able to get that anywhere else. Having a cafe or fully stocked kiosk on site would make it even better but packing your own food and snacks is not a big issue. So many lovely spots to sit and rest between climbs.

Brought my 6yo and 3yo here with their friends. They had a blast. The staff were great. Awesome landscape and amazing obstacle courses. All the cabins were hired out but there are plenty of seats in the park. Kids already keen to come back for another go.

We had a bad safety experience with our 9 year son. The place was understaffed and they looked overwhelmed with number of people at place. At the vertical challenge we couldn’t work out how to lock the buckles and the staff looked disinterested in helping us out , people before and after us struggled with it as well. We were left to work it out among ourselves even after making multiple request with the staff standing at one of the other vertical challenges less than 10 metres from us. She finally explained to us in a very rushed way after which it again took us multiple attempts before getting the lock right. With two vertical challenges next to each other my son climbed one of the them and when coming down he swung horizontally and with no control to his descent his back brushed along the wooden challenge while he continued to come down and hit the back of his head just below the helmet. He fell down screaming in pain all the while nearby staff looked at us and turned their back on us. The reason for the wild swing when coming down was because the vertical challenge my son climbed didn’t have its own rope , so he was using the rope from the one next to it , so when coming down instead of coming down straight he first swung horizontally to the neighbouring vertical challenge and then continued his descent by which time his back was rubbing against the wood while he slid down. Manager told us that the vertical challenge was closed and was not supposed to be climbed. There was no signage that the vertical challenge was Closed and the staff nearby made no attempt to let people know of that even though they watched them climbing it right in front of them. It was lucky no one got seriously injured and my son escaped with scratches in his back and head but this could have been really serious. My son was traumatised with the whole experience. The place needs to make sure that there is enough staff at each of the challenges and they are empathetic towards people , especially when Somebody gets injured.

This place is absolutely fantastic ! Suits all ages. Very well structured and the courses are amazing with easy to hard level. Kids friendly. You are given a key for a locker to place your personal items. You are given a debrief about how the whole harness works and you get to practice supervised prior to going solo on the treetops. There are multiple levels that suits all strength. You are required to start at the lowest level to get your confidence up and get the hang of moving yourself along the course. I walked in not understanding how the hardness worked but came out a pro. I have gained great knowledge. Superb environment to distress from the norm. Loved this place in particular because you are solo, therefore you don’t have anyone supervising you, there’s no pressure, no one on your back and you can take your time. Staff are always available. I had such a fantastic time and will be going back. Toilets are available on site and also parking. The only downfall with the parking is that there is a little hill and some cars have had trouble going up due to the car level. So be mindful. Still a five star experience for myself and my peers.

It was a great afternoon. The staff there was great, they interacted with the children and had all the time for them. The rope courses were great, catering for all levels, from +3 years to adults. The kids enjoyed their yellow course and were challenged a little but it was doable for them. Def coming back again!!

We had a fantastic time here. Courses range from beginner to expert so it’s good for any skill level. Helpful staff gave a very detailed demonstration on how to equip harnesses and were very aware of safety precautions. Great place for families and people seeking a challenge. 10/10

The whole experience was amazing but particularly when my 12 year old froze on the jump at the end of the red trail. The staff member that assisted (Liam I think) was firm but patient and very understanding and ended up taking oliver backwards through part of the course to get him down safely. The fact he dealt with the situation this way left a very happy and positive experience for all of us and we will definitely be back!!

This is a must try adventure! So much fun swinging, climbing and zip-lining up and through the tree tops. The kids had an absolute blast and I was out of breath just trying to keep up! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough. Six stars.

I loved it. I just read all the one star reviews of this place and I can guarantee that all those reviewers are sad, self hating, negative nannas. Don't listen to any of them. It was 50 dollars for 3 hrs of fun. Super challenging, my body is still sore 2 days later. There was 3 staff members that were super friendly and encouraging. They smiled and made sure I understood all the safety stuff. The person I was with chickened out on one of the courses, and the young worker was really understanding and helpful. I felt very safe thru out all the courses and obsticals. I went here on a second date, and it was a really good choice.

