Beautiful food with a very homie vibe. Can not recommend the french toast enough, the butterscotch sauce was delicious! Will definitely be coming again! We returned and had the mushrooms and pancakes, great service and delicious food once again!

Really enjoyed my lunch here today. The girls were so lovely. Our coffees were delicious .. Perfect day to have them with an ice cream. One was topping with chocolate and one was with caramel. I’ve ordered the chorizo bean avocado .. Very Tasty!

Awesome local cafe in Eltham. Probably our favorite. Amazing courteous staff, relaxed and very human vibe. Delightful courtyard. Good coffee, great food. If you need a recommendation try the mushrooms.

super welcoming from the moment i stepped in the door! staff are extremely friendly and helpful. coffee is great and food is just amazing! everything is gluten free and there are heaps of veggie options. great new addition to bolton street. 10/10 will be returning :))

I popped into this cafe on my long drive home this morning and ordered a coffee and a veggie focaccia. I was greeted upon entering and the coffee and focaccia was served quick… did I mention how delicious they were!? Coffee was amazing, perfect temperature to drink right away and the focaccia was heaven! I came home to find out I live 50min away from here but I would definitely make a drive there to order again! Friendly staff and great atmosphere, very clean and good prices also.

By far my favorite place to get a coffee. The team are very friendly and welcoming. I've recently been trying the food and i'm yet to be let down. The Cuban sandwich is a real treat so make sure you give that a try. Definitely recommend going here, even if its just for the coffee and a quick chat.

Really lovely staff who provided friendly service. Sadly the salads were not great - very bland and tasted a bit old and lacking freshness. The steak sandwich was ok but not something you'd be excited to pay $20 for again. They had 'supreme'beans but my coffee was very weak even though I ordered a strong. This would definitely be a 3.5 as the service was great and I'm guessing the other menu items are great based on the other reviews but can really only go off what we ordered. I'll give it another shot in future and hopefully adjust the review.

A 5 star review for Louis and the team at Agnes and Alban. Louis makes the best coffee in the area and I love that they offer so many gluten and dairy free options. The gluten free cakes etc. are LOVELY and the coffee is great. Love the toasted gluten free focaccias also.

Food was cooked in a kitchen right in front of us and I watched the lady burn my toast to almost cremation and then put my avocado on top hoping I didn't notice I guess. Had to ask for a new piece so my infant daughter could actually eat it. My friend ordered pancakes with bacon and the bacon was omitted from her meal with her having to ask for it. We later noticed it had been added to mine by accident when i hadnt asked for any, and noted later that the charge was added to both of our meals despite me not ordering it (waitress even came back to clarify our orders as she had forgotten them between our table and the register). Bacon was wayyyyy undercooked and mostly inedible. Poached eggs were cooked well and the smashed avo with seeds was tasty, but was missing the feta that was mentioned on the menu. Good potential for a cafe but sadly missed the mark on many facets.

Excellent cafe, that’s also dog friendly. It’s my go to all the time! Plus that it’s one of the few places in the area with a vegan option. Can’t wait for there to be more than one choice for vegans.
