With competitive pricing, & exceptional service by Shane, my first visit to the store resulted in me placing an order...and making a few other purchases that same day. I have returned a few times since, and found staff (Hi Dave!) to be helpful and courteous. The guys are amazing! By far the best customer service I have experienced in a music store in a long time. Fantastic store with all your musical needs. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have no clue when it comes to instruments, strings and what not but the staff member that helped me made me feel comfortable with the knowledge that I was getting what I needed. They also gave me information on different levels of quality and price Rangers so I could still choose without having to worry I was being taken for granted. I come out of the store with a smile on my face and everything I needed to get.

Went there to look at buying new amp Amp and guy on floor, top notch, yet front counter staff member leaves a lot to be desired with his interpersonal skills. So saying they just lost a 1k sale plus more, as won't be spending a cent there