Book ahead and go as early as u can as it gets crowded later in the day. Great fun for all ages as there r courses suited for everyone. Green (beginner), Blue, Red and Black (13yrs +). There are also short and long versions of the same colour coded course. There is a 15min training n briefing session at the start. Once u get the hang of the safety clips it's easier and faster along the obstacle course. It get harder with the diff colours and more upper body strength is required to get across. Overall great fun for the family!

We had the opportunity to come here both for as a birthday party host (for our 9 year old and 7 year old) and also as a party guest on two separate occasions. What strikes me most is the amazing service from the entire team and superb attitude! From beginning to the end of the process. Clear cut and organised process. Prompt email replies. The Belgrave Team are great with kids especially with the younger ones (under 7 years). They make harnessing and training fun for the kids. Kudos to Adam, Jarrah, Felix, Jack and Sam and the others that we’ve met 👍👍 Truly amazing people 🎖🎖🎖 We only had exposure to the Yellow , Green and Blue course. Decent experience and challenges for the given obstacles for the kids in this age bracket. Fear of heights and moving obstacles may be a challenge for some. But with good encouragement and support, the kids will overcome it. Zip line would be the all-time favourite for the kids! For experienced kids under the age of 7 doing the yellow course may find it too easy or not as challenging for them. Feedback - to create a third yellow course with more difficult obstacles if there was room to do so. Beautiful, serene and clean surrounding. Great idea for a family/ friends outdoor activity or as a birthday party idea. Decks and gazebos need to be booked (probably more relevant for parties). For non-party guests, best to book online to guarantee a spot of your desired time. Highly recommend to go to the toilet located at the car park first before heading down to the activity site (especially with younger kids). It’s a fair walk uphill!! Additional challenge for the unfit 😝 Overall, it was a great 2.5 hours of activity and an hour of party food time. We ended on a high note at the end of the day with all kids super excited and not wanting to leave and wanting to come back again 😀 Adults had a great time out too! Highly recommend!

My daughter booked this for us to start our Melbourne weekend visit. This was her choice and I was so so about going. Boy! How wrong was I! From rocking up early the guys could not have been more helpful. As there was room they let us on straight away. Thoroughly safety briefed and all equipment ch eked we demonstrated our abilities and were then allowed to fly free! The course options cover everything for toddlers through to those who like a bit more height and exhilaration. There is a 15m controlled drop from the tree to the ground. The safety system in place and the checks are of the highest standard and left us enjoying the time without fear. We spent over 2 hours climbing through the obstacles and zip lining through the trees. The weather was fabulous which made it all the more special. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and this is a place I would highly recommend. Such a wonderful experience.

Very good experience! Tried many routes, got very excited and exhausted the same time. We saw a sleeping possum in the tree hole and thats the cutest thing ever. Did got bruised arm from holding on the rope because we went to the long red but meant to go short red, but it’s worth 😄

I highly recommend Treetops Adventure Belgrave. This was our third visit and the quality service has been exemplary on each visit. They have a streamlined process and booking system. Small wait times to get on courses and high quality equipment. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and abundant! But most importantly I felt extremely safe in the treetops, as did my kids.

My Granddaughter (8yo) really enjoyed our visit. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The first 15-20 minutes were spent kitting up and receiving a comprehensive training course that prepared us well for the further 2 hours of independent adventure. Being a 70yo active fellow, (with climbing experience), I did find the course challenging as well as fun. But the best commendation is that Sienna now wants to make it her next Birthday theme with a select group of adventurous friends!!

