The information they were able to provide me around the quality of diamond I was selecting was detailed and clear, which helped me select the right one and make the overall experience an enjoyable one. I was also impressed with their want to know about myself, my partner and our journey, while they were also very transparent regarding prices and helping me work within my budget. When it was time to collect the diamond engagement ring, they were extremely accommodating and worked around my busy work schedule. The communication I received from the team at KAVALRI was first-class throughout and the bottle of bubbles they also gave us was a wonderful cherry on top of an overall brilliant experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish! My girlfriend and I weren’t particularly well-versed in ring selection etiquette and Mimi was exceptionally informative and patient with us the whole way through. She explained everything in detail from the cuts, stones and settings to how an engagement ring would look with a wedding band. She then let us select our diamond using a 100x magnification tool that was very cool, allowing us to spot any impurities and get a steal of a deal! The ring was ready for collection one week early and turned out exactly as we wanted. They also offered complimentary services post collection including resizing and cleaning. The people at Kavalri are professional and genuinely want you to be happy. Cannot recommend enough!

My partner and I had been looking forward to our engagement ring consultation at Kavalri for about a month, only to arrive at the Showroom and be absolutely disappointed with the service we received. In the midst of conversations during the appointment, the lady serving us left twice to serve other returning customers who had come to get their rings resized, fixed etc, only to come back to us 15-20 minutes later each time. My partner and I felt completely disrespected by the unprofessionalism of the staff member and will never be back for an engagement ring consultation.

Kavalri have been fantastic to deal with! My initial consultation was with Mimi who was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect design for me and my partner. At the ring collection I was two hours late due to crazy Melbourne weather and traffic but the Kavalri staff were more than accommodating and stayed back to make sure I’d be able to pick up my engagement ring. I had a disappointing experience with Kavalri whilst purchasing a custom-made engagement ring. The lack of quality control was evident when they presented me with a crooked ring three weeks after placing my order, which was embarrassing, as clearly nobody had looked at the ring prior to me collecting it. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to ensure the quality of their purchase. Despite an attempt to fix the ring and another visit to the store a week later, I was again presented with an off-centre diamond. So the ring went back again to the workshop to be fixed. On my third visit, the ring was seemingly straight, and I went on with my life to propose and all of that magical stuff. We noticed some weeks after the proposal that there was some damage on the wedding band (perhaps where it had been clamped, to straighten), so we returned to the store again to have it rectified. They set the diamond into a new setting, and all was well. It is disappointing that a shop that claims to offer high-quality products fails to deliver on its promises. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is concerning. As a customer, I expected a well-crafted ring (straight) and an easy shopping experience given the significant financial investment in such an item, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop to others who are seeking an engagement ring and a reliable purchasing process, I would go elsewhere. It is disheartening to encounter such issues and be left questioning the overall quality of their products. I am actually very surprised that this was my experience and I am writing this review, as I read all of the 5 star reviews prior to mine, so they seemingly have a good reputation, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t a positive one.

Amazing experience. I bought an engagement ring with Kavalri - such a smooth process from choosing the ring through to the aftercare. I was a few sizes too big and they fast tracked the resize so my fiancé could have it for Christmas. They also provided amazing help by setting me up with ring insurance, gave me detailed info about our stone as well as the aftercare (free cleanings among other things). Michelle and Mimi were both so helpful and couldn’t have asked for better or more personable help for such an important moment. And of course the quality of the diamond is absolutely incredible!

The BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had my wedding ring for nearly 5 years which I absolutely loved and constantly got compliments on. At a concert I had it break when coming in contact with another heavy ring while applauding. I reached out to the Kavalri team to tell them how bummed I was since I loved the ring so much, and it was also my wedding band. even though my ring was past it’s warranty date, they offered to replace my ring and only charge me the shipping cost from Australia to Canada. I couldn’t be more thankful to have my wedding ring back. Will recommend Kavalri to anyone!

Great quality ring. Free ring sizer allowed us to order correct size. Really impressed with overall service and delivery. This was a replacement ring for my husband who was extremely happy with the look and fit. We would definitely purchase through Kavalri again.
