I called over the phone today. The receptionist was very kind to offer to book the earliest appointment possible for me. However, when I got a call back for my session, the counsellor seemed as if she had somewhere to go and was rushing the session. My call lasted for less than 10 minutes and it didn’t seem like she was keen to ask me more about my situation and understand why I felt the need to call for counselling. I felt quiet disappointment as I thought since this was a university therapist, that they should have many experiences dealing with stressed out students especially during week 12-13, but instead just felt like I just talked to an acquaintance that was desperate to head out on a Friday arvo.

All are very friendly and provides tailored advises of any issues might have. Definitely 💯 recommended!

The receptionists on the ground floor and at the clinic are very friendly and efficient, which helped me relax since this was my first visit to the clinic. My doctor, Sanjeewa was friendly, kind and professional, and I didn't have to wait at all for my session. Highly recommended. The booking experience/process online was easy and straight forward.

From the first minute I walked into this gp area, all of the staff were truly helpful. Sinead the triage was just so amazing. So kind and understanding. I was lucky enough to receive an appointment the next day for councilling. A big thank you to the whole team.

It feels really good when you get to know and experience a services like this that really exist. Though we come from different backgrounds and races, at the end of the day, we are human and should help each other to get up and move on with life and living. My doctor and immunization staff were friendly and helpful. However, it would be kind of them to provide masks. Even though I arrived on time, I was made to walk to the library to get a mask (downstairs had run out), which made me 5 minutes late. When I returned with my mask, the receptionist rudely told me off for being late and not having a mask! I've never been to a hospital or clinic that didn't provide masks, let alone scold patients for not bringing one. My doctor made up for this experience though. He was great.

Very easy to book my bulk-billed COVID booster shot and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The practioner who saw me was absolutely lovely and would 100% reccomend unfortunately I have forgotten her name. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to the reception which was appalling... told me I needed a mask which was fair and I tried to explain to her I have a redemption which she then further told me to get a mask. I said okay and askes if she had one told me I would have to pay I tried to explain to her I am not financially well off but she did not listen... due to the reasons why I am resempdt I was really stressed out and made the experience more stressful than needed. Was super awkward standing in the waiting room with a bunch of people trying to explain why I was excused from wearing a mask... but on a better note thank you to the girl who saw me and helped me with the intake :))

I attended Swinburne University counselling sessions with IIsabell Mitsel and she was fantistically supportive. She helped me work through struggles with managing workload and rest as well as my mentality towards workload and rest. The doctor was friendly, kind. She gave me a hard copy of immunisation's record. It's really important to me. Volunteers in Swinburne university are helpful and enthusiastic. They showed me how to get the library for free marks and how to use the elevator to meet the doctor in 4th floor in GS building. I appreciated. Love Swinburne university.

My wife Liljana and I were most impressive with the efficiency and friendliness that we experienced during the flu vaccination process this afternoon. Thank you and keep up the excellent service that you provide.

The receptionists were rude and insensitive, just keep asking patients to wait and didn't communicate to the GP the arrival of the pt. then they just chit chat each other, talking about their assignments and boyfriends. I was 10 minutes late, the receptionist said "you were very late but the doctor said she was ok to still see you this time." However, actually it was the GP who was late, still seeing the previous patients. I was waiting for over 35 minutes and the GP still seeing the previous patients. I talked to the GP about her delayed seeing me, the GP said she didn't know I had arrived.

Went for my flu shot - very quick check in and the nurse and doctor saw me at my appointment time which is great! The only negative was I was I almost missed my opportunity to get my shot after waiting three weeks because I didn’t have a mask and they didn’t supply any for emergencies!

Doctor was good, only issue was having to find a mask as they required me to wear one but did not provide one.

Dr Srinath Jayasinghe is the best doctor. I went to see him a few days after I returned from emergency room. He is very detailed, friendly and professional. I will look for Dr Srinath again for future appointment.

Lovely clinic with helpful staffs. I went there to get flu vaccine and staffs also help me to link mygov account with health records and convert my international covid19 certificate.

Best experience I have had getting a vaccine. The staff were lovely and very efficient. I was in and out within 20 minutes, including the 15 mins I had to wait following the jab. thanks!

Swinburne's health services have made me feel safe and genuinely cared for. I've accessed mental and physical health services during my student years (and still continue after graduation) and I've never been disappointed! Big thank you to all the staff!

Very good receptionist. I walked in, just on the off chance, in case anyone had cancelled their appointment for the Flu Vaccine, and was able to get the shot done in less than 10 mins. Clearly the girl behind the desk is coordinating the booking schedule very well. I’m impressed. Friendly medical staff too.
