Chicken came still raw. Noodles uncooked and they don't mention it anywhere. Can't track them. Order was late so tried calling several times but they don't answer so it just dials out. They trade under a completely different name on Uber Eats.

AN UNSUCCESSFUL FUSION OF JAPAN AND MALAYSIA Fusing Malaysian Laksa with Japanese Ramen sounds OK in theory but it fails miserably at this cafe. The laksa totally lacked any spiciness and the ramen lost its "clean" feel. What was really bad with this UberEats meal however was that the ramen is uncooked and wrapped in gladwrap. If you weren't observant, you'd simply add the laksa sauce to the ramen bowl and end up with an inedible meal!! There is a little paper tag sticky-taped to the plastic container instructing you to boil the ramen before eating! You cant microwave it, and you cant heat both the ramen and the laksa soup together!! That makes for one every inconvenient meal and pretty much negates any benefit of ordering a ready-to-eat meal! We also ordered: - a seaweed salad: mushy and bland - an okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake): weirdly presented as a kind of satay stick and lacking in both flavour and texture - a bao: just OK I very rarely give a one-star rating but I'm afraid that the inconvenience and the poor food quality on this occasion gave me no choice.

The ramen came unprepared with instructions on how to cook it. If that's your business model, fine. But tell the customer ahead of time. I've never ordered ramen from any other restaurant and had to assemble it myself. I also noticed a couple of small bugs crawling on the noodles. And, the edamame was frozen. They had clearly tried defrosting it in a microwave, but didn't check that it had defrosted properly because it was still frozen. The kimchi was also clearly not fresh.

Horrible! Order arrived 1 hour late, after we had already cancelled. Restaurant and driver never answered the phone. Restaurant goes by different names. Food was very average. Do not recommend!

If I could rate this restaurant it would absolutely be a zero. Not only did the food take over an hour to deliver but they didn’t even bother to answer the phones. I ordered a chicken laksa and the noodles weren’t even cooked and came wrapped in glad wrap. Don’t know what they are doing but it’s definitely not customer service. Do yourself a favour and don’t order. Thank you!

Rating = -7.6 Do not get this, scam! Will cancel order after making you wait for over an hour. Eventually got it and I think the chicken I got was a literal rat, I almost threw up and had food poisoning for over a week. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Order through uber eat after more than an hour got the cold food row noodles and smelly chicken, it was the worst Laksa I have ever seen. Try to call the restaurant for 10 times and have no answer. Don't waste your time and money

Laksa and Curry Co on Uber Eats. Don’t order!! They won’t answer your call despite being 90 minutes late on delivery time, so I ended up ordering somewhere else. Wish I had read the reviews on this restaurant before I ordered. Straight in the bin!

Complete and utter scam. This place needs to be shut down. Ordered through Uber Eats and the typical story unfolded. I received nothing. This is theft.

I made an order on Uber eats it didn’t have a tracking eta because the restaurant delivers so I got a bit worried that it would take a long time or not come at all.. I called the business and nobody answered then I starting reading other peoples reviews and thought to myself great.. it’s never going to come. But it did 😍 it did take a little bit of time maybe 45 mins which is what the estimated time had said. I ordered vegetarian laksa and lobster boa Really nice! I reheated the laksa but it did come warm just not quiet hot enough which you’d expect ordering a soup on Uber eats - you know it’s not going to be hot enough haha I would 100% order from this restaurant again

Had to cook it ourselves after waiting an hour. Ordered a vegan laksa and the noodles had egg and the broth was definitely not vegan. Do not recommend this place. Avoid if possible.

Got delivery on Uber eats trading under laksa & curry co chicken to my work, They phoned me a few times and when I tried to phone back over 10 times they never picked up. My order was left on the ground outside my building which I’m not happy about. The laksa was expensive and really wasn’t very nice. The noodles had instructions on how to cook them…. I was expecting an already cooked meal as I don’t have facilities onsite to cook! Won’t be ordering here again

I ordered through uber eats and the food never arrived. Thry use their own driver so you couldnt track the delivery .I tried contacting them so many times but they didn't answer my calls. I think its a scam. DO NOT order from here.

Don’t know what all these reviews are complaining about. Yes the noodles come uncooked but by cooking them yourself they’re incredibly fresh and taste amazing. Best Laksa I’ve ever had, ordered it many times and have never had any issues

Definitely a scam restaurant. I ordered chicken skewers and two vegetable laksa. the vegetable laksa had no vegetables, and the chicken was rat.

0 stars! I ordered and paid for my lunch to be delivered and did not recieve it. The resturant would not answer the phone or messages throughout the day. I'm really disappointed.

sorry these reviews are completely wrong. the ramen from here was 10/10! i loved the fresh noodles - so quick to prepare. the wagyu ramen laksa was amazing! order from here!

Guys, this is a Japanese restaurant. If you’re looking to get an authentic laksa, then don’t order here. Japanese don’t do laksa, they do ramen: You essentially get a ramen that is trying to look like a laksa It’s not a traditional Malaysian laksa. It’s a Japanese take on laksa and it’s not too bad, but not great. I just don’t like how they market themselves on Uber using all different names for the restaurant. It’s deceiving The delivery was quick and I didn’t mind cooking my noodles

Order came cold. Laksa soup is tiny. This cost over $19.00 This is dreadful value for money.

We ordered Ubereats from this place and the food was well below average. Food should not be delivered uncooked especially when you pay for the service. The label on the container as displayed in the attached photo is complete laziness on the restaurants behalf. When people order food from a restaurant they expect it to be cooked and ready to eat and not have to boil noodles. I am extremely disappointed of the food quality from this place.

We ordered food via Uber eats, Food arrived 1 and a half hours after we ordered it , and we had to make portions of it ourselves , which is why we ordered takeout , we did not want to cook , very disappointing. And there was absolutely no indication on time frame or of the fact that we had to make parts of the food ourselves

SCAM-DO NOT ORDER VIA UBER EATS. They mark order as on delivery as soon as you place it so you cant order then take over 2hrs to deliver cold food that have cooking instructions. They shouldnt have even popped up in my local area. Uber should remove them from their platform

Only giving one star as its impossible to give 0 stars. Food is always late, trades under different names and the food is walking salmonella. Packaging always broken and I always end up throwing most of it out as it isn't fit for my dogs. Seriously needs to be shut down!!!

Pink raw chicken which they cut up so they could see it is raw. Raw noodles that we have to cook ourselves. Cold curry. Would not recommend getting a delivery from this store. Ordered through uber. Which estimated a 15-20 minute delivery which ended up taking an hour because they use their own driver.

The best of uneatable restaurant in Melbourne. Nominated for The King of Never Delivered and Never Received Award every year since opening. This restaurant has been very helpful for my diet👍

I’ve ordered from here twice now and both times the delivery person (staff member, not a delivery service) never arrived. I waited almost 2 hours both times and no food. Called the restaurant multiple times and no one picked up…… im still out of pocket for two meals… be careful. Don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t order from here, i think it’s a fake restaurant

Don't do it!!! Ordered $60 worth of food 2 hours + 20 minutes ago. Payment has been taken, but no food. Can't get through to them. No updates. Nothing. Looking at other reviews here, possibly a scam?! Take as many orders as possible and then only fulfil a few?
