I took in a ring to be repaired. After 6 weeks waiting I contacted the store only to be told they couldn't repair the ring. (bizarre!) They then told me they would courier the ring back to me as I live regionally. 3 weeks passed and I still hadn't received my ring so I contacted them again only to be told that the courier they use doesn't service my area and I have to collect from store. I really don't think they would've contacted me at all. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability for after sales and the fact they couldn't repair the ring. Terrible!

Amazing service was Louis and was offered beverages. I had a bad experience at another store down the road but Louis made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Bought the Serpenti ring with diamonds as a gift to myself and to bring on my upcoming vacation. Love it!

Massive thank you to Rosanna for her patience over several weeks while i came into store several times to decided on the rings i wanted to purchase! She promptly replies to my emails and when i finally came into the store to purchase my ring, i picked a size too small! My exchange for a bigger size was a seamless transaction and i was extremely grateful for all her help!

Yesterday my partner and I had the most wonderful customer and shopping experience at Bvlgari. My sole intention yesterday was to buy a ring as a gift for my partner. With no success at some of the other jewellery stores on Collins St, we decided to walk into this beautiful store where we were met and greeted by the lovely doorman and then introduced to Meena the Sales Consultant who we instantly connected and knew we going to be in good hands Meena made us feel comfortable, at ease and took her time ensuring my partner made the right choice. Her professionalism and warmth made the process of choosing the right jewellery easy without doubt and hesitation. During the shopping process we were also greeted and congratulated by Audrey the store Manager who was also very warm and a pleasure to converse with over complimentary Champagne and chocolate. Audrey, also to our surprise also presented us with a gift bag as a beautiful gesture which we were very appreciative and thankful. Audrey and Meena we would like to thank you for both your beautiful energy, warmth and professionalism as well as with the time you spent with us. This was a customer experience that we will remember for a long time. I was in Melbourne for a holiday with my family, and decided to check out b.zero1 necklace. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David with a big smile. He was very patient in showing me the necklace as well as the bracelets . We had a good chit chat too. There was also another asian girl (from Singapore, sorry forgot your name) who were looking after my family while I was trying out the pieces. They were so kind giving my little girl chocolates and a sticker book which she loves so much. I couldn't praise highly enough of both David and the girl. Rosanna was just simply brilliant. We went in a few times looking for our engagement rings. Even in COVID, nothing was too hard, and we ordered online and Rosanna ensured they were delivered within 24 hours. I could not rate Rosanna highly enough for her expertise and customer service. Echoing the experience of others, however, I've been quite pleased by my experiences with the Melbourne Bulgari boutique and specifically with my experience with Rosanna. Being a fan of jewellery, watches and the Bulgari design language, Rosanna made me feel welcomed and was equally passionate in indulging me in the design and history Bulgari. She was also able to help me obtain a rarefied Bulgari Aluminium GMT watch, something that I was quite taken with and was having difficulty procuring. I can't speak well enough about my experience, shout out to Donna too for proving an enriching Bulgari experience. I have not always experienced similarly at other Bulgari boutiques, this Melbourne location is certainly special.

Exceptional Service! I have been a client for some time however I am continuously impressed by the incredible service this store has delivered every time. In particular I would like to highlight the exceptional commitment to service of Rosanna. I live in Adelaide and Rosanna has made every interaction from viewing pieces to purchasing and most recently to a repair, a breeze. I was anxious about the repair but Rosanna made it easy from secure pickup and keeping me informed of every step as well as returning the piece securely - which required some work on her part as I had limited time that this could happen.There is a reason why I keep returning to Bulgari, thank you Rosanna!

A big thanks to Lily at the Bvgari Melbourne store, my experience was exceptional due to this lovely lady who went out of her way to make sure she helped me resolve and complete a refund for an online gift I had received. Highly recommend requesting her services if you are purchasing products at this store. A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the store 5 mins before closing (rushing in after work) and a couple of the staff told me they couldn’t help as the gift was an online order and apparently those refunds/exchanges are different to the boutique store I was currently in, so I would therefore need to contact the support team number and this could be found on website or the purchase email I would have received. A little bit disappointed, I went to leave and a lady (later found out was called Lily) on the other side of the store rushed over and told me to actually wait if possible and take a seat so she could try and assist. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised with the amount of work she put in to assist after that. I do not normally write reviews but this lovely lady definitely deserves acknowledgement. Hopefully management can pass this on:) I look forward to returning to re purchase items from Lily in the future.

Walked in with my partner around 5.25pm tonight, and the lady (called Helen) at the front of the store was on the phone. Once she got off the phone, we were not acknowledged, she did not look our way at all. Instead, she acknowledged a couple that walked in about 3 minutes after us. Another lady came to us and tried to ask the lady (who ignored us) to help us but again, she was too busy asking another staff to take care of the other couple. We could tell the ladt trying to get us help was frustrated, even behind her face mask. I don't want to presume but we can't help but think Helen is racist, as we're a mixed race couple, and the other couple were light skinned/Caucasian. Or, Helen needs to go back to customer service 101 training. Was going to give one star, but added one more star because of the other lady who looked after us in the end (thank you).

Worst customer service experienced from a high end boutique. The lady serving us had a chip on her shoulder from the moment we entered into the store. If you need a holiday go take time off instead of being so rude and disrespectful and thinking we would actually buy anything from you. Wish we could remember her name but we were so shocked by her attitude towards us that we missed this detail! She clearly judged us from the moment we stepped foot into the store. It doesn’t help that we overheard her colleague saying good luck in a sarcastic tone when we entered. Little did they realise that two days prior we purchased a ring at another Bvlgari store and had come in to purchase a bracelet. So glad they showed their true colours when we stepped in. We will follow this up with an email where all details will be outlined of our appalling service and those two women should take a very good look at themselves before judging.

Louis was really helpful and informative, he helped me decide which finger, hand and variation of the ring would suit me best. if you need advice at BVLGARi, give them a call and request an appointment with Louis, you won't be disappointed. there was also a lovely SA whose name i can't seem to recall, who kindly gave us a third opinion, which was desperately needed.
