I have recently started visiting the Victorian Dermal Group, I have nothing but positive things to say. All staff are so kind, so approachable and they really do care. It has taken we so long to find the courage to get my treatment done and have been very nervous as I have hypo allergenic skin. Di helped ease my mind and showed care during my visits. I highly recommend the Vic Dermal group, they are not pushy, so professional and really do care and listen.

Such a disappointment. Charged for one hour consultation and it was only for 30min. Two procedures for acne scars I needed. They don't offer. Suggested that they will provide a refral for a doctor for the recommended treatment. System was broken and it's been two days no response at all. Staff was very polite though. Big NO

I absolutely love getting my skin treated by the amazing team at Vic dermal group. My skin is currently amazing and glowing and I constantly get asked where I go and who I see. I went in with pigmented, reddish, congested skin. Now I don't even have to wear make. Best money ever spent.

One of the best clinics I have ever been to! I wish I had of discovered this clinic years ago. The staff are all so warm and welcoming as well as professional. You feel instantly welcome and relaxed as soon as you arrive. All the staff have so much knowledge about skin and this is the first time that I have felt like I will actually achieve the skin goals I am after. Staff rang the day after my treatment to follow up and make sure I was comfortable and had no questions and no question I asked was to hard. Very very happy with my experience so far and they have a customer for life now. Very highly recommend.

Victorian dermal group is the best skin clinic in Melbourne. Qualified dermal clinician and nurses treat skin, so they really know skin! They do honest, on point, and accurate skin diagnosis and treatments available for all skin types and conditions. I had about 6 Vbeam laser sessions for my birth mark removal, it is nearly gone - I am so happy with the results. I’ve been treated by Diane, Holly and Jess - they really know how to treat skin! Also the reception staff is very friendly, welcoming and accomodating as well.

I’ve been going to VDG for years now for a range of things: hair removal, skin peels, pigmentation laser, wedding prep, and skin care. I cannot recommend the team and range of treatments/products more highly! Renee is my skin angel, I trust her completely with her recommendations based on my skin goals. She knows her stuff, and is incredibly friendly and helpful!

Vic dermal is hands down the best clinic! I have been going there for 7 months now and it has made the biggest difference in my skin as well as my self esteem. Dermal clinician Holly is my favourite clinician there, she has done nothing but made me feel comfortable throughout my treatments and I have achieved the best results with her. She always walks me through the treatments, step by step, what it will be doing to my skin. Overall, I've had the best experiences at Victorian Dermal Group and I'd recommend it to anyone I know!

All of the staff have been attentive and sensitive to my needs, have provided genuine advice, and so far the results are promising. As cosmetic treatments are unfamiliar territory for me, I greatly appreciate the support provided and not feeling like I’m receiving a sales pitch at each appointment. Went for vivace treatment to treat my face scar and yesterday was my first treatment. I was nervous and worried about the outcome. I must said they did a great job as in: 1. Love how they make me feel comfortable. 2. Ensure all my queries and concerns being addressed. 3. Follow up on my treatment to ensure I am alright on next morning 4. Best part is I can see my scar slightly faded on the next day!

VDC is like no other! The tailored service that each client receives is top class! Goran and his team are always professional showing empathy and understanding. I have always hidden behind make up and lacked confidence. I have suffered with dry and saggy skin in particular around my neck. During each consultation I am advised of each step and given thorough information on each treatment. Cosmelan peel and Ultraformer are my favourite. My skin feels rejuvenated. I can easily say that with Victorian Dermal Group I am confident to enter into 50s. Looking forward to my next visit.

This clinic is making me feel so comfortable and welcome with genuine care/service from staff. I have had many issues with my skin since years ago. Diane is calm, helpful and knowledgeable. She is very generous in providing samples for me to take away and try. I am noticing a improvement through a series of peel laser tca etc over the last 4 months. I am still at the halfway of my treatment which may require more; but at least there is a feeling of giving it a go. So yeah I’m really looking forward to my next treatment and results after all.

For many years I have had terrible spider veins covering my ankles. I had been to so many places and no one could help. I met the ladies at Victorian Dermal Group who are extremely knowledgeable in their field conducted themselves very professionally. After one treatment most of my spider veins were gone! I initially consulted with Diane who welcomed me with a warm and gentle approach and formulated my treatment plan. At my first treatment appointment, although expecting to see Diane, I was pleasantly greeted by Emily who made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my first course of treatment. I must commend all the staff from front desk (Catherine? I believe was professionalism. I left both my appointments knowing my skin is in great hands and can't wait for the final results.
