I
had
a
disappointing
experience
with
Kavalri
whilst
purchasing
a
custom-made
engagement
ring.
The
lack
of
quality
control
was
evident
when
they
presented
me
with
a
crooked
ring
three
weeks
after
placing
my
order,
which
was
embarrassing,
as
clearly
nobody
had
looked
at
the
ring
prior
to
me
collecting
it.
It
shouldn't
be
the
customer's
responsibility
to
ensure
the
quality
of
their
purchase.
Despite
an
attempt
to
fix
the
ring
and
another
visit
to
the
store
a
week
later,
I
was
again
presented
with
an
off-centre
diamond.
So
the
ring
went
back
again
to
the
workshop
to
be
fixed.
On
my
third
visit,
the
ring
was
seemingly
straight,
and
I
went
on
with
my
life
to
propose
and
all
of
that
magical
stuff.
We
noticed
some
weeks
after
the
proposal
that
there
was
some
damage
on
the
wedding
band
(perhaps
where
it
had
been
clamped,
to
straighten),
so
we
returned
to
the
store
again
to
have
it
rectified.
They
set
the
diamond
into
a
new
setting,
and
all
was
well.
It
is
disappointing
that
a
shop
that
claims
to
offer
high-quality
products
fails
to
deliver
on
its
promises.
The
lack
of
attention
to
detail
and
quality
control
is
concerning.
As
a
customer,
I
expected
a
well-crafted
ring
(straight)
and
an
easy
shopping
experience
given
the
significant
financial
investment
in
such
an
item,
but
unfortunately,
that
was
not
the
case.
Based
on
my
personal
experience,
I
cannot
recommend
this
shop
to
others
who
are
seeking
an
engagement
ring
and
a
reliable
purchasing
process,
I
would
go
elsewhere.
It
is
disheartening
to
encounter
such
issues
and
be
left
questioning
the
overall
quality
of
their
products.
I
am
actually
very
surprised
that
this
was
my
experience
and
I
am
writing
this
review,
as
I
read
all
of
the
5
star
reviews
prior
to
mine,
so
they
seemingly
have
a
good
reputation,
but
unfortunately
my
experience
wasn’t
a
positive
one.
