    I joined Oxygen a few months ago after deciding I was sick of being unfit. Best decision I have made! The coaches are really knowledgeable and adjust the workouts to meet you at your level. I’ve got an old back injury and the coaches are great at stopping it from flaring up. The workouts are really fun and it’s inspiring seeing people who have been at the gym for longer and are super fit. If you’re thinking about joining, my advice is come and give it a try!

    A great gym with experienced and motivating coaches! I have been with Oxygen for just over a year and have been amazed by the community and great people at this gym. It's a fantastic opportunity to workout at any fitness level. 5 outta 5 would definitely recommend!

    Great coaches and people all round. The coaches are friendly and approachable plus, they know their stuff! All members are super supportive and there to get fit and have fun along the way. New gym, new equipment, constantly evolving and improving, there's always new things to play with when I walk through the door. I love being a part of the place and hope you will too random review reader!

    I joined Oxygen Fitness 18 months ago, and it has been nothing short of amazing! From the coaches, to the encouraging community, it makes going to the gym the favorite part of my day! Always new skills to learn and personal challenges to take on!

    Never done CrossFit before. Andrew and Holly made me feel very welcome at their gym. They are really positive and enthusiastic trainers. They have made my first time experience one that will see me continuing to use their gym. Looking forward to the awesome sessions 👍

    Started at Crossfit oxygen 3yesrs ago! Holly and Andrew are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on all things Crossfit, functional fitness and nutrition . I’ve felt supported from day one and they are both always providing great feedback and suggestions on how to improve form, technique and even diet and lifestyle. All the members have also been friendly and welcoming! Really enjoying my time here! Oh and go team back #crossfitopen2024

    I'm not a fitness boffin, and I don't actually do CrossFit (I think my middle aged frumpy broken bod pulled a muscle just watching others do it) but doing PT with Holly for the last few months has been really productive and motivating for me and I really enjoy my time there. This is not one of those gyms where you have to be a pro-athlete already. Holly and Andrew (and Charlie) are friendly and encouraging. I would definitely recommend PT here.

    What a great gym! As a visitor or a regular member, you are welcomed the same - this gym feels like home. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable and the members make it a fun atmosphere. I love how it doesn't matter if you're starting out on your fitness journey, or more advanced - they do an amazing job ensuring everyone gets what they need. Worth the effort!

    Brilliant coaches who focus on technique and safety before going hard and heavy. Once you progress they have more than enough knowledge to help you dial it in and hit your PB's. The community they have built is kind and supportive which makes every session great fun. There's no better place in Melbourne to get fit while actually enjoying your time at the gym!

    I’ve been part of this community for almost 3 years and have loved every moment. I have even started doing CrossFit competitions thanks to the efforts and support of the coaches and other Oxygen members. Go Team Green!

    Really enjoying my first CrossFit experience with Holly and Andrew. A great combination of encouragement and instruction allowing me to improve my fitness and strength while staying safe. After having a minor injury they adjusted each workout for me to ensure my recovery wasn’t compromised and I still got maximum benefit.

    I joined CrossFit Oxygen Ringwood about a month ago after I was bored with my regular gym. I had never done it before and I’m so glad I tried it, I loved it so much I joined straight after my first session. Each day there is a different workout that focuses on strength and cardio. The owners and coaches, Andrew and Holly are really friendly, welcoming and supportive. They are very experienced and will quickly work out your abilities and fitness level and will scale the work out to get the best out of you. People of all different fitness levels and experience are made to feel welcomed and supported. The facility is brand new and the equipment is first rate. It has a great community vibe and everyone is really encouraging of each other.

    I'm new to CrossFit, the coaches Holly & Andrew are amazingly supportive & the other clients are a great bunch of people :) I'd thought about starting CrossFit for months, these guys were so approachable and made the anxiety of that first step in the door really easy! They've got a great variety of brand new equipment and are so helpful to scale down the movements where required. I highly recommend CFOxygen if you want to get started with CrossFit!

    You want to get fit and be supported by coaches who tailor the training to where you are at? Then this is the gym for you! Great facilities, really friendly and welcoming community, and support to help you improve and live your best life. It doesn’t matter if you’re a competitor or going to the gym for the first time, you’ll find what you need here. Just do it!
