Absolutely amazing customer service and lovely staff! My fiance got my engagement ring custom made with Gillian's Jewellery last year, and the ring was so beautiful! We came back to get our wedding bands here as they were very experienced and professional, and San was super helpful. We wanted the bands custom made but had no idea what we wanted, and San really took her time to patiently go through the styles and explain to us the pros and cons of each types of bands, and asked how we envisioned it. It turned out perfect and exactly how we wanted! Thank you so much San! Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Sang at Gillian's Jewellery more highly. I am not a 'jewellery person' so went in with very little idea other than wanting a piece made where I could incorporate some stones with sentimental value. Sang expertly guided me through the process. I found her to be to be highly professional, respectful and warm. They also have repaired some of my jewellery. They have also designed and made one of my necklaces as the original piece was outdated. So in short, I can highly recommend this store.

I can’t thank San and her team enough for the excellent customer service and exquisite work that went into creating a pair of pearl earrings for me as well as converting a diamond bracelet into a pendant. I had envisaged the pendant somewhat differently but San explained why it wouldn’t work as I had imagined it. San however showed me what could be done and the outcome was magnificent! Sam is a wonderful designer and it shows in her choice of fixtures and fittings in her shop as well as her wonderful jewellery designs. Sam re-designed several of my rings and created an beautiful heirloom for my daughter. The ring she made from my Grandmother’s brooch was so beautiful I couldn’t help but cry happy tears when I saw it. You can definitely put faith in San’s designs and will have something of beauty to last a lifetime and beyond.

It was 8 weeks ago I stumbled across Gillian's beautiful Jewellery. I popped into the shop and asked if they could set an Aquamarine stone that I'd purchased overseas and make it into a ring. I Went to Gillian’s Jewellery to design an engagement ring for my partner. I knew very little about the process and considerations of engagement rings but San was super helpful and sat down with me for over an hour to talk through the various options. We eventually landed on a design and the outcome was great, a perfect ring that my fiancé loves! A very quick turn around time to create the ring and after we were engaged San even made sure that the ring was the perfect size for my fiancés hand.
