I wish I could give zero stars. Very disappointed with the service at Temelli Eastland. My father and I obtained a quote to get a ring for my mother for their anniversary, we advised we needed it by x date and told the sales women a price we had in mind. She showed us a ring and told us it would $x and we said we’d come back that day after looking at a few other jewellers. Came back to her one hour later and was told that price doesn’t stand anymore and if we wanted the ring it would be more. We reluctantly agreed and paid a deposit, again being promised the ring would be ready in time for their anniversary weekend. Anniversary weekend comes around and sure enough, the ring is not ready. After the ring arrived, we discovered that the ring setting was very sharp and we were told it would be another $500 to rectify 😡 Not happy and will be taking future business elsewhere.

Yesterday I picked up my newly created halo ring that was made to my exact specifications and it is simply magnificent! I would like to commend James, Kerrie and the jeweller who made this possible! I am extremely impressed with the exemplary service I constantly receive in addition to the fine workmanship executed in creating my ring. This is the second ring that Temelli Jewellery has made for me and on both occasions every care was taken to create the design I wanted, whilst being meticulous down to finest detail. I highly recommend Temelli Jewellery to entrust your design needs and creation of a piece that will be unique to you! Good job, thank you and well done! I am very very impressed!

The girls at Eastlands Temelli's made me feel very comfortable and safe and showed me some unique designs that only Temelli's jewellers can do. For that special someone in my life. So if you you can make time you find something very special that only Temelli's can do for you. They don't just sell fine jewellery smile and memories that lasts a life time

Although we didn't purchase a ring from Temelli, we wanted to leave Kerri a review. Kerri was an absolute breath of fresh air in the daunting process of choosing an engagement ring. Kerri was extremely patient, caring and worked within our budget in a friendly and supportive way. We felt Kerri's passion for jewellery and her job shone through and we felt she delivered excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my engagement ring and wedding ring! Every single person we encountered at Temelli was so wonderful, but we worked with James in designing the rings and he was so friendly, helpful and understanding! Highly, highly recommend!

I visited Temelli Jewellery Eastland on 23/10/2023, in search of a bangle for my 21st present. I walked into Temelli and was greeted by the lovely Chris (sorry if thats not spelt correctly) and a bangle was brought out for me to try on (instant love!). This was such a wonderful start to the experience as the other stores I had visited did not all have this friendly helpful service. I wasnt 100% sure of whether to buy it then and there, Chris put it aside for me to decide on and come back if I wanted to buy it. I returned after deciding that I wanted the bangle & was greeted by the friendly Lisa who helped me finalise the purchase of my bangle. I am so appreciative of the wonderful customer service and help that I received from Chris & Lisa, and will be visiting Temelli Jewellery again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience & I love my rose gold bangle ❤️

Temelli Ringwood provided us with excellent customer service. We were nervous about getting something custom-made, but John's communication helped us to feel at ease with the process. Lovely staff who are very helpful and friendly. I went in for a new watch band for my watch which had to be ordered. They were very helpful guiding me through the various bands etc.
