I had a really bad experience today when I visited the Greensborough Bupa Medical Visa Services clinic. I had my X Ray taken by a male radiologist who shows no patient modesty at all. I was given a “see through translucent” gown which I felt really uncomfortable with and suggested kindly if I could wear my singlet assuring him my top doesn’t have any metal accessories on it. The radiographer didn't allow me to finish my sentence and cut me off. Instead, he raised his voice by saying ''take it off, take it off now I said take it all out!'' I refused initially and I didn’t know what to do. He left me no choice but to obey him as he is not going to proceed with the X-ray. I felt like I was treated unfairly and being verbally harassed. He could have handled the situation in a more professional manner by being more polite and showing respect towards female patients. And apparently I was told that this is not the first time it has happened?? (sounds as if it's a very common and normal thing for it to happen) Never going back! :(

Disorganisation at its best!! They set appointments in 10 minutes gaps and of course the doctors are all running behind, but no one bothers to inform you, and you end up waiting for an hour even though you did the right thing and booked the appointment in advance!! No sympathy and no consideration. Just money grabbers that want to fit as many patients as they can in one day!! Also they moved from bulk billing to "Mixed billing" but no one bothers to inform you until you get to your appointment!! Stay away from this clinic! No wonder they are the only clinic that has appointment available....

We went to this clinic on a Sunday in preference to waiting in the Austin ED. My husband needed stitches to his head. The clerical staff, nurse and doctor, Mohammed did a terrific job. Was impressed by what’s on offer at this clinic. Thankyou so much👍

It's almost impossible to get through to reception over the phone to book appointments. The amount of times I've been on hold for 20minutes or more than both my hands can count. This is why I thought ide make this review. I can't make appointments online because I need blood transfusions which can only happen when talking to reception.

Got really sick from Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks and tested positive to a PCR test and called the clinic to get a temporary exemption from the vaccine for the next 6 months as i still dont have smell or taste and have severe body aches. Spoke to 2 doctors at the clinic and they dismissed me and told to go and find another GP. From the current govt guidelines, i am entitled to a temp exemption but these doctors dont want to hear about it and simply refused and over the phone they just wanted to get off the phone and completely ignore what is being asked. They provided no further solution other than to find another GP. Not sure if the govt is threatening their license or what or they are simply doctors who want to jab people no matter what.

Terrible customer service, calls answered with dull toned voices and non sympathetic answers. Doctors always late. Had to wait 40 minutes only for the doctor to leave for the day without seeing me. I was told as I didn't check in (have been going here for 2 years now and never had a problem with "checking in" before) that I wasn't ever going to be called next. Was told there might be a missed appointment fee even though I was there 8 minutes before my appointment and 40! Minutes after. No thank you

Has never been the same since the opening of the new facility. Previously Admin staff were spot on with efficiency and persona. The Reception now is a long way from how it used to be.

Booked Telehealth call on Wednesday for Friday appointment. Didn’t receive a call for my 240pm appointment so rung them after half hour and was told Dr is busy but will call soon. Called again after one hour to be told it won’t be much longer. Finally at 420 one and half hours after my appointment time I receive a call to say if your aren’t paying - as opposed to bulk billing - we won’t call you. Apparently because I hadn’t been in person for the last 12 months. How Unprofessional can you be !!!! Just a money grab $$$

This place tried to deny me medical treatment due to not wearing a mask, even though I have a legal medical exemption. They tried to tell me the centre rules are different to gov ones, which is absolute rubbish. Put me in an iso room and the doc didn’t even want to assess my ankle, rushed the appointment through via an open door.

Before coming please read all the negative reviews. They are there for a reason.This negative review is for dr. Naeem Chaudhry in particular. Based on our experience He had a very dismissive attitude towards my daughter, his patient. She has left the Center in tears, all shaken up after he refused to examine her symptoms thoroughly . It really felt negligent not to consider all of his patient's symptoms , health issues and medications that she is on. In my opinion, Greensborough Medical Center is not a place you want to attend if you seek any medical help. The chance of the doctor missing something is too high.

Dr Begum discriminates against patients and refuses to provide medical care if you are not vaccinated against Covid. She is unprofessional and it was absolutely disgusting the way I was treated by this pathetic so called quack of a "doctor ", if you can even call her that. Avoid this clinic like a plague, so unprofessional and uncarring!