Took 4 teens here on Saturday for the 2pm session. From the moment we arrived they were looked after so well. Margarita was so helpful and encouraging which gave all 4 kids the confidence to tackle and complete the Black course. Such a great day out for all. Thanks 🙏

Loved the zip lining. Staff were great and helpful and we will definitely be back again. It was 34 degrees, but in the shade of trees, it was perfect and not too hot. Just a tip, toilets are a decent trek, so go before you start the course. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Had a blast - visited late morning on a Friday. My memories of high ropes courses from highschool, being pressured to rush through and having a pushy spotter made me a little nervous to try high ropes as an adult - the courses are self guided and you are kept safe by a very clever safety system - and friendly staff when you need them. Being able to take our time, chat to other couples, and cheer each other on was such a confidence-building experience. We are keen to visit again to try some courses we didn't get to.

  • 5/5 Richard C. 1 year ago on Google
We loved the surrounding nature around the course. Provided the perfect amount of shade for us to do the different levels, which are suitable for all ages. We also loved how easy it was to use the harness. I highly recommend doing this with a group of friends or a family. We look forward to visiting again.

Our family of four from ages 9 to 45 loved our experience! Beautiful location in such a dense forest was not only lots of fun, but scenic. The staff were super friendly and helpful and with so many fun and challenging courses, we didn't get a chance to complete them all in the 2.5hrs, so we will be back! Thanks Treetop team for a fab experience!

We loved it all! The staff were great, helpful, firendly and knowledgeable. The courses were fun, challenging and unique. Even though it was fully booked, we didn't have to que for extended periods of time and we didn't feel rushed. Overall we all had a great morning. Thank you

We have 2 very shy grand kids and they attended tree tops 2 weeks ago and it was great to see them enjoying and challenging themselves doing the various courses. So last week I booked in as well when they attended again. Great activity for young and old, I'm 66 and thoroughly enjoyed the various courses. We' ll all be back. Its great to see kids outdoor doing this than sitting on computer games all day. The Kid Zip booking was great as the staff supervised them through the various courses encouraging them...it was a confidence building activity for our grandkids and they loved it.

A very fun activity to do with friends and family of all ages. Situated in the greenery of Belgrave, you feel like you're a monkey in the rainforest as you climb up the different obstacles, each with a level that is suitable for your fitness and fear of heights. The staff are friendly and helpful, always around to give advice and support any person who is in dire straits. I would suggest coming in later in the afternoon on a weekend when it starts to get less busy and becomes more enjoyable so you can take on the courses without a bunch of people waiting on you.

Had a fabulous day here. Third time we have visited over the years. New aerial obstacles were challenging and a new safety system since we visited last. You can always tell how well a place is run by the attitude of the staff. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff we met during our visit. They were fun, friendly and helpful. A credit and a huge asset to the business. Thanks you for a lovely day. Exhausted now!

Great family experience. The instructors were very nice. I didn't get a chance to do the black course. Blue long was quite easy. Red long had a few challenging courses towards the end but overall it wasn't very difficult. Pro-tip: You can cheese a lot of the courses by using the pulley :)

We had a family of 4 aged 12, 14, 44 + 47. Having never done this before the informative safety briefing and instuctions were welcome. Many courses of different levels are available and you can work your way through each of them. We all completed the Red 2 course with a 15m leap of faith which was a highlight. The long black course is far more challenging but achievable. Zip lines were fun. The staff on the day were professional, polite and helpful. They knew their stuff which gave us confidence we were in good hands. The scenery was amazing as it was raining on and off with the shear beauty of the Australian bush surrounds. Highly recommend, already planning our next visit.

Children under 7 years old can play for 2 hours per 25 yuan, wear safety equipment and conduct pre-departure training to ensure safety and choose a route suitable for them to explore (graded by age). The three little monkeys at home enjoyed a good time here 👍 (Original) 大推薦!

