I would like to thank Sam and Ange for their awesome service. I had damaged some laser engraving on a silver bracelet brought in Saudi. I was devastated as the piece was very sentimental. After being disappointed by another engravers service and attempts to fix my bracelet I visited Sam at Ringwood Jewellers and to my absolute joy he restored the piece to an almost identical piece and it was polished and actually looked better than new. I highly recommend visiting for any of your jewellery needs. The service, price and experience was such good value. Thank you guys.

Customer service above and beyond expectation! Over the process of buying custom-made rings, all the staff quickly learned our names and knew which package to fetch from the safe. They were very friendly, and were interested in our story. They communicated very clearly about the process and timings of custom work, and the quality of the work was excellent. Full digital diagrams were provided before any costly work was begun. Although we had the design ideas, we were wowed by how beautiful they came out in the finished product. Mandi, the jeweller who made our rings, has great attention to detail and could turn our ideas into actual designs very cleverly.

Amazing and kind service with Ringwood Jewellers. I got my 21st birthday signet ring engraved and resized by them in late December, and it turned out lovely!
