From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with kindness and gentleness. I was attended to by Patrick who was most helpful. He enquired about what I was looking at and then sat me down, offered me a drink and explained diamonds to me. Together we picked the diamond I wanted and then customised a pair of earrings for me. He was not pushy at all. He was happy for me to go away and think about it. I went to x2 other stores before entering Gregory, and the service was not to the level it was here. Excellent customer service from Thea at the Chadstone store, I came in with a friend to look at engagement rings. I had looked online before but it was the first time trying rings on in person. We went to a few other stores before Gregory's and the experience was day and night. Thea took the time to explain everything and was very welcoming, we didn't feel rushed at all. I have decided I want a lab grown diamond but If I wasn't I would definitely have gone through Thea at Gregory's.

Sales assistant very abrupt and cold. Not rude but didn’t really try and offer any constructive advice or ask any questions to try and understand what I was looking for. Every time I asked to look at a piece, he would go and get it silently and then hand it to me and stare at me while I inspected. Did not say one word while I was looking at each piece. Compared to other stores where they will strike up a conversation and suggest other pieces that might fit what I’m looking for. Clearly was an amateur/junior sales person.
