Very easy to book an appointment. Very friendly and welcoming. The GP was professional, thorough, friendly and communicative. The process for getting tests done is also very smooth. Hardly any waiting. Compares very well with other practices in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Dr Jasper Tiong has been a wonderful family doctor for our three children and myself. He’s very thorough, takes his time, and is very detailed with explanations and investigations. I highly recommend him and the clinic to others.

I have recently become a new patient at this clinic and have found that Dr Prathana shows a caring, empathetic and a gentle approach to health concerns and is happy to answer questions in a non-judgemental way. I definitely will continue to go to this clinic. The other staff including receptionists and nurses are helpful and kind.

I have been a patient at this practice for 40 years. It use to be a very professional with some of the most professional doctors I've ever experienced. (My mother & father in law were GP's) Since this practice was sold to new owners it has "gone down hill" severely!!! It's best doctors have either already left and it's admin staff have also left and still it's still experiencing a high turnover of staff. It's sad to see it's professionalism has gone downhill. Due to my experience I am now visiting another Medical Practice on Blackburn Rd. East Doncaster.

I have been going to East Doncaster Medical Group for 54 years. Their service has always been excellent. My current long time Doctor Dr Peter Wolf is a highly skilled Doctor who has always had my full confidence as a Doctor and Gentleman . .Adding to my previous comments nothing has changed.Paitents are always given 1st class attention .East Doncaster Medical Group is so lucky to have a Doctor in Dr Peter Wolf who's Medical expertise and knowledge is at the highest level.

I was Covid positive and called GP to get some help for the Covid related issues, there was no help at all except to repeating seek medical attention if you are unwell while I explained doctor I am calling to seek medical attention only, her point was to call ambulance if you are not feeling well, why patients are not provided some simple treatment so they don’t reach to that stage ? What is the use of GP consultation if they can’t prescribe even a cough syrup? It is just abuse of system charging to bulk billing that is all. You guys play with the life of Covid patients instead of providing some simple treatment which can control the prolongation of illness and reduce the stress on hospitals I dont want to mention name of the doctor but it was disgusting help. Just stop taking Covid consultation if you don’t have anything to advise or add

Plenty of good doctors. Would love to see electronic scripts to be standard - not currently handled in a consistent manner overall.

Saw the doctor and nurse and everything was on time and both were very efficient and forthright. No complaints whatsoever

Dr Tiong and all the staff were very pleasant and efficient, although the appointment was running over 15 minutes late due to unscheduled phone calls. Calls should be scheduled into the daily appointments

Front of house staff are impersonal but relatively efficient. Cannot praise my own doctor, Peter Wolf, enough. Friendly, sympathetic, ready to explain, very knowledgeable and totally professional, he is everything you could possibly want in a doctor.

Reception staff are RUDE and doctors are always running 45 minutes plus late. Do not waste your time with this place.

Had to take a daughter with an infected thumb. We needed it treated straight away. The treatment (disinfecting the wound) was fine but to charge it as surgery was over the top and taking advantage given our need for treatment.

My family have been cared for by the wonderful doctors at East Doncaster Medical Clinic for over forty years . We are very grateful for their care and the professionalism of all who work in this centre.

We have been with East Doncaster Medical Group for about 50 years and are very grateful to the doctors and staff of the clinic for the professional care we have received over the years.

Dr. Tiong was quite efficient in dealing with my issue. I was able to get blood test results and a prescription for a skin problem. Telehealth is not the best way for dealing with certain medical issues but it is enough to keep me going for the time being.

The doctor was timely in her call and covered everything that needed to be discussed.
