Staff are always amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. A little more expensive than online but then you get the advice, help, and can try things on your pup before buying. Plus Bane got some awesome birthday freebies :)

We adopted a 3 month old kitten and Kim did the paperwork and helped me with the things our kitten will need. Kim helped me from the start as I had a lot of questions until I took our kitten home. After about 2 weeks I took our kitten to visit and the staff are happy to see that she's grown. You can see the genuine care they have. Petbarn staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff. Very helpful when you have questions about your pet. They have discounts when you're a frequent buyer of pet food.

We popped in looking for supplies for our new kitten. We were helped by a fantastic staff member who went out of her way to see if they had the items we wanted and when they didn't, looked up which nearby stores did! She also made sure we got the best deals on our anti flea care for our dog and great advice for welcoming home our newest fur baby.

I only did a quick click and collect, however I also ended up buying extras as I usually do and the lady that served me was extremely polite, helpful and I would recommend this business for your pet needs too!

A very helpful young lady helped me find the right flea, tick, and worm tablets for my dog from behind the counter. When l asked if there were cheaper options, she gave me the online price, which saved me money 😊

This pet store is my favourite and I have bought many items here for our new cat Tinkerbell. They have a good variety of food and other items. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Got to come here and see some newborn Kittens when we were shopping for some pet supplies which was nice. However the fish section had multiple dead fish floating around in the tanks which was a bit of an unhappy realisation. I imagine there's probably not much you can do about that when you've got hundreds of little fish in tanks but still. Good supply of pet items none the less

Bought Prime 100 chicken and rice from Petbarn as my dog is highly sensitive to foods and have been cooking her food for almost 2 years. Prime 100 has been fantastic, my dog loves it and has not been unwell. Staff was very helpful and was told if my dog didn't like it or was unwell, I was able to return and get a refund.

Staff are absolutely wonderful. Kylie and Ed left me a happy birthday note in my package for my fur baby; they guessed his birthday based on the items I purchased. So sweet and considerate.

After picking up our adorable 9 week old puppy from her breeder, we stopped in at Petbarn Ringwood. We were able to find a very helpful team member who stayed with us while he helped us find a harness, toys, bedding and puppy pads. Our darling had a wee accident (sorry about the pun!) but it wasn’t an issue as the floors are concrete and the team member didn’t bat an eye. After he’d put out purchases through he farewelled us and then went to clean up the mess.

Talitha is one of the most help workers, helped me to get my two boxers on to better food as well as helped my cats lose some weight

Highly recommend Petbarn Ringwood for all your fur baby needs! We had the most incredible service from Kath, who was so knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping us wrangle our big, anxious 18mth old Lab puppy into a new harness. Kath really went above and beyond for us. Store itself was easy to navigate, plenty of stock options and very tidy. We will be back for sure!

Professional, efficient, friendly staff and great range. Better experience here with click and collect than other Petbarn stores. Although prices are higher than online stores for certain items, rewards program provides value for money so I keep coming back.

Website states holiday opening hours is 9am open for Ringwood on Easter Sunday. After sitting in my car for 15 minutes at 9:10 -9:25 it appears they were not opening late, but not opening at all. Waste of time for me and the other customers who tried to go there. Just go to Nunawading, they’re always so helpful and better stocked.

Usual big selection of pet food, accessories and toys etc, helpful staff. It would be nice if the store opened at 8.30 not 9am so I can get stuff before work - as it is I often have to shop at Bayswater on my way in at 0830 and generally only go to my local Ringwood store on weekends

5 stars is for the great discounts, -3 stars for the store supervisor on Sunday 26/2/23 afternoon around attitude and lack of customer service. Customer service and product training is needed for this person. Referring a customer to the website T&C when in store and saying that pet barn is only a reseller of certain items and takes no responsibility of a product sold etc. is by far poor customer service if not unacceptable trading practices. Click and collect. Shopping for the first time. Looked quite expensive. I thought staff could recommend a dental treat for my cat and he had no idea. So much for staff knowledge. Busy shop

They have the best prices on dog food, I'm pretty sure they price match which is fantastic, especially when I get expensive dog food 😊

Usually the staff are very friendly and helpful however, my interaction with Amber was subpar from satisfactory. I rang to enquire about the exchange policy as my dog got sick from one of the 20kg bags of kibble I purchased. As I didn't meet the conditions to receive an exchange Amber didn't demonstrate much service as her responses were quite cold. I hope this feedback provides an opportunity for Amber to improve her customer service skills, for the next customer that would make an equiry over the phone.

I am a regular at this store. The staff know me and are so so so helpful (especially Jamie, Kim, Max and Jade). They remember me and my dog and his special needs and always check in to see how he is. They always do their best in assisting me to find what I need and are all round legends. The store always has what I need in stock and is a great shopping experience. Highly recommend.

Update 17/8/23......Still 5*****. The same day delivery service is excellent. Delivered by Uber, with big kudos to the driver who left them inside the gate at the top of the stairs. ------------------------------------------------ Extensive range of pet goods and in my case for dogs; from food to toys, beds to crates/kennels, health / wellbeing products to leads/collars/harnesses and everything in between. Have very good specials across the range. They also provided a free 50+ page comprehensive Puppy Care Guide.

I get pretty much everything I need here for my dog, cats and fish. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They even carry my things to the car for me, which is great, because I prefer their own crystal cat litter in bulk bags. The staff are knowledgeable too. When I was having problems with the fish due to poor water quality they tested a sample from a little bag full to help me resolve it. Normally I don't bother with membership/loyalty cards but in this case it's been worth it. I get specials and discounts in the store and also sometimes to buy online for delivery. It's nice to have the furbabies cared for even on pyjama days.
