I dealt with Michael via facebook messenger to design my dream ring, his responses were prompt and he went over every detail with me to ensure it was all perfect. They then held my wishes on file so that when the time came - which turned out to be much quicker than I thought - my partner could contact them and let them know I had already given them all the details. The ring is absolutely stunning, I can't take my eyes off it and have had so many compliments about the size as well as the beauty of it. My partner and I are very excited to return to get our wedding bands created. From the bottom of my heart - thank you to the team at Cullen Moissanite for making this process so smooth!

I purchased a ring from Cullen Jewellery in March 2023. I cannot praise them enough for their support through the process. They understand everything there is to know about diamonds and ring making, and give you advice on what's best for you and your ring, not their bottom line. The ring was made custom, and I received updates throughout the whole process, and a video of it the day it was it was complete. We had a virtual appointment with Kat and were so impressed. Her enthusiasm and knowledge really made us feel so comfortable and excited about buying an engagement ring with Cullen. I should note that being on the opposite side of the world to Cullen made us a bit nervous about ordering a ring with them (as the whole process would be virtual for us). However, the transparency of the ring buying process, and diamond industry presented on their social media and website, as well as the kindness and informativeness of Kat has made us feel so much more comfortable and extremely excited about working with the Cullen team. I had the easiest and smoothest experience with Cullen. Claudia and Gabrielle were so helpful. I was asked if I needed my ring by a particular date, and even though I left it a bit late, they got my ring to me about 2 weeks before! Amazing customer service. The ring itself is so beautiful, I absolutely love it. I read a lot of reviews before making a decision on which jeweller to go with, and Cullen had so many positive reviews for good reason. The team at Cullen Moissanite was incredible for my engagement ring - response time to emails was always <24 hours and were always happy to play with the design. They sent me a video of my ring before sending it in the mail which got me very excited! They estimated 4 weeks for the entire process and it was in my hands in that exact time. I am now getting my wedding band custom made with them as I was so pleased. I get compliments on my ring and stone sparkle regularly! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Cullen Jewellery enough. Called up one afternoon in a state of panic as my proposal date was fast approaching and I had no ring and no POA of how I was going to decide what she would like (I'm clueless). I spoke to Michael who was charming, soothing and helpful. He instantly put my mind at ease and after getting to know me and my partner's interests a little was able to guide me in my attempt to design the perfect ring. After only 4 short weeks my ring had been crafted and I was able to pick up a week out from the date of my proposal. The ring was more stunning than I had hoped, and while in hindsight I wish I went with a lab diamond (live and learn) everything couldn't have gone better. Communication was impeccable so I always knew what was going on with my ring. Thanks guys for stunning execution. I'll be back later this year to swap out the moissanite for a lab diamond. <3

Rosie was exceptional with answering my partner’s and my million questions about the custom ring design process. She always answered promptly and if she wasn’t available, someone else stepped in seamlessly and assisted us until she could resume helping us. We exchanged dozens of emails before moving forward with the process and she was patient and attentive the whole time. So so happy with our experience and final product! We met with Sophie at Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne and were shown all the rings we asked for. The process was very straight forward - try on the rings, pick something you love, order online (huge fan of how easy and informative the website is). My partner received updates every step of the way and the ring was insured for its trip home. Knowing the measurements you want for the diamond (e.g. 8x6mm) is very helpful as the carat weight didn't feel like a consistent indicator of this when you have all of the stones in front of you online.
