on thing about the storage units is that there a bit small but besides that, I love that idea of the elevator that can transport your boxes and stuff up and down the building. The units are also very secure here, I like the idea of there being codes to unlock the gate and doors. Overall great place to store your stuff for when moving out or in.

We’ve used different Fort Knox facilities 5 times for long term storage and they’ve always been great. The ladies at Eltham were super helpful this time too when we needed something in a hurry. They were also very thoughtful lending us their van twice. Brilliant service and a great facility. Peace of mind on every level. We are very grateful. I have used Fort Knox Eltham storage many times over the years. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly and make the process simple and even enjoyable. Facilities are very accessible. Its great to have the Fort Knox van. Highly recommend Fort Knox Eltham for all your storage needs.

Overall the service and storage facility were fine. However all the trolleys in the middle area near the office that I used had broken wheels which was very frustrating. If fixed it would have been 5 stars.

I use Fort Knox every year during fire season and the staff are always very helpful and efficient. Shout out to Kirily who did a great job helping sort out my arrangements this week.

I came recommended by a close friend who currently occupies two of your storage units. I paid for my unit, however, due to changing circumstances with my house sale, settlement and divorce proceedings my planning was disrupted. I had to reassess my procedure to move my furnishings from the home. This meant that I was unable to utilise the storage unit at all right from day one. On return of the keys 7 days later I was advised that I was not entitled to any reimbursement. This was shattering from me to hear although I do understand company policies are necessary. When I went to Fort Knox in Eltham I was greeted by Ruby who had the most amazing smile and went above and beyond to help me get a storage unit as I was desperate. It didn’t happen on that day, but she managed to shuffle a few things and I got one the day after. Once again she was very thorough and showed me everything I needed to know on how to maximise my use on the unit and equipment. I was also offered a van to use for my move. I also received a big box like a starter package with tape boxes etc… On top of that I got half price for the first 2 months and insurance is cheap as well. This is my second time I’ve used this company and cannot highly recommend it enough. I also did my homework and it’s the cheapest for my area. Thankyou Ruby you are one great asset to the company.

I would highly recommend Fort Knox Eltham. The premises are clean, secure and well set-up, with trolleys to use and a van that can be borrowed free of charge. The staff are super-helpful. They make everything as simple as possible. I would definitely use Fort Knox again.

Hello Guy, thanks for your request for feedback. So 3 stars is ok, meaning it's not bad but obviously five stars is excellent. please keep in mind I'm not talking about the customer service at all because I didn't receive any - this purely has to do with the facilities. So if they're excellent then everything needs to be in absolute top working order. Everything was clean and tidy, but trolleys which don't steer properly, a lift system which is really clunky and very difficult to get working properly and also the flickering neon light near the lifts was particularly annoying, but thankfully no one in our party was epileptic else there could have been big troubles! 😱 So all these things made the facility where we were situated just ok. I couldn't say I liked it and certainly not 5 stars. Hope this helps ☑

Very helpful and patient with a newbie such as myself. Anticipated my needs, very prompt to assist, answer calls & emails. Reasonable prices, esp with first 2 months. Free introductory storage pack is plenty to get you going. Very easy to access after hours and a free van to book as well. Highly recommended.

Allowed us to sell our home with ease. We decided to pack and renovate our home mid 2021 so we could sell by the end of the year. The process was made much easier by renting a 3x4m space from Fort Knox in Eltham. The girls were great, finding us a suitable space within a day of asking and we were able to move right in. The shop sold excellent quality boxes, tape and all the other stuff needed to pack security. The green canvas bags were fabulous for soft toys and linens. We kept getting free tape when we bought the boxes! There was actually a whole free move in sample kit that we were given too! The boxes were super sturdy too, stacked well and were easy to label. I definitely will NEVER use anything other than proper boxes when moving. The goods lift and trolleys made it easy to take furniture into the unit and once it was in, it was safe and clean. There’s a good pest prevention program so we didn’t feel worried at all about leaving things there for months. When it came time to finish up, the process was easy and we could time it to save money by ending the contact at the end of a month. Originally, we had a free month so the whole cost was very reasonable! There’s a free van to use too, although we didn’t end up needing it. The venue has a clean bathroom and good lighting, key codes and easy parking. I saw the girls cleaning and sanitising many times too, very good Covid protocol. Got the feeling that there was a good degree of flexibility too if we need to extend our stay we could’ve paid prorata and if we needed to change our unit size that could’ve been done also. They’re very helpful at Fort Knox!! All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our time here and grateful that it made selling easier! Thanks so much!
