I'm moving soon and went to Fry's Thomastown to buy supplies. Aitch the shop manager there was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and passed on many great tips from his experience as a removalist. Service with a smile and he carried the boxes to my car and refused a tip. True gentleman.

The Team at Frys, go above and beyond to help with my needs. Easy to access facility and a warm welcoming environment as you enter facility. My storage was not there long, but I know if I need storage again Aitch and Peter will be my first call. Thanks again for your help guys. Cheers Andrew

🤬 i have been using fry's storage for many years before they have sold the business to National Storage. Under new management i went through my worst nightmare ever. I got a outside parking spot for my car which i have been looking after like a child for last 9 years, purely because of moving in to a town house and having few cars. Never miss to go and have a quick look every after 2 days. On 20th of March 2021, I went for a look and saw painters working on the wall just next to my car using commercial spray guns. Luckily paint guys covered just a roof bit but was not enough to protect entire car. worst part was National Storage did not notify me about any site work, if i would have been notified i would have move my car. Thanks to National storage I need to either re-spary the whole car or try cut and polish to remove tiny paint particles with paint dust. Gray paint dust on a black car. management did not care about the matter at all. I spoke to afterhours person on National Storage who has no clue. People be aware of this company if you are planning store away your priceless ride.

I do not understand why does Toll Priority uses this site to leave packages. I went to collect my package today at 1PM and this place was shut down. This is Monday. The security guard informed that the person managing this site is on sick leave, hence this place was shut down. This is such poor service. Did they not organise a backup so if one staff member is sick they have someone else to cover that shift. And this place is a 10 minute drive from my home. I wasted my 30 lunch break for nothing. I fail to understand why does Toll Priority use this stupid place. What a disappointment and a disaster.

I wouldn't give them one star. Bad customers service and don't trust them if the website say 24.7 access to your storage. Not here

From the outset, Peter set my mind at ease about storing my possessions safely. Every interaction was simple and stress free. They were very competitively priced as well. I ended up storing my things there for 18 months all up but during this time I had easy access when I needed to grab the occasional item. Peter and Jordan were always so pleasant to deal with. Their facility is ideal and I cannot recommend this place enough. Should I ever need to store anything again, they will be first on my list. Regardless of where I live in Melbourne.

They couldn't do more to make storing and moving as smooth as possible. Glad my Mum chose Fry's to store her stuff, would not hesitate using them again or recommending them. Aitch and Peter are assets to the business.

Have used them for two years. Our belongings were safe and secure. Paying each month was easy. Access was easy. Their communication was prompt, informative and transparent. A good experience. Thankyou.

Have been dealing with Fry's Self Storage for the past 6 years and have found Peter to be very helpful and friendly, He would even help me carry boxes to my car. True Gentleman and great service.

Excellent service provided by Dale. Facilities are clean and the customer service very professional and will return.

The yard needs to be redone or they need proper road inside.

The Staff are very helpful, but the entry/exit makes it difficult to get in or out.

Piss poor business. Remove yourselves as a drop off point for parcels because your customer service is garbage, even worse not open on weekends forcing us to wait longer. Cannot even access my goods because you cannot put staff members in to cover others that are sick and customers are forced to wait almost a week to be allowed in to get items that have been dropped off at your centre. Absolute joke and your managers are pathetic

I have been using this particular storage facility for over 10 years and always find the service and pricing to be very competative and reasonable . Peter is an absolute gentleman who is always up for a chat but always very professional . The security including cctv is first class and the facility is highly recommended !!!