Super friendly organisation. Had minor surgery after booking, the company understood and said we could reschedule for another time, which was really nice. Rebooking was super easy as well. Staff on hand were awesome, particularly Josh/Scotty (pretty sure that was his name). Helpful instructions, and even asked afterwards if he could have been clearer as other high ropes goers didn't fully understand him. Therefore, he's clearly wanting to learn and make the experience as good as possible. The courses themselves were the right amount of challenging/fun, with something for every age group/ability. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

My girls absolutely loved it. Kids of all ages were up in the trees zip-lining, having fun and overcoming fear of heights and continuing on to the next level. Best done with 2 or more kids as they encourage each other...but there are plenty of adults and kids cheering and encouraging when it becomes tough. Will certainly go again.

This is very fun and recommended for all ages. The crew were all very friendly and helpful. What really made the experience a step above the rest was how Nikki somehow managed to make the safety briefing engaging and entertaining. Awesome setup, close enough to Melbourne for a weekend drive. Easy online booking ensures courses are not crowded throughout the day. Online form completion also makes it easy to just show up on the day. Great courses for all. My 9yo loved the two green and two blue courses, plus the ability to get a taste of a bit of red for the more advanced blues :) Early opening (8:30am session) was a great move for the hot 37deg day. Pro tip - pop into the toilets at the top of the hill before heading down to the reception if you want to avoid an additional warmup session.

The thought and care that went into designing and constructing this place shine though in the quality of the experience. We've been a couple of times and we've always found it well priced with curteous and well-trained staff. I recommend revisiting as kids grow older as the scope and challenge of the courses increase. We last took a 6 year old son and he was rewarded for his bravery in the face of fear by having awesome zip line experiences. By the end of the session he was running from the end of one course to the start of another so he could get in as many flying foxes as possible.

We had such a fun morning here! The techniques for on the course were really well explained. Courses were challenging but accessible for our whole family (2 adults, 8 year old and 11 year old). The 8 year old loved the long blue course, 11 year loved the bit of the long blue with the punching bags. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed getting up there and experiencing this with the kids.

  • 5/5 David T. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely fantastic! Our boys are 6 and 8 and they loved it. There are two "yellow" rules that the 6yo loved. The 8yo and I did the 2 green and 2 blue runs that were a lot of fun. For the yellow run you must have an adult helper on the ground. The 8yo needed an adult helper on the run. Hopefully next time I'll get another go on the red and black runs!

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The equipment is well maintained and you feel relaxed, comfortable in the surroundings. Zip lining amongst the trees is a beautiful experience. The trees are magnificent and I would highly recommend everyone to come along and enjoy a day out. It was lovely to see families encouraging there children, children encouraging parents and grandparents sitting at the picnic tables taking photos, supporting family members smiling, clapping, encouraging and it was amazing to hear laughter, absolute pure enjoyment.

Had very bad experience.Extreamly rude staff. Our child had an accident ,due to lack of instructions and still no body tried to help. When complaint, staff was yelling back at us and the excuse was given that they are short staffed. Would never recommend to go.

Excellent place for the older ones. Younger ones can be a bit boring as variability is small and courses are short.

This place is so nice and relaxing, and best for adventures. Lovely staff, we've spent almost 3-4 hours there and i just love it. I got scared when I had to jump from the exceptionally few meter height and everyone was cheering me up to jump and that time I can't hold my breath so I end up screaming. Was very nice experience there. Highly recommended for every age group of people.

Second time here and there are cables that are STILL fraying... I had mentioned this to staff about a year ago when I was here with my husband as part of the cable actually got stuck in his hand. Thought we would give it another go while in town however we felt very unsafe and would not make that mistake again. We have both worked a long time in ziplining companies overseas and have experience in building these courses... Not sure who is signing off on these parks.... Again this place was extremely understaffed, would not like to think about what would happen if there was an emergency and you needed to get over 70 people off the course with only 4-5 staff members.

It was ok, but if I can suggest that the place needs to be renovated, at least put something else instead of mulch, it is dangerous way to go down to reception. Big minus - i think stuff needs to supervise people all the time, not just when someone stuck on the tree and needs help. And one more thing - toilets too far away, it would be perfect to have it next to reception.
