Ordered over six weeks ago and still waiting on items to arrive. While I understand some of the items might take some time (they were state team uniforms) I also ordered beach and indoor volleyballs in the same order. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted them asking them to please send out the volleyballs immediately as we desperately needed them, but despite getting back to me they refused to split the order and send the balls despite me offering to pay two lots of postage. Six weeks later they still have not sent either the balls or uniform items out. I don't expect to wait over six for volleyballs and will never order from this company again - unless I am forced to do so (ie for team uniforms).

There’s heaps of volleyballs and other equipment inside. I got mine from here since I was in the area, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s still really cool, so go check it out for sure.

It's indeed a warehouse with no big shop doors. I thought the shop was close when I went there. Luckily, it's open and I just need to use the doorbell. Lots of items are found in the store. But they have limited sizes, as expected. :( I suggest you to call them ahead and reserve your sizes, just to make sure that the trip is worth it. By the way, I walked 18mins from the bus stop to the warehouse. Quite an exercise. 😅 Staffs were nice. They helped me find those on clearance sale (which led me here). Hoping to come back in AVW and in Australia. =)

Although you wouldn’t realise it from the outside, an awesome store for all volleyball needs with incredible customer service - not only did they help us find the perfect shoe with understanding of the various needs of different positions, but the store also stocks all kinds of gear for referees and first aid. Definitely worth a visit, even if it is a little out of the way.

I order one shoe on website. I paid full amount. After one day they informed to email that we forgot to update on website So we will refund. This is second time in last 6 months happened to me.
