Visited here just before the lockdown hit Victoria and it was pretty quiet. We didn't go on the cable car as it was too late in the day. We enjoyed some coffees and the view from the hilltop. Toilets were super clean and modern.

If you havent been in a cable car you will love it. Great views of bay and decent cafe in the ticketing area. Will get very busy on holidays. 22 mins round trip. Losts of opportunites to take photos and enjoy the views of Mornington. Cafe is pricey as usual. Worth combing trip with enchanted gardens at the top.

If you like to be scammed and lied to, please come here. We were charged too much because the worker did not believe my daughter’s real age and never received a refund. Thank you Eagle for employing reputable employees who scams families :)

The cable car is well constructed and clean. Attentive staff. Great views of Melbourne and the Bay as you ascend to Arthur's Seat.

Plenty of positive reviews and ill just be another. The views of the peninsula were stunning and great place to take photos. I've been told not to go early mornings as sometimes it gets foggy and you can't see as much. The ride down is around 15 mins or just less. We found buying the tickets at the top was faster with less people traffic than from down below. Bit pricey but we enjoyed it.

I know it is so busy and it is under staff. Why they let the other line in not us. 3 groups of the other side get in, then it is our turn. I feel it is unfair. I hope there are more staffs in those busy period to ensure our fairness. But the view is really nice, loved it.

As a totally blind person, it was nice to ride the gondolas, but it could’ve been better if it was audio described like Telling us what we are looking at while we are on them for 15 minutes up in 15 minutes back like an introduction or a commentary This will also make it more accessible for all users I hope you take my feedback on board

You get amazing views at the top, can see the CBD on the horizon. It looked beautiful, as if it is floating on clouds. Car park at the base point (not where Arthur seat is), is very limited. I saw cars parked at odd places as there were not enough parking spaces. Cafe at the Arthur seat can get busier on weekends. Had to wait about 15 -20 mins to get our coffee and hot chocolate. We got our self serve food first. Toilets at Arthurs seat and eagle cafe is not accessible as it has a few stairs to get down to. Where as at the base point it does seem to have accessible Toilets with a ramp to get to if you park right at the entrance which I wasn't sure how to get to. We had to use a few stairs when we parked a bit ahead of the entrance as it said no entry to the entrance when we reached there. Gave one less star for that reason.

The transition from purchasing tickets to boarding the cable car was seamless, ensuring a delightful start to the experience. Despite the windy weather that is characteristic of the December season and the slight chill in the air, it added an enchanting touch to the adventure. All in all, it was a truly fantastic experience. Upon reaching the other end, there were refreshments offered at the shop and chance to buy souvenirs. I highly recommend giving this cable car ride a try.