Rudest lady on reception, hung up on me when I tried to confirm my wife's medical records had been transferred from their clinic to our new one across town. She is 34 weeks pregnant, and we can't enrol in new hospital without her records. This is a sham and a joke, stressing out a woman whom is too pregnant to leave the house now. Disgraceful. Avoid.

Extremely poor interaction with this place. Paid for a below average interaction with Dr Aziz. Very dismissive, using position of power to undermine and trying to dish out meds without going through history. Very very disappointed. Shouldn't be a gp

Avoid Doctor Chaudhry. This doctor will dismiss your symptoms, not listen to you, and tell you your problems are weight/BMI related. He conflated 2 completely separate issues I was visiting the clinic about. Definitely to be avoided if you have ever experienced any type of eating disorder or if you have ever faced weight based medical discrimination previously. Doesn’t seem to have a knowledge of, or care about, investigating issues that could be related to hormonal conditions in women.

Dr Thiri Swi is wonderful. I have been attending this clinic for many years with both hit and miss experiences. Never knowing what I'm going to get. Meeting her for the first time today is like a breath of fresh air. Most of the Doctors there are ok. Seems reception staff change regularly. Some in the past appeared they didn't want to be there, and getting an appointment at times was difficult when the reception area seemed mostly empty at every visit. There seems alot of unnecessary space in that area. Anyway, this last visit was good especially with the recruit of Dr Thiri Swi. Appears positive changes in the centre is being felt in the air.

Have been coming here for many years (previously in Sunrise Drive). Never disappointed. I see Dr Eliezer for female issues (twice saved my life after discovering cancer). Other times I see Dr Chaudhry. The most wonderful doctors. Very professional, polite and understanding. Well done, would recommend to anyone. Lovely clinic, plenty of parking.

Friendly and understanding reception staff, wonderful doctors and easy access to last-minute face to face and telehealth appointments- great for childcare workers like myself! I received and iron infusion recently and had a wonderful experience with the nurse Sam who took thorough care of me. Thank you!

My partner who has an extensive medical history , tried to get his record released to a new and friendlier more accommodating practice. We loved DR peter Karomutis and DR Crilly but they have moved on. So we also want to. We have been told this will take 4-6 weeks and cost $150 . We can’t see our new DR until he has the records but cannot get past reception staff to get them. Meanwhile my partner waits in pain. I was told they can’t be released until a drivers license and Medicare care card are given. I went down in person to provide these and was told my partners a racist as he didn’t feel the new DR was for him and that he wasn’t man enough to come down himself. As a receptionist myself I have never been spoken to so rudely. Flabbergasted. Unless you want to be insulted and watch reception drink coke and eat egg and bacon rolls at reception. I’d spend your money and time with a practice that cares about their patients.

I have seen many of the Doctors at this clinic and have praise for all of them. I would like mention Dr Bahareh Amirnazari as a standout Doctor at this clinic. She has a very professional yet engaging manner, always follows up and is always prepared when I have an appointment. Dr Bahareh is also very persistent with stubborn issues, which encourages me to follow up and make the next appointment.

I appreciate a bulk billing clinic that has everything in one place. For my very minor requirements I do my best to be in and out asap to give other patients more time.

I have been going to Greensborough medical centre for years and I recently started seeing Dr Bahareh. She is very kind, efficient and is always on time. Also it is so easy to book with the lovely reception team.

A friendly clinic with an efficient appointment system and a good range of services. Convenient car parking and no significant delays to seek access to a GP.

Doctors and staff are very helpful and welcoming. Front desk team are knowledgeable & always happy to help and direct towards services best suited to my needs. Refreshing experience.

I have been attending at this clinic since its inception having following Dr Brian Nathan from the previous clinic. I have nothing but praise for Dr Nathan and a better GP you will not find, however, it is near impossible to contact a doctor and extremely time consuming to even speak to one of the staff. I had been trying to get the result of a heart scan I was sent to and unable to get through to Dr Nathan and eventually after 20 minutes I spoke to the staff who advised he was unavailable to discuss the results of my scan but that another doctor could advise me of the results via a telehealth appointment which I agreed to. Well, the doctor did not call me at the scheduled time and then I had to call the clinic and again I had to wait over 20 minutes only to be cut off. I called back again thinking the results of a heart scan was important asking to speak to Dr Nathan and being told he was unavailable. You cannot contact a doctor at this clinic because all of their emails are no reply and the staff will never put you through. The clinic can call you, send you text messages and send you emails but you unable to do the same. After more than 20 years as a patient I am now resigned to having find another doctor, one that on the off chance I need to contact them, I will actually be able to!

