😐 To be honest I expected so much more about the tour! I took the Phillip Island tour. Also, the lunch it’s just a sandwich, there’s not picnic or anything, j... People often mention penguins, experience, tour, Penguins, recommend, money,

A great one day tour. In addition to watching amazing Penguins Parade at night, We also visited Moonlit Sanctuary, Cowes, Nobbies Centre, and several outlooks etc. on the trip. Our tour guide and driver Todd (if I remember his name correctly) is a very professional and dedicated tour guide. He is very kind and takes care of everyone on the journey. Especially nice to children, he introduced and discussed various interesting knowledge about Fairy Penguins to them. Returning to Melbourne City at around 10 pm, Todd drove everyone back to their different hotels. Although it was raining the whole day, the entire tour was very enjoyable and unforgettable. Thank you so much, Todd! Wishing you all the best!

To be honest I expected so much more about the tour! I took the Phillip Island tour. They take you to see the kangaroos and koalas, but the place it’s really small and if it’s too hot you can’t take pictures with the koalas :(. Also, the lunch it’s just a sandwich, there’s not picnic or anything, just the sandwich and some fruits. I recommend the company not to make the trip so long because you get to see the penguins at 9 and they pick you up at 12, so they try to show some places and make some time before, but I think it’s better just to go see the koalas and kangaroos and not make that huge ride around showing different stuff, even though the beaches were cool! I recommend take you bathing suit because you go to the beach, and lots of water if it’s summer!!

If you are looking to waste your money then go ahead! This is all the means for making money! Highly overpriced! They have made this building to block humans to see penguins. You have to PAY in order to see penguins coming out of the sea. Trust me you might be excited first time. But once you see lol penguins coming out you just realise that you have wasted your money! On the top of that, I feel sorry for people who opt for ‘General view’ they don’t see anything at all. Penguin plus is the best but so overpriced. Penguin underground is the worst as you’re blocked by the glass to see them in person. Paid almost $200 for 2A2k. You’re better off going to to theme park where you can feed kangaroos

Crowded, touristy and underwhelming. The unique looking grey geese wandering around on the drive into the centre were much more interesting to see- and free to view too!!

This place is truly magical and everyone should at least book the penguin parade underground viewtling gallery at least once in their lifetimes. Our guide Sharon was friendly and very knowledgeable, though we felt bad for her as the limelight was always taken away by the penguin waddles!

Honestly could have been incredible but tourists just ruin their own experience, multiple people filming and taking photos when they weren’t supposed to be, standing and moving around and blocking views, staff should have been a bit more onto it but I can see they did their best, maybe in school terms it’s less hectic but that was insane, I did enjoy seeing the penguins but I’m glad I paid for general viewing because you can get quite close to them on the boardwalk after the experience anyway so that was worth it

This was a really cool experience, would highly recommend it. The penguins come in from the beach and walk up the hill under the boardwalks so you get a really close up view of them and there are so many. It was fascinating to see them coming in from the water. We went on a warm day but as soon as sun set it gets really cold so make sure to wrap up :)

Not recommended if the Penguins return after it gets dark. When I visited, the penguins came back at around 9:30pm. We could barely see them in the dark(they appeared as some moving things). But when you head back from the viewing point, you can see them closely from the walking decks ad they make their way back to their nests and the penguin chicks waiting for their Moms and Dads.

Seeing the penguins was beautiful. I enjoyed seeing them in nature. Shame that a lot of visitors couldn't respect the rules about no photography (the penguins can be photosensitive and could be fightened). So rude.

Don't purchase the tickets on line. Process is confusing. If there is no availability they wouldn't let you know until is too late. No refunds either. 👎👎👎

Make sure you sit at the far left or right of the stands not in the middle as penguins will not walk in front as depicted in pics but come ashore to the left or right of the stands and head up. Also gets very cold waiting as it's ocean breeze. After half an hour walk back up the path and the penguins will be making their way back up and you'll be able to see them up close

Not worth! Penguins are too tiny in size. Penguin Parade is an overhyped thing. Rest of the island is beautiful.

Beautiful experience. Amazing to watch little penguins making their way to burrows. Personally feel general view is better to get a closer look. Give yourself some time to stay there for a while to experience little penguins' behaviours. Good to have a picnic mat or something that you could put on the seat to watch the parade, as rain could wet the seat. You can carry some snacks if you choose to arrive early and leave late. No photographs or filming is allowed during the parade, as that could harm the little penguins.

What a fantastic afternoon out sightseeing today to Phillip Island, from the moment we got onto the coach to the end of our tour. We were greeted by our driver/guide Cameron, which Really made our trip so much more fun. He wasn't boring, he played good music between narrating. He was very informative. We made the booking over the phone with the office, as we had some questions for them, they were most helpful. Once again, thanks for a great day out. I highly recommend this tour it was value for money.

Make sure to bring a jacket, the penguins don't come out until late and it gets quite breezy. Also there was a silly 'VIP' section for those who would pay extra

Such a picturesque place! Free to visit but pay to see the penguins. Wildlife everywhere.

Penguins are very cute.... But ! Too many people, no respect for animal protection rules (do not use your phone to avoid blinding them), food allowed even though the space is protected, noise ++++ linked to the present world The penguins are seen from afar, on a huge concrete platform on a wonderful beach (waste) Does this way of doing things really respect the way of life of the wild animals to be preserved?

Regrettably, despite prior advisories, many individuals still capture penguin photos at night. Should we contemplate imposing fines to safeguard these adorable creatures?

It was truly an unforgettable experience watching the little penguins come to shore! They are as tiny as the size of a microphone! They're adorable and wobbly. It was extremely cold though. With the strong sharp winds, I think the temp dropped to about 10°C (when it was 23°C in the day!) Make sure you look around the boardwalk after you seem them come on shore. You mighy spot a few. We watched 3 of them get into a little fight too! Also, the penguins are sensitive so no photography allowed. You can get the postcards of them in the shop when you arrive/leave the visitor centre. Highly recommend this experience!

Seeing very few penguins wasn't what put me off. Nature can't be controlled. But the great crowd ruined the whole expererience for me. Rules were not followed and the wildlife was visibly scared. Staff was very nice though.

We had the worst experience. Penguins were very cute of course. But staffs are very rude toward Asian. Saw it happened right in front of me. They use different voice tone toward asian. People in store not friendly AT ALL- Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money toward experience like this !!!
