First time at the practice. Great experience with Dr. Matthew Dziegielewski. Friendly and helpful. So much so that I might transfer to Surrey Street as my family GP.

My husband, son, daughter and I have recently chosen Surrey Street Family clinic to now be our regular family doctors and health care providers. From the first moment of being so kindly and professionally welcomed into this beautiful, modern, calming environment, we all wondered why we had not made the choice to leave our previous clinic and doctor a long time ago.The sweet and every so caring and helpful girls on reception are such a blessing especially Abby ..Dr Sam Hall and Doctor Darren are everything we hoped we would find in choosing a new family doctor. Professional, caring, non-judgemental, highly experienced and willing to take the time to explain symptoms, diagnosis and to explain any tests or procedures and looking for other possible causes and treatments, rather than dismissing everything onto ( you're just anxious) It's such a wonderful feeling to be heard and to have your concerns listened to. My family and I would rate 10 stars if we could and we are so extremely greatful to Dr Darren for going above and beyond to organise a specialist appointment for our daughter within a week rather than her previous doctor scheduling appointment for 12 months time. We as a family have never felt such kindness, compassion, care and support at such a high level. It's so refreshing to be offered water on arrival and a friendly smile, and to not have to wait 1 hour or longer for your appointment as was our previous experience on a regular basis at our previous clinic, often appointments were booked then cancelled due to doctors overbooked and poor reception management. At surrey Street, the booking of appointmes and all referals needed and payment system is fast, efficient and always highly professional. Thankyou to all the staff and doctors at surrey Street for welcoming our family and for the continued care .

Easiest 5 I've ever given. Majority of doctors have a genuine care for you, I've managed to somehow get my Dad to start seeing Doctors, Grandparents love them, so does Mum. Really are a great family/general clinic and you'd be doing well to find better. Always ask for Darren. Legend. Reception are also super friendly, helpful and reliable. I won't be going to another clinic. Thank you Darren, bottom of my heart.

Fantastic practice! All staff, doctors, nurses and specialists are friendly, kind and listen. We drive all the way from Frankston to attend here. And I have two small children, so we attend often.

Dr Riley is a amazing and kind human, he truly cares about the patients best interest and is extremely knowledgeable. The way he treated our son during a recent medical issue made us feel at ease and safe under his care. He looks after our entire family - we couldn’t recommend him more! The staff are helpful and friendly also.

Surrey Street Clinic exceeded my expectation the first time I visited 5 years ago, and today it was no different when I saw Dr Riley. I have been seeing Dr Riley for 2 years now and can honestly say he is the most genuinely honest, caring, thorough doctor I have ever seen. I always walk away thinking ‘Dr Riley truly cares about my health and well-being’ Surrey Street Clinic ticks all the boxes. It starts with the receptionists who are delightful to deal with always, the nurse and all the doctors I have seen at the clinic are excellent. 10 stars from me 😊

I've been going to Surrey Street clinic for a few years now & have seen a few different Dr's in that time, depending on who's available. I've found them all to have a broad knowledge & always friendly & caring. The reception staff are also very accommodating.

Absolutely the best family clinic, Doctors and staff take an Interest in you as a whole person. Over the last 5 years we have been treated really well, so glad to have found them.

New to the clinic, but not to the area. Experience many of the surrounding Medical clinics but none have impressed quite like this. From the warm greeting by both receptionists, to meeting a caring, empathetic and thorough Doctor in Dr Jessica, I think Ive finally found our new family clinic.

Took my 8 year old son to see Dr Smith. Dr Smith was excellent, very professional and caring and able to include my son in the consult. Highly recommend.

This will be my second review regarding Surrey Street Family Practice. I felt it both poignant & integral to do so, as my situation has changed both from a clinical and emotional well-being perspective. The very empathetic and incredibly wise Dr Jessica McGloin is now my General Practitioner at Surrey Street, and it should be noted if Dr McGloin is unavailable Dr Asuncion will consistently make it a priority to accommodate me with an appointment. This is a very important consideration as a chronic pain patient & additionally a protocol my Pain Specialist haa reiterated as very ethical. Dr Jessica McGloin is the Doctor who has changed my life. This may present as a very dramatic statement to make. But I do not ascertain this opinion lightly. Her wisdom & integrity, her moral compass, her compassion, and her ongoing and unwavering patience. But above all else it must be mentioned that it is her consistency of attention to detail and ongoing professionalism that endears herself to so many. Especially those individuals like myself who may have been previously effected by medical trauma or have lived a life effected by crime or violence. Dr Jessica has such a respectful, courteous and profoundly compassionate bedside manner that would positively impact any demographic or member of the community. For those with family members living with ASD, both paediatric, teen or adult her understanding is next level. Alternatively Geriatric Medicine or New Mums will also be so very well taken care of. I have met a significant number of patients throughout my involvement in the Mornington Peninsula community who will also greatly attest to her unique and gentle understanding of anxiety or nervousness for many variable reasons as well. In summary, one cannot in any way neglect to show recognition and admiration for the very amazing reception and administrative team lead by Katie & Amy. You will always be treated with the utmost of care, dignity and manners despite the undeniable pressure of their work. This team is second to none and I quite honestly adore them. Special mention to admin legend Jess for her endless patience & understanding of my countless emails and phone calls! Surrey Street Family Clinic is for every walk of life. Every family member. Outstanding medical care, professionalism all in a clean and purpose build centre that has something to offer every one, including allied health services. Five Stars and above. Always. Front desk staff were very friendly. I attend Dr Riley Smith who managed my health problems. I would highly recommend this practise and Dr Smith.