A 5 minute phone call with Dr Begum for a new referral for my yearly appointment with Skin Specialist. Then a renewal of my prescriptions to be forwarded to my nominated Pharmacy. Efficient polite consultancy with no time wasted driving and sitting in a waiting room. Thank you Doctor Begum

Took my 85 yr old mother into the surgery as she has slammed the car door onto her thumb. I explained that she wasn’t an existing patient, the receptionist checked to see if a doctor could see her. A doctor saw her within ten minutes and a nurse dressed her wound within the next ten minutes. Service and helpfulness of all staff was amazing

I attended the Centre to book an appointment and completed the new patient registration form. I subsequently received an SMS followed by an email requesting me to confirm my attendance at the appointment. The system would not allow me to confirm my appointment without completing another new patient registration form. I tried to call the centre 3 times over two days. On two occasions I hung up after listening to a recorded message for over 15 minutes. On the third attempt, my call was answered after 22 minutes on hold and I confirmed my appointment. My appointment was delayed by about 15 minutes but the doctor I saw was attentive to my needs. From my experience I would not look forward to calling the Centre.

In a day with power failures and wide spread damage across our area, I got a phone call from the clinic explaining the problems they were having. They handled the power failure with professionalism and I did talk the Dr on the phone along with my wife as I am a stroke sufferer and I have aphasia. Well done to all the staff in a very trying situation!!

Dr T.Swe fantastic. She was so lovely and gentle. Very welcoming and easy to understand. Given she was wearing a mask. Will definitely return again. Running on time with only a five minute wait, plus Bulkbilling clinic between nine and five

Dr Naeem Chaudhry is so caring, always has the time and always on time. I would not go anywhere else. He also looks after my children and I have only the very best praises for him and the clinic. With deepest gratitude.

When I called to book an appointment was mainly for my newborn to get 6 weeks immunisation, however, I was booked in 3 days early. n when I requested to have the immunisation the doctor gave the green light for this even my baby was 3 days early n later on, it was the nurse had to reject it n said it must to be after 6 weeks... I also booked myself in for the pap smear check n due to the delay appointment, the doctor said she didnt have time but still charge me from medicare(delay appointment due to mistake from the reception ). i chaged doctor for my second time visit. n request a service that i didn't know there is out of pocket cost until I received a bill...the doctor didnt inform me at all otherwise i would have to wait.......overall...it's unprofessional service...I would not recommend if u can avoid...

As someone who's always been a bit scared of doctors, I used to dodge medical appointments at all costs. But that changed after I met Dr. Bahareh at this clinic. She's not just smart and professional, but also incredibly kind and caring. There's a warmth about her that makes it so easy to open up and talk. I've told many of my friends about her, and they're just as thrilled as I am to have found such a wonderful GP.

I moved to this surgery after spending years with another local surgery which had increased the out of pocket payments considerably. I am so glad I made the move, as not only is my new doctor far more thorough, compassionate and comprehensive but I am also not putting off appointments due to cost. There is sometimes a wait here but I would rather wait and receive better care than be rushed in and out.

We have been seeing Doctor Nathan for many years and he is a a fabulous doctor, professional and meticulous. I use the app HotDoc to book appointments so we rarely ring the practice. If we do it is a long wait but that seems to be the case everywhere now. I find the reception staff very helpful and efficient. We are lucky to have this centre in the area.

Very happy with Greensborough Medical Centre. GP Dr Begum is an experienced and professional General Practitioner, and Staff are always courteous and prompt. The service overall is excellent.

I was able to attend on a Sunday morning for a last minute appointment. Receptionist was so kind, and the doctor I saw was very patient and understanding.

The receptionists are rude. Some of the doctors are ok but I have seen some with no communication skills or useless in diagnosis. Twice I booked a telehealth appointments and each time waited about 2 hours.