Very friendly helpful staff. The GPs and Nurse Amy are very knowledgeable and caring. We followed Rebecca Jung from Somerville and she is our family GP for three generations of us. Rebecca is an amazing Doctor that has got me through some challenging times with compassion and kindness.

The staff at Surrey street are all lovely and helpful. The doctors listen to and thoroughly investigate all concerns. Minimal wait times from arrival of appt. Have requested on a number of times for a cancellation appt when unexpected illnesses happen, which they have been more than willing to accomodate.

Darren & the team at Surrey street is by far the best medical clinic I’ve ever been to. Darren’s care to his patients is far beyond expectations and why I always refer people to the clinic! Will be a life long patient.

As a young man of 20 I must say I was extremely disappointed with the manner in which Dr Foo handled my appointment. I was on time to my appointment and was kept waiting for 15 minutes, which I didn’t mind until I was shooed out of his office at the end of my appointment. The nature of my visit was sensitive, and it was handled with utter tactlessness. Dr Foo was arrogant, condescending and dismissive of my worries. He quickly rushed through my list like a game with a timer as though there wasn’t a person on the receiving end of his responses. If Dr Foo’s haste wasn’t obvious enough, he made spelling errors on my referral and listed the wrong dosage of my prescription medication after I told him my correct dosage. I won’t be coming back to Surrey St Clinic as my time, my issues and I weren’t respected.

Best practice on the Peninsula! Very modern vibe, clean and quiet. Great online booking system and pathology also available. All the medical staff are brilliant and they also have amazing admin staff, nothing is too much trouble.

High level of care and excellent friendly service. Was assisted today at very short notice with efficiency and a prompt treatment to resolve something missed elsewhere

The office is modern, comfortable and tidy. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I see Dr Nicole Blanks. She sees my wife also. She is very good. She takes you seriously, she listens and is very knowledgeable.

Dr Riley has been brilliant with our kids. The nurse has always been very caring and the reception staff all friendly and welcoming. When you have anxiety going to the doctors, but the staff here are all very caring & compassionate, it eases the stress.

I've been a patient of Surrey Street clinic for a few years now, Dr Jessica, the other doctors I've seen, the nurses and all the staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. As someone who previously suffered with anxiety and fear of doctors, I don't get the slightest bit nervous anymore, they make me feel so comfortable and at ease.

I’ve been a patient at Surrey Street for the past 4yrs and every experience there has been professional and friendly. Each staff member has been so lovely, so much so my entire family are patients here now. Highly recommend for paediatrics and shared care for pregnancy.

While I do not really enjoy going to see a doctor, this practice makes it a little more than bearable. Efficient and friendly staff together with Dr Sam's thoroughness, engagement with me and his friendly manner made my appointment rewarding. I look forward to visiting the Dr Sam again - but hopefully not for quite a while!!!!

Always a great experience at Surrey Street Family clinic. The doctors are friendly and always helpful. The clinic is lovely, feeling clean and fresh when you enter. Dr Nicole Blanks has been fantastic in all my visits. She has always been professional with a kind and understanding approach. I will continue to visit even though I live an hour away as I know the quality service there is unbeatable!

We attended the clinic today for vaccinations. Appointment was on time, the Doctor and Nurse were friendly, professional and very efficient. The easiest and least disruptive vaccinations we have experienced with our toddler. We will continue to attend Surrey Street Family Clinic as we’ve always had a pleasant experience.

Surrey Street clinic is my ‘Family’ clinic. I followed Rebecca Jung and Darren across from Somerville when the first opened in Surrey Street. Rebecca discovered through her thorough procedures a genetic lung disease that was affecting me. No other doctor through the decades believed my symptoms. Lucky for me Rebecca is thorough because if she hadn’t my life would have been very different today. All the staff here are courteous and polite and efficient. A very family friendly clinic. All front staff approachable and helpful. I saw Dr Riley smith and found him easy to talk to and thorough.

Quite satisfied with my visit, they are very competant, they checked a lot of items, it made me feel comfortable. The only downside was I had to wait for 35 minutes after my appointment time, but that wasn't important, I left there feeling quite okay.

1st time seeing Dr Daniel Phan and I won't hesitate to book with him in the future. However it would be nice to be able to see my regular dr.
